Flights delays were communicated timely and helpfully, but there was a significant delay without any real effort to make up for that. Also, the in-flight WiFi was very spotty. That said, this was my first time with Southwest and I was quite happy with the service and staff otherwise.
Southwest continues to do less for more money. Flight attendants used to be fun and friendly. But now it’s like they don’t even see you. Such a shame.

Departure was delayed more than 1/2 hour while we waited for luggage (only) transfer from another flight/plane. Once approved for takeoff, the flight was excellent.
If we are going to have to pay for luggage, make it easier to do. Put something on the app during check-in so I don't need to do it at the kiosk. I've done it twice recently and I ended up having to pay at the desk because something went wrong at the kiosk in Tampa.
Planes are aged. The wifi is unreliable and on many fights, no-existent. The flight attendants were very good.
The first leg of the trip was great. The second leg from BWI to RIC was late, which was more screenful and tiring that late in the evening.
Delayed time changed often. Temperature on the plan was hot. Crew did offer us water. Then we had to offload to get on another flight that left after 10p

I propose enhancing the legroom across the entire cabin seating area and expanding the snack selection. The airline companies should prioritize customer needs over the extravagant and unjustified salaries of upper management.
KUDOS TO ALL THE CREW PROVIDING ASSISTANCE WITH PASSENGERS ON A WHEELCHAIR. ON BOTH FLIGHTS THEY HUSTLED TO TAKE MY RELATIVE TO CONNECTION ON TIME. THEY DESERVE A LOT OF CREDIT!
My original flight was cancelled. My replacement flight was delayed over 2 hours. I lost my whole day in NY
Delays were crazy long (over an hour) both for boarding and baggage claim
awful expereince. boarding was a mess and not communicated, then we sat on a hot plane and were at risk of getting kicked off
2 hour delay and a lack of air conditioning on the plane. Not a good combination
First time flying JetBlue and my perception changed. Love it.

They cancelled the flight after 5 hours at the airport and the only flight they offered was for the next day with a 7.5 layover in fll. This was not going to work for me as this was only a weekend trip and getting into providence at 10 pm a day later caused me to lose Mo ey on hotels money on airport parking a dog sitter etc. they wouldn’t offer any type of a voucher or anything else. All they did was refund the flight which didn’t help me with all the money in time I lost. I was going to see my very sick father
My checked in luggage cost was $59, almost ticket price. The first 13 rows were empty, but fly attendant did not alow women with little boy change her middle sit, sweet boy was crying, I am so sorry for mother and passengers. At the end of the flight the cabin became impossible cold. Only good was timing of departure and early landing, but it suppose to be normal.
Our flight was delayed to Louisville. What made this worse was they did not have another flight attendant to service the flight. This caused an even longer delay. Then when a flight attendant did show up, she chose to "swap" flights with another flight attendant. Therefore, we had to wait longer for the other flight attendant to come to our flight. This is information that the gate attendant should not have shared. Processes and execution at American are broken. Passengers are feeling it. Fixing this starts at the top of the organization.
Flight was on time. Boarding was smooth and orderly. Flight attendants were friendly and professional. Bags came out soon after arrival.
It was ok because it’s a short flight. The attendants weren’t friendly and didn’t serve any beverages even through they announced that they would. Also. The attendants looked messy, not presentable
There was a 6 hours delay in our departure. And yet, no compensation was offered. A company should be responsible for such a delay.
The flight was delayed 4 hours, and when we finally boarded, they told us that the fuel was only just then checked. So, we waited even longer to take off.
Everything was done like clockwork and I find no fault with the airline.
Like all planes recently, entertainment is achieved by giving the patron free WiFi and letting them stream shows via the screen on a phone or tablet.
I thought American Airlines did well considering the adverse weather situation over July 21 and 22. I especially appreciated the consideration given to me when I got stuck in Miami on my way to Boston from Charleston, West Virginia. Thank you for providing a voucher for an overnight stay. Though it was only a few hours of sleep, it was very helpful. I was able to reschedule my medical appointment and got back to the Boston area on the 1st flight out of Miami as a standby passenger. It was very helpful that I was given number one priority on the standby list.
- flight was delayed several hours due to weather (understandable) - flight delayed further and we were told by attendants "we are not sure where the pilots are but they are on their way" as we have to find different pilots for the flight - announcements over the PA were somewhat unprofessional by the attendants, seems they need more training and were not reading off the script. They showed their young age and immaturity in their communications with the passengers. They were not clear and lacked professional communication language. - going from a hub to hub we were also parked at the tarmac at ohare for an additional hour and kept being told "few more minutes". Please just let the passengers know the real wait time instead of hiding the truth. We understand there is traffic and weather delays, but we just want transparency. There are several logistics of our lives that revolve around what the attendants and pilots are sharing with us but they are not being transparant.
I like that the crew kept us informed but we moved back and forth from gate to gate before the aircraft arrived.
It was an early flight and most people napped/slept and the crew let us which was nice.
It didn’t happen. I booked it and then was told it wasn’t available and then forced to pay far higher prices for a worse option
After boarding and un-boarding twice over 6+hours, the flight was canceled.
Although an hour and a half early was told by staff at check in they had overbooked and could not check us in for the flight.

The worst service , the agents from the counter are really bad . Poor customer service . They didnt help me to get in the flight . I was on line when they close the flight without telling and I couldn’t board the plane . I will like to get my money back ey back because it was their fault. At check in they don’t let you be with the person you are traveling with unless you pay $40 per seat . Really bad policy they have
I arrived 1 hour prior to boarding, and they said I was too late for a domestic flight. First time I heard that :-(
they charge too much when you arrive in the air port
The service was amazing. Frontier should allow passengers who pay for check-in bags one carry-on bag at no additional cost.
