I should have known it was too good to be true. My ticket was cheap, but when i arrived to the airport I was forced to spend all of my pocket money on an overpriced fee for Carry-on and Checked backage! Now I was prepared to pay a fee because that’s with every airline, but those prices were ridiculous. On top of that, I receive very rude treatment! I will never fly with spirit airlines again!

I ended up having to be at the airport for a total of 14hours. They cancelled our flight and I had a baby with me so we had had to rebook with another airline to get back him flying out at 6pm to Charlotte then getting home at 1am. Got to the airport that morning at 8am.

I traveled with my two boys (8 months and 2 year) everyone was caring , helpful and understanding of my situation. They made sure I had help and snacks to keep the boys as comfortable as possible.

I didn’t like the snack selection. Maybe add more kid friendly drinks and snacks would be perfect for the traveling families.

There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!

I ended up having to be at the airport for a total of 14hours. They cancelled our flight and I had a baby with me so we had had to rebook with another airline to get back him flying out at 6pm to Charlotte then getting home at 1am. Got to the airport that morning at 8am.

Got to airport on time but long term parking was full so had to find an alternate place to park. When I got through the check in line at Spirit they told me it was too late to get my bag on the flight but I could still get on. Next flight would be tomorrow. Asked if they could send my luggage on the next flight- no. Asked if I could leave it and have someone pick it up for me-no. Asked if I could carry it in-no. My brother was already cleared to go. We asked if we could get a refund and then fly another airline-no. Spoke to a manager. He said he would refund me on the flight going. My husband recently passed away and I was flying to see my son for my 65th birthday. I am now on a Southwest plane flying out of Ft Lauderdale in the last seat on the plane. I should get into Atl around 7:00. Then I will have to take an Iber to get to his house because he has a function for his daughter that I will miss. The people at Spirit were rude and unyielding. The agent at Southwest was kind and understanding and did the best she could . I originally booked Spirit because it was the cheapest. Turned out that it is costing me about $200 and 6 hours more. Spirit, NO MORE!!! I’m

There was nothing to like about this trip because the website would not send me a boarding pass although I checked in online twice the day before, so I never had the opportunity to even get in the gate. I asked for a boarding pass through an email and it didn't come through, twice. I did not think much of it because I have had problems receiving emails from Spirit in the past and I have always been able to log into my account and access the boarding pass on the website. The morning of the flight, the website locked me out and wouldn't allow me to log in. I actually had to leave the security line to try to sort the issue out. The kiosk at the airport told me I was at the wrong airport (I was not). I went to the front desk and the agent was SUPREMELY unhelpful and unconcerned, and marked me as a no show at 7:05 for a flight leaving at 7:25. Even though I was standing right in front of her. Even though I had left the security line to deal with the issue. I had to get to my destination that day, which happens to be the reason I bought a ticket in the first place, so I had to spend an additional $500 on a Southwest ticket because the agent at the front desk of Spirit said I had no other options with Spirit that day. I called customer service and despite escalating the issue to a manager, I was essentially told "sorry for your luck" and sent on my way. The manager even asked, at the end of the call after telling me a refund would not be possible, if I wanted to purchase an airline ticket while I was on the phone. I have bought a fair number of Spirit tickets in the past. I unfortunately already have a ticket lined up with Spirit Airlines in November but I will never be purchasing another ticket from this airline again. It was an absurd scenario - I paid for a ticket and was not able to redeem the ticket I paid for - and I should not be have to pay the price for Spirit Airlines having poor IT.

I called to change my flight to an earlier time due to flooding in PA. The lady who helped me did an equal exchange for my ticket and waved the $200 fee. I was extremely pleased and appreciative. Also, excellent movie choices and food options. I will definitely continue flying with United.

Although there were a lot of passengers on this flight, the crew was able to get everyone on the plane in an efficient manner.

We were delayed about 2 and a half hours because of the weather in Denver. I was not comfortable at all in my seat because the passenger beside me had his knee and elbow all in my personal space. I asked an attendant if it was okay for me to move and she stated that it was okay, but United switched a lot of passengers flights around so there wouldn't be any empty seats. I was stuck beside the man, all hanging out of my seat, because there wasn't an open seat available. Thank goodness the flight was only 2 hours long. Overall my experience with United was terrible and I will not be flying with them anymore.

My husband recently passed away and I was flying to see my son for my 65th birthday. I am now on a Southwest plane flying out of Ft Lauderdale in the last seat on the plane. I should get into Atl around 7:00. Then I will have to take an Iber to get to his house because he has a function for his daughter that I will miss. The people at Spirit were rude and unyielding. The agent at Southwest was kind and understanding and did the best she could . I originally booked Spirit because it was the cheapest. Turned out that it is costing me about $200 and 6 hours more. Although we ended up being stuck on the plane for 2 hours prior to take off due to high volume, weather and as the pilot put it, "possible military activity" the crew kept us informed every step of the way. There was one flight attendant in particular who was so full of energy and made the unfortunate circumstances not so bad. She entertained us and kept us in the loop the entire time as did the pilots. It made the 2 hours not feel so bad which was appreciated.

That we were delayed on the plane for two hours on a small plane but I know it was out of their control.

I ended up having to be at the airport for a total of 14hours. They cancelled our flight and I had a baby with me so we had had to rebook with another airline to get back him flying out at 6pm to Charlotte then getting home at 1am. Got to the airport that morning at 8am.

Boarding was weird with a lack of overhead bins and then the pilot was inconsistent with updates to safety issues. We were delayed by an hour and twenty mins and then had to wait on the tarmac for another plane to leave the gate. Feels like I wasted two hours in limbo.

I should have known it was too good to be true. My ticket was cheap, but when i arrived to the airport I was forced to spend all of my pocket money on an overpriced fee for Carry-on and Checked backage! Now I was prepared to pay a fee because that’s with every airline, but those prices were ridiculous. On top of that, I receive very rude treatment! I will never fly with spirit airlines again!

Got to airport on time but long term parking was full so had to find an alternate place to park. When I got through the check in line at Spirit they told me it was too late to get my bag on the flight but I could still get on. Next flight would be tomorrow. Asked if they could send my luggage on the next flight- no. Asked if I could leave it and have someone pick it up for me-no. Asked if I could carry it in-no. My brother was already cleared to go. We asked if we could get a refund and then fly another airline-no. Spoke to a manager. He said he would refund me on the flight going. Everything ran smoothly on this flight. No delays before, pleasant staff, great entertainment selection, okay food options, working equipment (e.g., tv in the headrest worked, seatbelts worked, lavatories were operational, etc.). This flight met all my expectations

The only hiccup was the wait time on the runway before take off. Not sure if that was the airport’s fault or the airline’s fault. We must have waited 45 minutes.

There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!

There was nothing to like about this trip because the website would not send me a boarding pass although I checked in online twice the day before, so I never had the opportunity to even get in the gate. I asked for a boarding pass through an email and it didn't come through, twice. I did not think much of it because I have had problems receiving emails from Spirit in the past and I have always been able to log into my account and access the boarding pass on the website. The morning of the flight, the website locked me out and wouldn't allow me to log in. I actually had to leave the security line to try to sort the issue out. The kiosk at the airport told me I was at the wrong airport (I was not). I went to the front desk and the agent was SUPREMELY unhelpful and unconcerned, and marked me as a no show at 7:05 for a flight leaving at 7:25. Even though I was standing right in front of her. Even though I had left the security line to deal with the issue. I had to get to my destination that day, which happens to be the reason I bought a ticket in the first place, so I had to spend an additional $500 on a Southwest ticket because the agent at the front desk of Spirit said I had no other options with Spirit that day. I called customer service and despite escalating the issue to a manager, I was essentially told "sorry for your luck" and sent on my way. The manager even asked, at the end of the call after telling me a refund would not be possible, if I wanted to purchase an airline ticket while I was on the phone. I have bought a fair number of Spirit tickets in the past. I unfortunately already have a ticket lined up with Spirit Airlines in November but I will never be purchasing another ticket from this airline again. It was an absurd scenario - I paid for a ticket and was not able to redeem the ticket I paid for - and I should not be have to pay the price for Spirit Airlines having poor IT.

The last time we flew Delta, we were underwhelmed. Our flight was delayed several hours and there was nothing exceptional about it when it did finally leave. That was 5 years ago, and there's been a lot of changes. There I'd now in-flight entertainment, reasonably comfortable seats, and everything was on time.
