Cons: "I do my best to avoid United because of the terrible service I seem to always receive, and this time was no different. After 3 hours of waiting for a delayed flight, I was 10 min late to my connection (United's fault!!) and forced to sleep in the airport over night. This is unacceptable behavior from any airline and only reminds me yet again why I do not fly with United. Worst experience."

Cons: "United never got us to Atlanta, we spent all day in the airport with delays and no help with seat accommodations on other flights over 4 hours in customer service lines all to be sent back home and gave our luggage lost. Basic economy is such a scam and this was the worst ever flight experience"

Pros: "I had the distinct pleasure of flying in an aisle seat in the back of the plane with an empty middle seat. I quickly and effectively commandeered the middle screen (for flight information) and underseat storage to provide extra leg room in front of me. The flight attendants on my side of the plane were all friendly and wonderful."

The food, not terrible, was simply par for an airline. There was also a rather heated discussion between a flight attendant and a passenger on the opposite side of the plane from me."

Every time the PA system was used it buzzed so whatever was being said wasn't comprehend-able. The biggest complaint was the seating room. I understand that you want to get people into more legroom seats but honestly there should be a regulation for the inhumane way you treated those of us that did not ante up more! I thought I alone have these opinions but once you get me back home, you loose my business forever. I will take my Transatlantic flights every six weeks elsewhere."

Clerk said those were only seats together so she she said she'd move us to exit row (still separate middle seats). However, seats were not actually exit row and they did not recline. So we simply got moved to separate middle seats in a different, a row that didn't recline."
