They changed plans after I had checked in and had my confirmed seat. They changed my comfort seat to main cabin and even though there were 4 available comfort seats showing, I wasn’t able to pick one. When I asked at the counter if I could switch back to my comfort she said no.. bc someone else may have higher status than me which is ridiculous bc I was originally comfort. On the flight, I asked the flight attendant to switch and he said once they closed the doors he’d let me know, and he never said anything to me again. Plus we were an hour late arriving, because apparently we weren’t cleared to land and we had to circle. Not sure what’s up with Delta lately, but this was a crappy experience.

It’s different compared to Southwest flights. Comfortable seating. Nice staff. Drinks and coffee free.

Crew was rude, and continued to bang into me as they passed and ram the cart into my seat.

Sat on ground at Lax for 40 min after landing because some one was at our gate. After a 3 1/2 hour flight it sucks to just sit there and wait for no reason that the pilot could give us. So much for ever getting out of the airport on time.

Everything was great until landed and had to wait 25 minutes to get into our gate! Can’t think of a good excuse for that on such a late, cross-country flight. Plenty of prep time!

I was also not told which Terminal the plane would go to in LAX and which terminal the connecting flight would be leaving from. They were not sure! Consequently I floundered around at LAX wasting time and bothering people for information that should have been known to me. The security checks are over the top and inconsistent in the US."

The flight and crew were great. The Milwaukee ground crew could use a little motivation to work harder and faster so we didn’t have to sit on the tarmac waiting to disembark.

Plane was almost empty, I’m 6’4 and asked mid flight to move to exit row because my knees was pressing into the forward seat. 1 person out of 6 seats were in the exit row and the gentleman attendant denied my request. I didn’t flinch about my full day of delays and connection issues but on an empty flight it would have been nice to catch a break. I landed in Pittsburgh at 12:30 at night and got to my hotel at 1:30am with an 8 am presentation. AA delays really have created a discontent with my business trips. As I use AA as my primary airline I hope this doesn’t continue or I’ll switch to United for future business trips monthly."

There are so many expats in Buenos Aires and they all buy tickets in Argentina to go to Uruguay within 3 months. Upon showing the immigration of Argentina my USA passport at the entry, they have NEVER asked me for any kind of proof that I would be leaving within 3 months. At first I started to purchase a ticket to Uruguay by boat and the attendant even asked me the website of the boat because she told me that these problems come up all the time for expats going to Argentina for longer than 3 months. You are ONLY AN AIRLINE. YOU ARE NOT THE IMMIGRATION OF ARGENTINA. Having this said, I never plan to fly Avianca again."

This flight never happened. We were not even in the airport because the connection was delayed hours past when this one was supposed to leave. Everyone knew it would be. But United didn’t say anything until they canceled it at it’s departure time.

My flight was delayed, then we couldn’t leave due to some issues and when I landed my luggage was left behind! Not the experience I was looking for after taking this flight.

Pros: "What mede this trip so poor was that the agent at the desk informed me that as I was boarding the plane my carry on suitcase had to be checked due to limited space in the overhead bins. This is the same carry on that I have stored in overheads on literally over 100 flights including a United flight 4 days earlier. I was the approximately the fith passenger to board in group 3 and after I let her check my bag I walked on to the plane to see not only was it only one quarter full of passengers, most of the overhead bins were completely empty. So I had to go to baggage claim to get my checked bag after we landed which took almost 40 minutes. Very frustrating!"

This is with Global Entry, TSA Pre-check and priority tags on my bags. I'm sure many others without the above were not so lucky."

By the time you pay all their fees, your ticket ends up costing the same or a little more than other carriers that already have these fees accounted for. I also didn’t like the fact that this woman supervisor threw her gate agents under the bus and then when confronted about it she denied it in front of 50 people and denied any wrong doing. What a horrible human being let alone a supervisor of people. Not sure what her name was but she works at frontier airlines in New Orleans Airport. The third thing is that Frontier goes very cheap on their airplanes. We had a brand new plane but the seats were hard and they didn’t recline. Tray tables were tiny and no WiFi. Who the hell doesn’t do WiFi ? Cheap airlines that’s who."
Pros: "The crew was exceptional. The pilot was outstanding. I get very bad motion sickness and both takeoff and landing were smooth as silk. It was much appreciated!!"

Cons: "I NEVER ONCE saw that I needed to pay for our luggage when I bought the tickets and therefore when I checked in, I had to pay $38 per suitcase. THAT IS TERRIBLE! Also, I had a terrible time checking in and when I purchased my seats, the price went up $10 a seat. I will fly Frontier OJNLY when I HAVE to. I will NEVER make it my first choice."

Cons: "for safety i didn’t bring credit cards. I could not buy snacks. The seats were small and uncomfortable which I had too seat in for four hours. Only one toliet. It was very difficult to get of the seats to use the one toliet. I t was just too jammed."

Cons: "Our flight was cancelled for "weather" yet every other major airlines, United and Southwest, had no issues. The customer service representative was unprofessional. She was unwilling to provide any proactive assistance. In fact she offered us an alternative flight that was scheduled to depart AFTER our scheduled returning flight. Contrasting this with our experience speaking to a Southwest airline representative who was courteous and knowledgeable was unbelievable. I will never fly Frontier again."
Pros: "Service was great! from the curbside attendant who saved us a lot of hassle and time to the attendants, everyone was very helpful. Price was unbeatable. Unfortunately, to stay competitive in the industry, Frontier has become a "No Frills" airline. If you plan ahead with your luggage and snacks, they provide very affordable transportation."

Cons: "Showed up to the airport in New Orleans to find out my flight was canceled, but had to be told by people from another airline because the Frontier desk was vacant. Received no email, phone call, text or anything to tell me the flight was canceled. Not even one Frontier employee was at the airport to explain the situation. They just left a stack of papers to say the flight was canceled and they weren't offering anymore flights that day. Had to book one on another airline for the next day, so called Frontier to get reimbursed (they said very clearly on the paper that they would reimburse up to $400 in another airline) and spent over two hours on the phone getting passed around from person to person who said they couldn't help me. Still no idea if I'll be getting reimbursed. DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE."

Cons: "The landing felt like we fell out of the sky, the crew weren't really all that friendly and I found a used tampon in my magazine holder. The drinks weren't cheap and there wasn't really any real understanding of what the safety instructor was saying."

Even your agent when we checked in at the NO airport said she'd heard often that the website didn't work properly. Wouldn't let us get past the do you have bags to check -- then would blank out and disappear. Very disappointing and very stressful."

Cons: "There was a lady sitting next to me with a small dog that was not in a kennel and it tried to bite not only one of the flight attendants, but me as well. The man who almost got bit told the woman that dogs should be in kennels during flights and she said "oh I don't know he's never done this before." Well awesome for you but I've never been bit by a dog on an airplane before either. The guy let it slide and moved on. The tray tables are a joke. They ONLY offer complimentary WATER. No leg room. Would not recommend."
Cons: "Waited in 1 degree weather this morning for 1 hour to check my bag to New Orleans to find out delayed 3 hours, gate changed 4x, then waited another hour for plane to deboard and "security check," only to be told flight was cancelled and to "see customer service." Waited in line for two hours with four other flights with no information other than word of mouth "if we don't wait in line can't guarantee refund." Found out there are no other flights to Nola until Tuesday. Got refund by phone booked new flight for Monday morning on Southwest. Total time at airport today: 9 hours. Saddest part: people are trying to get home for Christmas. Moral of the story: don't be like Frontier airlines. Be prepared."

I also did not like that you get a surprise bill to pay for your seats and check in bags (which are normally free) 24 hours before the flight. So once you purchase your ticket, you then have to pay an additional fee to seat down. 2. The staff is unprofessional. Not only does everyone look sloppy, but the staff is comprised of individuals that don't care at all about customers and have been poorly trained. The quality is very low. 3. I was hit and then verbally abused by a gentlemen on the plane, they laughed and did nothing!!!!! 4. They only allow 15 bags on their plane! After 15, they will move your bags to a different plane without telling you. What kind of nonsense is that?!"

She was pissy when I asked for gin, because she had to go look for it. She was agrivated when I asked if I had to buy the mixer separate, as it was my very first time on frontier. They didn't have gin though it was on the menu, as expensive as the alcohol was that I did buy, the mixer should have come with it. The fact that one has to pay for a carry on is ridiculous! On to of it all the flour was late boarding. I was not impressed with frontier. Drinks and snacks were for purchase ONLY! Landed and sat on the runway for over 40min and the pilots have one update saying it was supposed to be a 5min wait and never updated after that. No wifi no entertainment!!!!"
