There was nothing to like about this trip because the website would not send me a boarding pass although I checked in online twice the day before, so I never had the opportunity to even get in the gate. I asked for a boarding pass through an email and it didn't come through, twice. I did not think much of it because I have had problems receiving emails from Spirit in the past and I have always been able to log into my account and access the boarding pass on the website. The morning of the flight, the website locked me out and wouldn't allow me to log in. I actually had to leave the security line to try to sort the issue out. The kiosk at the airport told me I was at the wrong airport (I was not). I went to the front desk and the agent was SUPREMELY unhelpful and unconcerned, and marked me as a no show at 7:05 for a flight leaving at 7:25. Even though I was standing right in front of her. Even though I had left the security line to deal with the issue. I had to get to my destination that day, which happens to be the reason I bought a ticket in the first place, so I had to spend an additional $500 on a Southwest ticket because the agent at the front desk of Spirit said I had no other options with Spirit that day. I called customer service and despite escalating the issue to a manager, I was essentially told "sorry for your luck" and sent on my way. The manager even asked, at the end of the call after telling me a refund would not be possible, if I wanted to purchase an airline ticket while I was on the phone. I have bought a fair number of Spirit tickets in the past. I unfortunately already have a ticket lined up with Spirit Airlines in November but I will never be purchasing another ticket from this airline again. It was an absurd scenario - I paid for a ticket and was not able to redeem the ticket I paid for - and I should not be have to pay the price for Spirit Airlines having poor IT.

I should have known it was too good to be true. My ticket was cheap, but when i arrived to the airport I was forced to spend all of my pocket money on an overpriced fee for Carry-on and Checked backage! Now I was prepared to pay a fee because that’s with every airline, but those prices were ridiculous. On top of that, I receive very rude treatment! I will never fly with spirit airlines again!

Being that im a bigger guy 6'6 to be exact, i like the fact that i could choose my seat with extra leg room.

One thing i did not enjoy was the service of the attendants and the air flow circulation. Also having to pay for my carry-on was a great deal of disrespect, i feel as passenger i should be entitled to that.

I dislike everything about this airline. Starting with checking-in, the staff at the check-in counter are so rude, making fun of customers which I found very unprofessional and unacceptable, billing unnecessarily for small hand bags, rudeness, early departure that led to many customers missing the flight. Will never take this flight again neither will I recommend it to anyone. Horrible experience!!!!!!!!

Flying with Frontier Airlines for the first time was a wonderful experience. Airfare was very reasonably inexpensive for a round-trip nonstop ticket from Atlanta to New Orleans (under $100), customer service and flight crew were friendly, and both departing and returning flights were on-time. I will definitely use them again. I didn't partake of in-flight meal, beverages or snacks due to short flight time and I brought my own with me which was a cheaper option. One checked bag did cost an additional $60 round-trip but considering the cost of airfare I didn't mind.

I traveled with my two boys (8 months and 2 year) everyone was caring , helpful and understanding of my situation. They made sure I had help and snacks to keep the boys as comfortable as possible.

I didn’t like the snack selection. Maybe add more kid friendly drinks and snacks would be perfect for the traveling families.

I went to the front desk and the agent was SUPREMELY unhelpful and unconcerned, and marked me as a no show at 7:05 for a flight leaving at 7:25. Even though I was standing right in front of her. Even though I had left the security line to deal with the issue. I had to get to my destination that day, which happens to be the reason I bought a ticket in the first place, so I had to spend an additional $500 on a Southwest ticket because the agent at the front desk of Spirit said I had no other options with Spirit that day. I called customer service and despite escalating the issue to a manager, I was essentially told "sorry for your luck" and sent on my way. The manager even asked, at the end of the call after telling me a refund would not be possible, if I wanted to purchase an airline ticket while I was on the phone. I have bought a fair number of Spirit tickets in the past. I unfortunately already have a ticket lined up with Spirit Airlines in November but I will never be purchasing another ticket from this airline again. It was an absurd scenario - I paid for a ticket and was not able to redeem the ticket I paid for - and I should not be have to pay the price for Spirit Airlines having poor IT.

Got to airport on time but long term parking was full so had to find an alternate place to park. When I got through the check in line at Spirit they told me it was too late to get my bag on the flight but I could still get on. Next flight would be tomorrow. Asked if they could send my luggage on the next flight- no. Asked if I could leave it and have someone pick it up for me-no. Asked if I could carry it in-no. My brother was already cleared to go. We asked if we could get a refund and then fly another airline-no. Spoke to a manager. He said he would refund me on the flight going. My husband recently passed away and I was flying to see my son for my 65th birthday. I am now on a Southwest plane flying out of Ft Lauderdale in the last seat on the plane. I should get into Atl around 7:00. Then I will have to take an Iber to get to his house because he has a function for his daughter that I will miss. The people at Spirit were rude and unyielding. The agent at Southwest was kind and understanding and did the best she could . I originally booked Spirit because it was the cheapest. Turned out that it is costing me about $200 and 6 hours more. Spirit, NO MORE!!! I’m

Being that im a bigger guy 6'6 to be exact, i like the fact that i could choose my seat with extra leg room.

One thing i did not enjoy was the service of the attendants and the air flow circulation. Also having to pay for my carry-on was a great deal of disrespect, i feel as passenger i should be entitled to that.

Leg space only

I dislike everything about this airline. Starting with checking-in, the staff at the check-in counter are so rude, making fun of customers which I found very unprofessional and unacceptable, billing unnecessarily for small hand bags, rudeness, early departure that led to many customers missing the flight. Will never take this flight again neither will I recommend it to anyone. Horrible experience!!!!!!!!

After making me pay for a small suit case from New Orleans to Charleston and charging me $40 for it, they still lost my bags. Wasn't able to receive them for another day and a half. If you are going to charge for something I intended to bring on the plane, at least make sure you handle with care and don't lose them.

I should have known it was too good to be true. My ticket was cheap, but when i arrived to the airport I was forced to spend all of my pocket money on an overpriced fee for Carry-on and Checked backage! There was nothing to like about this trip because the website would not send me a boarding pass although I checked in online twice the day before, so I never had the opportunity to even get in the gate. I asked for a boarding pass through an email and it didn't come through, twice. I did not think much of it because I have had problems receiving emails from Spirit in the past and I have always been able to log into my account and access the boarding pass on the website. The morning of the flight, the website locked me out and wouldn't allow me to log in. I actually had to leave the security line to try to sort the issue out. The kiosk at the airport told me I was at the wrong airport (I was not). I'm so used to the nice screens with free tv games and flight tracker and really missed that on this trip. I'm glad I decided not to pay to upgrade to comfort + this trip for the first time in a long time. I was able to use my tablet for flight tracker but could only see the map and not the stats

Food and entertainment were non-existent since the flights were so short and on smaller jets.....so I guess 1star isn't really fair, but there was no option for N/A Flight attendants were friendly. VPS-ATL lead attendant was very sweet to a passenger in front of us who was on her first flight alone with her child to go to her fathers funeral in the Philippines. She also thanked a soldier for her service. Love these little touches.

I traveled with my two boys (8 months and 2 year) everyone was caring , helpful and understanding of my situation. They made sure I had help and snacks to keep the boys as comfortable as possible.

I didn’t like the snack selection. Maybe add more kid friendly drinks and snacks would be perfect for the traveling families.
