The crew was very rude, I was told I had to store my purse, the person next to me wouldn't store the carry on baggage, I needed to take scheduled medicine in flight, I couldn't as my purse was stowed. I was delayed for over and hour and a half after arriving. I had to stop and eat in the airport. With chronic health issues addressed this way I will probably not use United again.

Crew was nice. Flight very smooth

We had to get seats at boarding because of the flight delay. She offered us two seats in the back. I knew they don't pushback so I said no. She had given the woman ahead of me two seats in comfort plus. Did not offer that and was rude. There were at least a few empty seats in that area. As a courtesy to us having 1)been delayed in Costa Rica. And then 2) a long wait for the connecting flight in Atlanta it would have been reasonable to offer those seats. Which remained empty

I flew economy. We left the gate on time, the seat was comfortable, entertainment was varied, flight attendants that I came in contact with were professional and pleasant, food was hot and very good, pilots got me where I wanted to go, and that little container of ice cream - oh I love it! The plane was not completely full, which made the seating more comfortable than it would have been if the plane was full.

I was ushered into what became a very slow line to board. The employee at the end of my line had to deal with a few problems so I ended up boarding close to the end, behind those with higher group boarding numbers than I. Having a single line up to the two boarding employees, would avoid that, albeit make a longer line to begin with.

I was booted off my flight and then got rerouted on 4 different planes...IAD to London, to Geneva to Zurich to Barcelona. Got to Barcelona and my bag was missing. It was a nightmare.

Flight was on time and I received my checked baggage.

Seat was uncomfortable due to insufficient foot space. All (about 6) overhead bins in the rear of the aircraft were full because crew stored “essential equipment” in them. Crew was not professional. After takeoff they never came around to see if anyone needed anything and not even a glass of water was offered for the entire flight. They didn’t even ensure that everyone wore seatbelts on landing - woman next to me was stretched out hugging her companion while landing wilth unbuckled seatbelt. Entertainment screen did not wirk properly.

Four hours is my limit in this aircraft, so I don’t mind changing planes in Las Vegas as long as I make the connection. Overhead compartment is tighter on one side of the plane than the other.

Not much. Southwest seems to care less and less about their costumer’s experience. Glad the electrical issue was caught before takeoff, but it should have been caught before boarding.

Boarded the plane and settled in only to be told there la an electrical issue and we’d have to wait a bit. Eventually we were told we could get off the plane and wait. Then we were told to board a different plane in a different terminal. At this point, we were told a new ETD every 15 minutes. Reboarding the new plane was chaotic, unorganized, and not sucure. We were asked our names and checked off a list - not ok. There was zero compensation offered to customers for the late flight that should have and could have been prevented.
