Alaska is a great airline. Unfortunately, our flight was canceled in a really late hour and it caused a lot of hardship in my travel process.

More comfortable than the flight to Los Angeles. But food was mediocre again. Attendants kind and courteous.

I behave had better flights this one was old and poor

I haven’t flown in over 20 years and had my grandkids, so I had lots of questions. They were very polite and helpful . Thank you.

Was notified the departure would be late. Later on it was suddenly on time. Traffic by LAX was horrendous, and I missed the flight.

The flights were all late and they would not refund my money

They were so kind to us! The entire staff were so good to us when we had our service dog join our trip and we couldn't be more grateful!

Kayak I had marked one carry on, one checked bag. Yet when it completed the purchase marked it as no carry on. Fail on kayaks side! Then extended flight delayed due to computer issues. Crew of the plane did awesome but fail on both kayak and alaskan
