Meaning getting to the hotel was at 3AM. Getting to sleep by 4AM. And trying to wake up for a conference in only a few hours. Beats my partner who flew around IAD until diverted to PA, and sat on a tarmac for three hours..."

Cons: "Horrible flight. On one of the newer planes (trays in arm rests) A 'customer of size' came in on the tail end of boarding and was seated next to me. The problem is that on bulkhead seating, the arm rests don't move up so it looks like they're sitting ON the armrests which means I'm leaning into the aisle and the person by the window is squeezed. However, other seats (middle) exist and no accommodation is made. There's also a policy that a COS procure an extra seat, for their comfort and comfort of others. Guess not, and when pointed out, the FA shrugged and asked if I want to move. Sorry, but I bought business select because I wanted a certain seat (get off fast, aisle, leg room). So instead of recognizing the policy, instead of making sure the COS is in a comfortable seat, instead of asking someone else to move where the armrests can be lifted, etc. She gets to sit nearly on the arm rests and negatively impact (aka wrecked) the flight of two business select customers (A4 and A2) Really?!?"

The concept that allows you to sit where you like is really nice. Next to the playful, friendly approach to interactions, the ability to choose seating is my second favorite. The company rerouted a different plane to take us since ours was going to be so late, turning a 2 1/2 hr delay into just a 1 hr delay. Boarding was super efficient, in flight service excellent. They comped us our headphones because of the delay, a nice touch. This is my 3rd great customer service experience with JB in as many months (the other 2 involved waiving charges to change flights, once gor me when I was suddenly ill, and for my cousin, when a changed circumstance made her need to travel on a different day, alone with 4 kids). Between Kayak and JetBlue app I got very frequent updates on flight status, but gate staff also were there and informed us in person."

On the way from Denver to Miami we were on an old plane with no entertainment and old uncomfortable seats. If this is going to be the case, charge me less up front as well. My daughter had a terrible time for a 4 hour flight."

No leg room, sat shoulders and thighs touching with neighbors. No meal service, just drinks and pretzels, luckily we picked up something to go changing planes in Dallas. Never again!"

Horrible disorganization at boarding. Board from back to front for goodness sake...its common sense."

Please refund my money for the seats that you did not provide me with."

Cons: "You have to pay to choose your seat, to have more than one carry on bag (literally of any size!!), and for any food. Nothing is complimentary. The seats don't lean back at all. No headrest adjustment for any sort of comfort. The seats are hard. We had a 30 min. Delay for some reason we were not made aware of and no apology was made. No Tv's or even a pocket in the seat-back in front of you. Basically if you can fly anything else other than this airline you are probably better off. Delta is basically the exact opposite of this airline and even American does way more. If I can help it I will never use this airline again."

Pros: "They offered a direct flight from Cincinnati to Austin. The price was good, even though they charge for carry on."
Cons: "They land at the Austin airport, kind of. Once we landed they took us to a Remote terminal which required waiting for a bus to fill up and then take you back to the actual airport. There was no quick way for the bus to return and it has to drive for 15 to 20 minutes to get to the main airport. I took 1 complete hour from when I landed to when I got in my car in lot D."
Pros: "other airline seats are concave, forcing my back in to a painful posture. I'm 5'2", 120 lbs, so I'm not the normal body; but I just can't imagine who finds concave comfortable. Thank you Allegiant for a chair with a more-flat back."

Cons: "Seat spacing is too tight. You should give up two rows and give everyone an extra inch and a half of leg space. Your customers would be much happier. The food you serve is not appealing. First of all, there is no coffee. Not even on early morning flights. And none of the food is fresh. It is all preserved stuff like crackers, nuts, and cheese spreads. There is no inflight WiFi. I fly Allegiant a lot, and have grown very tired of the sales pitch for your credit card. All I can think of when I hear it is a barker at a carnival. And the card is not the great deal you promote. The 3% you get back for using the credit card to pay for Allegiant fares is entirely offset by the 3% levy yoiu impose for using a credit card. I am better off just continuing to use my debit card. once. I do like your $29 optional payment allowing one to change flights once. Southwest lets yoiu do this without such a fee, but no other airline even makes the option available."
