Great experience in business class. Plane seat configuration is dated with three seats in a row but very spacious and lie flat worked fine. Entertainment options are limited but sufficient for the flight duration. WiFi does not work. Flight attendants are awesome and food is OK.

Flight went very well. Cabin crew were all courteous and very helpful, always with smiles on their faces. Food was great. I always love heated nuts with wine. Flying business class with Philippine Airlines is always a pleasant experience.

Everything was fantastic!!!! I can’t wait to fly home 😃!!!!!

The staff was wonderful. Really took good care of me. The food was not my favorite.

Flight left on time landed early, Crew was great , never an easy job. Bags arrived in a timely manner . Good job all in all.

Food was great. Hot meals. Entertainment- not so good. They only showed one tv filipino series with only 3 episodes for a 14 hour flight.

First and foremost it was a Philippine Airlines.my experiences ,number one non- stop flight no lay over not other airlines,number two ,boarding they calling by ground letter.number 3 stay on time no delay flight

Poor check in attitude , terrible food , movies selection poor, food came out cold , service terrible , entertainment system also broke so we had to use a iPad , worst biz class I have ever been on

The economy class sitting/chairs is tight not spacious enough to sit comfortably but for other matters everything is perfect 👍☺️

Flight was delayed. What’s better is if the flight stay on time.
