get E+, a must for 5 hours flight if you are tall

The flight was canceled the day of the flight. United says it was FAA issue, with some 35 flights canceled and more delayed.

Our flights got changed from United to Air Canada and our purchased seats did not get transferred so we had to pay for seats twice. I brought it up with Air Canada and they stated I had to go back and chase it with United. The united seats were $21 Canadian each and Air Canada were $56 each so we have paid $77 for each seat. Very unhappy

Multiple delays and not straight answer from the United team

I love United was disappointed we had a two hour delay, however the Pilot did say safety first.

I just got back from a trip with 3 flights each way. The flights were good and we were happy with out experience. There was one steward on our first flight that was harsh and grump with passengers. It did not leave a good impression. All of the other flight crews were great on the other five flights.

Food and flight attendents with positive dispositions and friendly behavior, more professional attitudes

Easy to board. Flight was super crowded though so I didn't sleep well on that cross country red-eye flight. The aisles seem ot have gotten narrower and the seat smaller whn luggage and people are getting bigger so it would be AWESOME to have more space and breathing room in general ;)

We were Polaris passengers and found the service poor. The food was ok but the flight attendants were not attentive and rushed the service.

The flight was two hours late to take off. The captain kept making announcements in English, but the volume on the speakers was low and we could not hear him. The flight attendant’s French translation was loud and clear, but we couldn’t understand French. The crew was nowhere to be found to relay what the captain was announcing. Very frustrating experience. American has to do better.

Paid $35 and not able to access the internet at all.

Boarding took forever, the plane was cramped and cold, and the seatbelt song came on constantly throughout the red eye flight with a loud pre-recorded message playing each time

Cabin felt crammed Snacks are lame But crew was super efficient getting us out on time despite delay

Flight was delayed bc of mechanical issue. New plane had different configuration so some seats had to be switched. They called all passengers who needed new boarding cards. They did not call us so we thought our seats were the same and fine. When we boarded they informed us our receipts had changed and we are now all sitting separate and in the back row. Both my daughters had meltdowns and started to cry and once we got on the flight, we figured out how we could sit closer to each other, but this was very upsetting.

You ant watch TV if you don't have a device, the seats have more space, and the snacks are different.

Flight was empty so had a whole row to myself. Still had to wait to get the bag due to the negligence at Palm Springs departure.

Amazingly comfy flight - I had upgraded for a reasonable price and it was worth it. The food also was good.

Random carry-on baggage inspection before boarding for NO REASON. The crew kept talking loudly the entire time, making it impossible to rest. When I asked the crew for something, they said they would come back later but never did. It was an EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT and UNCOMFORTABLE flight.

Only thing that I liked it that I got to my destination safely, otherwise American Airlines stinks.

Too many time late and postponed No electrical power for my electric devices

Flight and crew were good, no complaints at all. Easy, uneventful, quick flight. The delays, cancelled flight, hold time to wait for customer service on the phone were not good. One person that answered told me the delays, first on the way to Newark, and again on way from Newark were due to weather (there was no weather on flight coming in); turns out that was not true. Multiple flights were delayed and cancelled that weekend- 6 for the trip leaving on Sunday from what customer service at the desk told me. Newark was having issues with air traffic controller I believe. So, getting false information and only options of rebook (for another day, or one with stops to get in the next day), refund or a credit valid for 5 years, did nothing to help me get to work the next day or get my son home for school that next day. There was no sort of compensation for the wait or cancellation from airline or from airport. Just out of pocket for the uber ride and the missed hours at work.

The seats! Do not nickel and dime! Be transparent about all your fees!

It was fine, Can’t blame you about airport issues.

You get what you pay for, and the flights went smoothly. There’s no reclining chairs, no screens, And there isn’t always wifi, but the plane was clean and staff was friendly and the takeoff/landing were smooth.

We had an 8 hr delay so it was not good

The reservation was cancelled after a day and a half due to family reasons. There was no flight from Newark to Orlando 03.01.2025. Very bad customer service. Never use again.

Overall good experience for the price. Thank you for making travel affordable.

Be quiet! Why do they have to keep talking BS over the microphone?? Enough!

hassled about bringing my laptop on in addition to my backpack...people boarding with real luggage were not stopped but I was which was ridiculous....zero comfort on board and everything is extra. Last time flying spirit not worth it
