It was so hot. Check in and flight attendants not very friendly

Seats too close together. Seats should not recline without additional space between seats.. Meal service and seat reclining is a huge problem.

Gate change at boarding was announced last minute and was far away from the original gate, and no text or email was sent to alert you; they kept spraying air freshener ugh! You could barely hear the announcements;

It was a very pleasant return flight. Their crew took great care of us and seemed to have so much pride to represent their destination and airline. We were on a Boeing plane and it reminded me that I really prefer the Airbus. We were in coach and when the person in front of me decided to sit in my lap, I could hardly move. The most important thing to know is that at CDG in Terminal 2, the passport control/border crossing is past the shopping mall and restaurant area. We thought the line was for Starbucks, but there was a 45-50 minute wait to get to the entrance to passport control. It would have been great if the airline staff could have warned us about it when we checked in. Not having any knowledge of it, we stopped for a little breakfast and were caught totally by surprise by the length of the line. The CDG staff did an excellent job of triage, trying to identify those who might miss their flights. But what a stressful hour that was, and totally avoidable had we understood. On board the food was quite good but it's still airline food, and the menu on the flight services screen at our seats did not align with what was actually served for the main meal. Pilots made an extra effort to find good air for us so there was very little turbulence, unusual for a winter flight.

Our flight was canceled a few hours prior to our scheduled departure. I was advised to book a new flight on another airline and we would be reimbursed for the original flight. Of course, that was denied and we're out $700. Many Alaska Airlines were canceled that day due to computer issues. This is completely unfair to us and we should be reimbursed for the extra money we had to spend.

My daughter and I were seated together, but our TVs weren’t working. They moved us to different seats with working tvs, but we couldn’t be together anymore.

I hope you can influence the airport at Papeete. It is in need of upgrading. Only 1 plug to charge in the open area, only 2 once you have passed security. Security was extremely outdated. They had me turn on my computer, and my camera. 9/11 was a long time ago. There were only a few ceiling fans so the comfort level was really low while waiting for my flight.

The staff on the flight were very friendly and willing to assist in anything possible. The food was plentiful, and the trip went very smoothly with the flight, arriving an hour early. Very impressed with the flight attendance with Air Tahiti Nui!

I’m not an airline food fan but the service was excellent!

There is no legroom for someone who is even a little taller than average. The woman in front of me leaned her seat back all the way, so that my knees were wedged up against her seat. When I asked her to adjust it, she flatly refused, and the flight attendant basically told me that I would have to put up with it - for an 11-hour flight! I will not use this airline again.

While they turned off most cabin lights to allow people to sleep, I was bothered by how bright the side lights still were. It was still quite bright for me in a window seat, when I wish I could have slept!

Generally on time departures and arrivals, clean planes, sky miles membership provides great benefits (complimentary upgrades, etc).

N Everything was perfect from boarding to assistance to baggage in Tampa

Loved the crew! Sucks that we went from 1 hour and 8 minute layover to a 3 hour layover. But weather sucks like that.

Fast, lovely scenery, great info on the Delta flight screen about landmarks we were flying over. Great landing!

Long flight but comfortable and not freezing as I have experienced on Hawaiian flights to the islands. They gave us blankets just in case. Nice touch.

I took seat 15A in anticipation of window seat, there is no window.

Flight late, the waited for a long time for “personal” to arrive at gate to dock the plane in Rochester. So annoying. This flight was expected, why aren’t personel available for the jet bridge?

My recent experience was excellent on Delta! I flew with Delta Comfort and I was really comfortable in my seat. I enjoyed the in-flight service. The flight attendants were so friendly and hospitable. I love the snack on the flight as well. This was my first time flying on Delta and I will definitely consider flying with them again.

My flight was canceled on Sunday. Rebooking took three hours. Had to pay for accommodations another night. New flight was delayed for 5 hours, all that was sent was a 12 dollar food voucher, which doesn’t tell you how to use it. Then when we landed we had to sit on the plane for an hour before we could get off.

The boarding was efficient. The entertainment system was a bit unstable but Air France has a good selection of movies.

They lost my bag and I still haven’t received it yet

They lost my bag and I still have not received it

Communication on the delay, rebooking and how to get a hotel was poor. Mails, airport check-in and transfer desk said different things.

Not consistent with the food quality (I mean taste not freshness)

Food was really mediocre for premium economy in comparison to other airlines… the crew was nowhere to be found… 14 hour flight…

Worst airlines either. First leg was delayed because of crew not available. My connection was missed so they booked me automatically the next day! But, impossible to get anyone on site, web site does not let me access my reservation anymore, confirmed by useless agents over the phone. My 2-leg trip with part in business class arriving at 4:10pm ends up in an awful 3-leg arriving at 9pm the next day with no way to even choose the seats and of course at the very end of the plane. I can understand problems arrive but the way Air France handle it is just unacceptable. You are on your own. Apparently getting you to your destination is the only thing they consider their duty. The customer experience and fatigue is none of their concern. And I have a status with them. I will reconsider my priorities when flying with Air France and encourage everyone to do the same.

Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.

Excellent, Lima to Paris. But Paris to Amsterdam, delayed, missed my flight and KLM treated its missed flights passengers very badly, terribly bad. No hotel accommodation given. Passengers were told to find their own hotel accommodation and claim at reasonable rate and left the booth and literally with armed Police Officers listening to passengers complains. For three hours, after moving by Uber from hotel to hotel and calling and booking online, no hotel was available. I had to return to the airport and seat/sleep on the benches, suffering the cold, and rats running around until my new allocated flight the next day. It was the most terrible KLM treatment even seen and being a Business Class passenger. Still mentally suffering to date as a result.

3 hour delay but out of their control. App said I get vouchers but when I applied for them, they were nowhere to be found in my account

The stewardess was incredibly rude. The gave you only one drink with dinner.

Cancelled flight, wasn't refunded paid selected seats. Poor customer service. Called airline and they didn't realize the flight was cancelled until several hours after the email notice was sent.

The worst with the trip was the space in economy, my knees are still hurting. There was no way to control personal air by turning a knob above you, it was way to hot on both rides. During the night flight they allowed 2 people from across the aile which was narrow to sit and talk for 7 hours while also using tablets and the flashlight from their phones pointing into the row where I sat at times. They allowed people with way too large baggage to bring onboard. I paid way too much for the ticket ($1,364} for economy. Kayak misinformed me to get cancellation insurance that was only valid for a very short time (less than 12 hours) and was over one hundred dollars. Hotel booking was incorrect, I had the room booked myself at the hotel, only double or larger rooms available which I paid over 400 dollars for. I will never fly with SAS again unless there is no other alternative.

Crew members were excellent. The seat wasn’t the best as well as a food options.

5 of my 7 pieces of luggage are missing and they cant call to find out where it is. I have to fill out a form and wait for them to mail it to me in several days (if they find it). That does not work for my travel itinerary. I need my full ticket cost refunded please.

Fantastic. The only thing - out of my six luggage one was lost in Copenhagen, however it was delivered Home 3 Days later so all great..

The crew was friendly, the flight was pleasant. Thank you for your service!

Our trip plan from Kayak stated we were flying SAS. That was not true. The first leg was a Delta flight. We wasted 25 minutes before finding out to check in with the correct airline. Then our SAS flight for the second leg arrived 25 minutes late, and our third leg flight with SAS closed the gate knowing the flight delay was SAS’s fault, and that this flight would only be backed up 5 minutes. The final kicker was that between Delta and SAS, they lost all our checked luggage.

Flight was completely full January 9th? I problem i had the stewardess was bumping into me constantly walking by? very annoying.. on Austrian air I dint have this issue at all...

Amazing! Everyone was so nice and the food was so good!!

Flight was canceled in July-nearly six months prior to departure and cost of alternative was double, but only cost was reimbursed.

Departure time from Rome and arrival time at JFK resulted in very short waits at security and customs. Dropping bags at ticket counter was completed quickly. Boarding was delayed by some sort of terminal equipment problem halfway through the process. No announcement or information was given to the large group standing waiting to board. Basic seat was comfortable ( paid for an aisle seat ) Didn’t purchase food. Given the price (purchased one way ticket day before flight) I was impressed with the Norse experience

Seats were comfortable, staff was friendly. Great value for the price.

The seats are nice in premium economy. The service was fine. No wifi on board and the entertainment selection wasn't the greatest. It was good for a budget friendly airline.

The overpriced dinner was pasta, bread and an awfully sweet dessert…. a feast of inexpensive carbs. She was the exception, but one flight attendant was incredibly rude. Cheap ticket though.

Terminal experiences, including departure and deplaning were the weak points of our trip. Appreciated that premium passengers boarded and deplaned in group 1, but experience with buses did not feel premium. Terminals used at CDG and JFK had old, limited facilities and no good lounges. In flight experience was good and crew worked hard.

It was very uncomfortable. I would never book any flights with Norse anymore .

The flight attendants were extremely rude. I hate the culture of Norse air. Their is nothing really economical about it, the flights are slightly less expensive than average but it doesn’t justify no food, no blankets or pillows - my god you have to pay extra just to make your already over crowded no leg room flight just comfortable enough to be enjoyable. As if travel isn’t hard enough already. You have to pay extra to pick a seat so if you really are on a tight budget you’ll be left with the most uncomfortable, saddest flight of your life while the flight attendants treats you like the steerage on the HMS Titanic.

"I felt uncomfortable. It's well known that Norway is a racist country. As soon as they detected my accent, they were very rude."

Norse is one of those airlines that sells the luggage and the good seats if you want them but otherwise the prices are great. It was very comfortable, the crew was great, and the food was actually good. I will take it again.
