Late departure but they were very good about notifying and they gave out food vouchers

Weather delays of hours but staff were professional.

Pros: "All was okey"
Cons: "Snacks"
Pros: "N/A"
Cons: "N/A"
Pros: "Fast and easy"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Complimentary something! Entertainment options would be nice."
Cons: "No complimentary anything! No entertainment:("
Pros: "Direct floght for the route with really no competition for the same airports and similar times. Checkin staff was courteous, embarking was swift, flight on time, safe, no issues."
Cons: "No quick bag drop off option, very slow to be processed. Tons of fees, they really add up and if you pay the extras it can easily be more expensive than the competitors. Super rude and careless flight attendant. Asked for bathroom permission for my 3-year-old once we were at full altitude and she denied. Sure enough 2 minutes later an adult just went for it. Then as the seatbelt sign was off she was blocking the aisle with the trolley. When I asked kindly to make room, she didn’t even acknowledge that she heard my request... she did, eventually, without even looking at me. Also very slow to get the stroller and a bit slow to get the baggage but these latter issues may be airport dependent."
Cons: "The flight was delayed more than an hour. Also, once we landed, the jet bridge wouldn’t work."
Pros: "Same as all the other airlines in my opinion. Just way more afreoadable."
Pros: "Plane was newer"
Cons: "They charge you for everything! Water, peanuts, seat selection....and $45 for a carry on bag! Ultimately ended up paying as much as someone flying on a respectable, upscale airline....seats were basically plastic coverd in pleather. 2 thumbs down"
Pros: "Affordable and direct flight. Great friendly staff."
Pros: "very good boarding and nice crew"
Cons: "very cold in the flight and seats were very uncomfortable"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "All about it"
Pros: "This was my first time flying Frontier, and I was pleasantly surprised with how smoothly everything went! Check in was simple, the flight was on time, the cabin was spacious and we arrived almost an hour ahead of schedule! I will definitely be flying with Frontier again!"
Cons: "I was charged $10 extra to check a bag because I didn't pay in advance. This was my first time flying with Frontier, so I was unaware of this."
Pros: "The captain and crew were fun and positive. They entertained us and always had a smile with a joke."
Cons: "The seats..... Anything more than 2 & half hours hurts your butt. Bring seat cousion for longer flights. It's truly an air bus."
Pros: "Boarding was a little confusing towards the end I said in zone three Arbor they got the preferred passengers board it then they called 12 and three all at the same time"
Cons: "All flights out of Philadelphia were cancelled by Frontier due to a bit of snow, yet almost every other airline was still flying out. You didn't even try! And I had to pay $200 more for a flight."
Pros: "The check in staff were rude, we felt like we were rushed. Frontier is a deceitful airline, they didn't tell us that the bags were SO expensive, usually an airline gives you some bag for free, nope! Carry on and checked luggage cost a ton of money. Not to mention you have to pay for seats, which is expensive! If you're travelling with someone and you don't pay for seats and you wait until the end to be assigned then you won't end up sitting beside the person you're travelling with and I must tell you the response I got from them was that they're busy and they have no time to deal with this. Then there is the flight crew, through the flight all I could hear is the flight crew talking about how they are on a waiting list and something about becoming a full attendant and every other word was accompanied by a bad word. I would file for a refund if I thought that would get me anywhere. Sorry Kayak I like you but from now on I'll be going direct to American Airlines. By the way! The CEO of Frontier is the former CEO of spirit...That alone should tell you stay AWAY."
Pros: "Nothing - the flight was cancelled several hours before departure time for unknown reasons as were other Frontier flights and the only recorde was to get a refund or get customer service rebooked Wednesday or Thursday"
Cons: "Customer service was poor - waited on the phone about 2 hours upon learning of cancellation, arrived at airport while still in the phone - lines at ticket counter were long and chaotic and clearly understaffed and able to offer no good solutions"
Cons: "Due to the weather several flight were cancelled causing a back up with numerous complaints. I was unable to check my bags in a timely manner, which resulted in the agent giving me a slip for a full refund"
Pros: "Crew was fine."
Cons: "Everything else wasn't. PLEASE CLEAN THE AIRCRAFT INTERIOR."
Cons: "High charge on baggage. Not even water. I will not want to flight with you again. Sorry."
Cons: "I've traveled consistently between 4-6 times a year for the last 15 years and this was my first trip with Frontier. It was by far the worst travel experience of my life. One of the passengers was so drunk that she threw up all over the gate agent's podium, and this passenger was still allowed on the plane. When we boarded, we had to circumvent the vomit because it hadn't been cleaned up yet. There were multiple passengers on board who brought their own alcohol, were noticeably drunk and extremely loud. I understand that this is not your crew's fault, but there was a complete lack of understanding as to how to handle the situation. The pilot scorned passengers as a whole, and noted that if people didn't calm down, he would force a landing in North Carolina. The responsible passengers such as myself not only had to tolerate the debauchery, but also felt like we would be potentially be punished for other people's bad behavior. The flight crew seemed to have no idea how to handle this situation. I don't understand why is passenger are blatantly breaking federal regulations, the crew would not do anything about it. When I attempted to check in online, literally ever seat (including middle seats, back row) had an up-charge which is simply ridiculous. the seats were small and very uncomfortable. I will never fly Frontier again. I'd pay double for a flight with another company just to avoid them."
Cons: "$45 for carry on"
Pros: "I paid for a two-star flight"
Cons: "I got a two-star flight"
Pros: "I sat in the first row, so the leg room was pretty good."
Cons: "Kayak quoted ticket prices in search results that were not consistent and I didn't know off the top of my head that Frontier makes you pay for all luggage, even carry ons. The woman at the ticket counter did not notice my luggage and let me know that I needed to pay extra for it, so I paid twice as much at the gate ($60) after being pulled out of the boarding line. These results should be marked differently so it's not so difficult to figure out which tickets are actually less expensive. Only water on the flight (unless you want to buy a can of soda for $5), only one chance to get water, food is also only for purchase. No entertainment options. An oil slick of grease and grime over my window. Very, very unimpressed."
Cons: "Not enough staff in the boarding area to ask about luggage etc"
Cons: "I really wish Frontier provided pillows and blankets for red eyes, that was a long cold ride I had not prepared for!"
Pros: "People were professional and everything ran smoothly."
Cons: "I'm sure there's some tiny print somewhere explaining carry-ons are $45 but it should be more obvious when booking - even if you do it through a third party. It soured the rest of what was otherwise perfectly good service. Other passengerss reacted the same way. I was charged and then noticed the family next to me was charged only $40 for checked bags. The looks on their faces for having to pay for both types of bags was priceless. I mentioned the cheaper check-bag fee at the counter and she said, "Oh, but you said it was carry-on". It just felt scammy. Easy-Jet has been a discount airline for ages and they give you all the options up front so you know what you're getting into. They practically charge you for toilet paper but there are no surprises. Add the extra aggravation of LaGuardia's third world style and you end up with a frustrating day for avoidable reasons."
Pros: "They give you free water on the plane. That's it..."
Cons: "First off, our flight was delayed 5 hours. I understand because of weather. No big deal. But when it is supposed to leave at 4:15 and You tell everyone 5:15, and then at 5:15 tell everyone it'll be here at 6:15, then at 6:15 it went to 7:15 and then again 8:15. During this entire time, I kept asking for updates and the staff at Frontier seemed angry so many people kept asking....that's your job. Because of the long wait many people didn't eat dinner, JetBlu decided to get coffee and donuts for all of their passengers (they said it over the loud speaker), Frontier didn't give us anything. When the plane landed at 8:15, the slowness of the workers couldn't have been any worse. Loading the bags slow, cleaning the plane slow. Plane gets here at 8:15 and we don't take off until 9:30. You'd think we would get some type of snack or drink for this horrible wait time right? Water is free on frontier, but nothing else. And they stuck with that. NOTHING FREE! Not even a soda or bag of chips! My friend is 6 foot 4 and I'm not sure how they get away with the nonexistent leg room. His knees were smashed against the chair in front of him the entire time. Funny for me, sucked for him (or anyone tall). He asked to change seats to 1 of the 2 open seats we had seen with more leg room (near the side emergency exit). They said no unless he wants to pay $50 right there. In the middle of the flight. I have no words for it. Customer service was horrible, food was nonexistent, drinks were nonexistent, leg room was nonexistent. And that sums up how I'll never be using frontier ever again. Pay $50 more for a better plane service seriously."
Pros: "Boarding was well organized"
Cons: "Stewards totally ignored me for food and beverage service"
Cons: "Frontier is cheap, but I guess this is because they cut corners by not paying people to attend to their check-in kiosk. As a result, fifty or more people were waiting at the check in with no idea whether or not it was the right place or whether someone would eventually come. There were no chairs benches or waiting area---and we were forced to watch while other people were welcomed by their airlines. Also, having to pay for a single carry on seems like overkill to me."
Pros: "Priority check in for veterans. But will not be using this airline after this trip."
Cons: "There is a charge for a carry-on luggage fee of $45 so I paid the $40 fee to check my baggage in. Arrived 3 hours before flight. The flight was delayed for 2 hours. Get to the destination with no transfers and my luggage is the only piece that doesn't make it! The baggage claim attendant was all nonchalant and informed me every bag in their history has ALWAYS showed up in a few days. I'm traveling for a weekend business convention....so I had to repurchase clothing and items and possibly another suitcase fot the return trip. I will not be using this airline in the future."
Cons: "Delays are terrible"
Cons: "I did not like all of the hidden fees and lack of beverage service without having to pay for it."
Pros: "Crew was nice, but very uptight about wearing a seatbelt, not standing in line to use the bathroom, not changing seats, etc."
Cons: "I booked tickets with this airline for the first time because prices were significantly cheaper than with other airlines. However, I didn't realize I would have to pay $45 for carry on luggage, pay extra if I did want a seat in the middle, and even pay for soft drank! After factoring in all those things, it would have been a lot cheaper to use a different airline. Plus, it was by far the most uncomfortable airplane I have ever been on. No leg room, small seats that do not recline and have no cushion. Terrible experience!"
Cons: "Charging to choose a seat. No distinction in check in between "personal item" and "carry on" so you're almost tricked into buying a carry on when it prompts "no, I don't plan to bring anything with me", must print boarding pass unless you use Frontier app but there were no self help Kiosks at the airport"
Pros: "Flight going was pretty good...no issues. Although return flight was canceled....customer service found later flight thru another airline."
Cons: "Flight coming back was continuously delayed than canceled."
Cons: "The cost for carry on, paying for water, the delay"
Pros: "The flight attending Andrew was very rude. Rude to me and many others. I felt it was the worst experience ive had on a flight, i fly often."
Pros: "Flight was on time arrived early. Price to check baggage was ridiculous."
Cons: "Lost my luggage going on fourth day still haven't found it. Price to check or carry on luggage was ridiculous."
Cons: "The flight attendant was laughing during the safety speech, which was a little discomforting if you like to feel as if you may make it alive. If you like to not move your legs around or not be able to recline slightly while in an air plane, then this is your airline. The flights are cheap but they forgot to tell you they charge for one carry on! You might as well fly with a legitimate company and not end up paying the same price if not more because of all the "fine print". The saying goes "buy cheap, get cheap" but this airline is a little out of control."
Pros: "Quick and easy boarding and security"
Cons: "It cost $20 extra for a crappy seat and more for a normal seat and $30 extra to take my single carry on. It would have been more honest to tell people these costs up front to allow prices to be properly compared."
Pros: "The crew had an excellent sense of humor that helped with the not-so-great situation of being delayed for 4 hours."
Cons: "Since when did one have to PAY for a very light refreshment on a plane?! We had been in the airport with no food/beverage available because of the time and then not to be compensated even a little bit with a snack of any sort was just more than I could stand. My kids were hungry and thirsty and I was not going to use a credit card for cheese curls and a bottle of water. The interest alone would have been about the same as my mortgage payment! The seats on the plane do not lean back and there is hardly any cushion on them. It was uncomfortable and will make me rethink using Frontier airlines again."
Cons: "I left several messages with the customer service people. I had jewelry stolen from my checked baggage. No one ever got back to me about the theft. My email is dlsappian@aol.com."
Pros: "The people were nice and the boarding process was smooth"
Cons: "The seats were horrible, no leg room at all, and they didn't recline at all"
Pros: "The crew was courteous and professional."
Cons: "After adding up all of the hidden fees with the "low cost" of the flight, it all came out to MORE than I would have paid if I had booked a flight with another carrier!. As ad DEPENDENT of an active duty military member, I NEVER have to pay for checked luggage, much less a carry on! Once I got over having to pay and additional $150 for luggage, I board the plane to find extremely uncomfortable seats with half of a tray table, all I could do was laugh. The joke was totally on me!!!! For a flight that was over 3 hours long, it was NOT WORTH ANY OF IT!!! I didn't do the research that I should have, and that is totally on me. Fool me once, but NEVER AGAIN."
Pros: "Only thing i liked is That we didnt crash"
Cons: "-$40 fee for personal bag that was slightly over regulation -one hour delay PLUS 2 hours stuck on runway in the airplane without access to water nor could we stand up out of our chairs for bathroom -finally when they were serving food and beverage only paying passengers had first access to food and water even if the crew had to walk all the way to the back and then back to the front to serve and charge them, it took about 45 minutes until they started serving water (of which the second cup of water they needed to charge for supposedly although we got "lucky" and they gave us a free second little glass of water)"
Pros: "The lpane was one of the first to be able to leave after snowpocalypse and although the ground crew had to work on the ice to be able to push the plane from the gate we arrived in miami on time and very comfortably!"
Cons: "Nothing"
Cons: "The return flight has been cancelled and there is very little help on finding an affordable replacement."
Pros: "Boarding time. On time arrival."
Cons: "At least offer water foc."
Cons: "I did not book a flight on spirit airlines so I have no idea you think I did!"
Cons: "Crew helped me with great care as I am disabled. No entertainment was disappointing ut understandable for a low budget airline."
Cons: "Flight delayed"
Pros: "The crew was nice and the boarding process was simple."
Cons: "Offering complimentary snack and a drink would have made it the best."
Pros: "Flight was delayed for 8 hours due to crew and pilot shortage. Weather was fine."
Cons: "Make larger passengers purchase two seats"
Pros: "Finally a Spirit flight with out a delay.... thank you"
Cons: "Your fates seem cheap , but just become just as expensive as other airlines ...."
Pros: "Everyone was nice"
Cons: "The customer service was very respectful answer all of my question and was kind."
Cons: "I could not go on the trip due to medical reasons and submitted the documentation. Spirit refused to reimburse me and said they would give me a voucher to fly in 30 days although my doctors said I could not fly or travel due to being on a heart transplant list and wearing an lvad to keep me alive. Flight net also refused to reimburse me. I will never use kayak."
Pros: "They eventually got us there. staff were friendly."
Cons: "Online check-in - DID NOT WORK. Awaited the email, but never came. At the airport - kiosk didn't work. Got an attendant - flight had started boarding 5-10m before getting the agent / *their* policy is no boarding passes after that -- even though hours earlier the online check-in was done. They charged for the baggage, so parts took. Reality seems to be that flight was oversold. Upon rebook at next flight - that one was delayed due to awaiting inbound flight attendant. They know this stuff hours ahead of time, but never say."
Pros: "My luggage arrived in good condition in Tampa.Easy pickup.lol"
Cons: "Daughter got sick.I checked in and had to leave the airport to take care of her."
Pros: "Speed of boarding"
Cons: "Cost of carry-on"
Pros: "Great Crew!! Easy ride home!"
Pros: "Everything was on time"
Cons: "Seating is always uncomfortable"
Pros: "Flight was early, plane was clean. Flight was uneventful"
Cons: "They charge ridiculous prices for luggage, even carry ons. Paid $42 each way for one checked bag. Food and drink are not free. Water was broken on plane in washroom. They try to get you to pay for a seat, otherwise you may not sit with your family. Only allow 40lbs in checked luggage, but you can bring as much weight as you want in personal or carry on. 41+ lbs costs an extra $30. They nickel and dime you for everything even $10 to print boarding pass. Initial price on Kayak was lower than everyone else, but with all the add ons turned out to be much more expensive. Not allowed to bring tennis racquets on board, have to check them. Jet Blue allows them to be carried on board. Will NEVER fly this airline again."
Pros: "The plane was big and you had space, flight attendants were kind."
Cons: "Airport Employees are extremely rude, multiple delays on flight and none of their employees were even at the desk or giving updates, insanely expensive. It was my first time flying spirit and will definitely be my last. Worst airline around."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "My flight was delayed twice causing me to arrive late, the service was awful and the seats were uncomfortable. I will never fly with spirit airlines again."
Pros: "The fact that there was a nonstop flight from PHL to LAX at a reasonable time of day."
Cons: "When we arrived, it seemed Spirit was understaffed. There was a long line at check-in, and no bag drop. The attendants seemed stressed, understandably. We were seated in the second to last row, in front of three unaccompanied minors. The flight attendants were doing their best to make sure the kids behaved, but they were incredibly disruptive. My wife and I agreed: unless Spirit has a deal that's too good to afford, we will not be flying with them again. What you may save initially, you pay for in quality of service, comfort, and convenience."
Pros: "Nothing! During boarding there was almost a fight... should've known then."
Cons: "AC was broken, plane was dirty, cramped, charged for small carry on, in air advertisement like "AIR QVC", still Serve alcohol to drunk passengers who were yelling on small plane.. I mean that's a lot!"
Cons: "they cancelled the flight, because their pilots refused to fly the OT. THEN THEY WAITED TOO LONG TO FIND TO INFORM US, SO WE HAD TO STAY ANOTHER NIGHT"
Cons: "I had a small carry on which they forced me to pay $59 for at the airport. If you add this to the price I paid for the ticket, there is not much of a discount. The seats also did not recline which is not very comfortable. you pay for everything including the water."
Cons: "I had to cancel my flight because my uncle went into hospice and is actively dying. I was not able to get a refund my ticket or use it as a credit. i think that is deplorable"
Cons: "My flight was delayed by over three hours on Sunday traveling from Philadelphia to Los Angeles. Flight delays happen but there was zero communication from anyone at the airport let alone anyone at the customer service desk. They also changed our gate several times, which led people going back and forth completely confused and upset without anyone there to answer questions or help explain where we should be, etc. This was a terrible experience and I will not be flying Spirit again and will encourage friends and co-workers to do the same."
Pros: "Landing in fll"
Cons: "Over 2 hour delay"
Pros: "They got me to my destination EARLY on both legs of my trip."
Cons: "No frills Baggage rules"
Pros: "Spirit airlines changed the time of my flight, cancelled my flight twice, and delayed my flight. I will never use this airline again."
Cons: "My flight left early I was at the airport 1 hour before the time. When I got there my seat was taken. Also I had to pay 90 to get on the next flight which I belive is not fair. Worst travel agency!."
Cons: "A woman at the LAX (connection point) boarding area was so rude to the point where a supervisor got involved. I had a carry on with insulin(I'm type 1 diabetic) that she told me I had to check in. I politely asked her why since Philadelphia international did not give me any issues about it. I also told her that I'm type 1 diabetic and can die without it. She said "you're either checking this bag in or no one is boarding" and proceeded to put the security arm down. I spoke to a Supervisor, who told me it was completely fine. My 7 year old child and I finally boarded thanks to the supervisor. My advise to the wpmn is to stop and think why another reputable airport would have let someone through with the bag she's refusing to let in due to simple fact of size. This was not larger than a normal carry on. I understand that flights are often full and make these requests but certainly not in a humiliating way and ceerriamlg not after being told that it contains medicine that someone can die without."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "First they charge you for "CARRY ON" which takes away whatever savings you believe you're getting with Spirit. $55 is the price they charge. Second, the seats are smaller then all the other airlines and the cushion is hard and not comfortable at all. I'm pretty sure they're made from old coke cans. Third, the snacks and yes snacks, not meals because they do not serve meals even on a 5hr coast to coast flight, are just junk food. Terrible menu. Cup-o-noodle is one of the items. Wow! No entertainment of any sort either. So basically you can pay the same money on another airline and recieve all the usual food, comfort, entertainment, and service. I don't know how Spirit thinks it'll stay in business. It's the worst business model I've ever come across. Stay away"
Cons: "I do not write reviews. I have never needed to until now. The people at ticketing who worked for Spirit were so amused by the crying families that they could hardly hold in laughs. Spirit had delayed the flight 3 hours past the original time, and 30 minutes before they had put it back on schedule. Needless to say many people including myself had to rush to the airport. When I go there there were crying families being rudely insulted and laughed at by the staff at Spirit airline. These men were of middle eastern decent and they were making incredulous racial slurs about the Hispanic customers to their face. They even encouraged us to leave, and not try to make my flight, saying "you have only two minutes, you will never make it!" They said this after refusing to print our boarding passes, which we were able to make enough noise to convince him to do so. He also tried to swat a cell phone out of my partner's hand when he was trying to film these Spirit employee's make these insulting slurs. The plane is also terrible and crew seemed like they were all high on opiates, sluggishly making their way through the cabin. Very unsafe airline, price gouging enterprise of deceit and ineptitude."
Pros: "Nothing, It was cancelled."
Cons: "The flight was canceled, I had to miss work the next day with no compensation. I had to purchase another flight from a different airport and airline. My family had to drive 2 hours to and from the airport to come and get me again. Worst travelling trip ever. All because with no explanation; spirit canceled my flight to LAX."
Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "The internet was not working to check in online had to call 6 times just to check in."
Pros: "Everything"
Cons: "The baggage fees are too high"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The airplane"
Pros: "I got everywhere on time."
Cons: "Spirit charges $55 for carry-on luggage. This would've been nice to know ahead of time as the money I saved on the flight was quickly diminished by those fees. They also charge for every little thing on the airplane, including the ability to pick your seat. I probably won't fly with spirit again. The seats didn't work as they would not recline. There was no entertainment at all. It was really the bare minimum of what a flight can offer."
Cons: "I arrived for my flight early and checked my two suitcases at $114 dollars. I proceeded to my gate an hour before boarding time to find that my flight was delayed 1hour and 45min. Thinking I had some time to use the lady's room and grab food I arrived back to my gate an hour and 40mins before take off to find that the plane was already boarded and the attendant would not let me on. They had reverted back to the original take off time because the plane showed up on time but did not call those who walked away from the gate. I missed my flight, I missed my check in time at school, my bags went without me and I was stuck in Philadelphia until my next flight today. I'm afraid my bags with everything I have are somewhere lost I in LA."
Pros: "The seats are awful! They shouldn't use these planes for cross country flights as the service and comfort is not good. You can't even get a glass of water without a charge"
Cons: "Seats and service"
Pros: "Crew was friendly, helpful"
Cons: "Seats were small. Charged $45 for a carry on bag which was not mentioned previously. Would not fly with them again. Thought I was getting a great deal on airfare, but I was really getting ripped off."
Pros: "Smooth ride, friendly staff, no problems"
Pros: "nothing was impressive."
Cons: "Charging for every single thing they can possibly charge you for. The icing on that cake is that they even charge you for water in flight. Now, that is so horrible. Only taking credit cards too. There are many older people on these flights that do not even have credit cards.... so they may not have water? Cheap flight!!??? nope, add everything together and with flight attendants that don't want to be there and a captain that let us sit on the tarmac for a good 15 minutes before thinking he should tell us what's going on. That was my first and it is my last Spirit flight! And i am telling everyone that i know not to fly Spirit. Some people I have told have stories of their own and said they won't fly Spirit ever again too."
Pros: "Nothing! Grateful for a safe landing"
Cons: "Charge too much for luggage; uncomfortable seats; nothing to drink or snacks on flight; flight delayed; I will NEVER fly spirit again, the price is NOT worth it; first and LAST time flying this airline. Just HORRIBLE"
Cons: "The charges for seats, carry-on, and checked bags are incredibly outrageously high. The added costs makes the flight way more than flying on another airline."
Cons: "the personal at the airport was super rude, so i canceled the trip and booked with united right at the airport!!!"
Pros: "I like that I arrived at my destination alive."
Cons: "Spirit Airlines nickel and dime you for everything. I think I actually ended up spending more than I would've spend had I booked another flight that was a little bit more expensive upfront. Old dirty planes."
Pros: "I liked how quickly we got on the plane and got seated."
Cons: "I didn't like how delayed the flight was or the wait time."
Cons: "Could have done without the sales pitch for your credit card. Had a layover so had to listen to it twice. Also, the price for the bags were over the top especially since the weight limit was 40 pounds."
Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "The absolute WORST phone customer service."
Pros: "The Crew and the seat trays that perfectly fit an iPad for watching movies."
Cons: "That i was charged $50 for a carry on, I was told due to the size and semi hard cover. The person traveling with me had a much larger bag, but it was a soft duffle bag. i saw other people getting on the same flight with larger bags the same style as mine. I was told that they used the KIOSK. I used the check in counter. I had to pay for a bag that was smaller and then wait for my bag once we landed. This was the low point of my trip to Atlanta. When I am asked about my trip this is the first thing that comes to mind. I feel like i had $50 stolen from me. Dan Heyduk, flight # , on 2/27/2016, Sat @ 7:50am request #10518498471"
