It was a short straightforward trip. The flight boarding and inflight was flawless. Attendant Very pleasant

Thank you for giving us new planes and plenty of storage space.

Charcuterie box was great and priced right. Staff was professional and helpful. App and communication before the flight helped make logistics easy.

I had to put my bag in a further bin because there was no room in the one next to my seat and when I returned to my seat, the man was still there. I told an attendant, but the man only gave me the number of HIS seat and told me it was the same. I told him it was NOT the same. I assumed he wanted to sit next to a friend, so I just let it go and the flight attendant just kind of drifted away. I also didn't want to be the one getting tackled by an Air Marshall for causing a fuss. Turns out, that man didn't even know the person he was sitting next to. I suspect he just wanted to get out of the plane sooner. Either way, this shouldn't be allowed to happen - what's the point of choosing your seats if someone else can just take it from you?"

Cons: "Flight attendant was rude as I switched into an empty seat following her count. Called out my move on front of other passengers with negative tone, but did not make me move, so OK overall. Without sale of open seat, the only way for Alaska to capitalize on that seat is to allow someone else to have a more positive flight experience with more personal space, so honestly she shouldn't have been rude. Tomato juice was hot from being outside, normally cool even without ice. Snack was fine, but minimal and snack boxes not available on short flight, so less stars for that. Entertainment nonexistent - film/tv access not available in flight without something in mobile device that was not explained, no plugs for charging."

Cons: "Only 1 flight attendant in first class for 16 passengers, as the other one disappeared most of the time, and when asked for help she actually refused, saying she was only helping coach class! Dinner service took almost 3 hours. Never asked if we wanted wine or another drink with dinner."
Cons: "The air hostess made a big deal about using the restrooms on the front side of the plane by the cockpit even though she knew the food trolley was blocking the way to the restrooms on the rear end. They even made announcements about not standing in queue for the restrooms (note- there was no queue, I was waiting for my mother to find her back to the seat). Less than average hospitality."

Cons: "I pre confirmed my flight online & checked in, along with a friend. I didn't realize I had to reconfirm when I got to the airport again, since my friend already knew the gate number. I had my mobile boarding pass on my iPhone, and got to my departure gate. When it got close to boarding time, my email boarding pass disappeared! Luckily I was able to get a paper boarding pass from the boarding desk. If I had not looked previously on my phone-I would have been delayed. Learning lesson on my part. Check in at airport too!"

(the person next to me asked for a water in first class and was given a glass of water and told that's all we have) it was said in a really rude way and almost thrown at him not cool Ex. ( old couple was in need to use the restroom and asked for some assistance and she was really rude to them cause they needed here help to get up. again not cool if she was not having a good day then she should not have came in to work."

Yes, you did provide a $250 credit, but I lost a day's pay from work. Luckily, my family has a place in Truckee . Felt sorry for so many of the passengers whose travel plans were greatly changed by Alaska's mechanical problems."

The person at the desk did her best to tell everyone to sit down until called (over and over) but everyone ignored her. This problem might be solved if there was a line up area like how Southwest lines up the groups ahead of time."

Instead they booked a flight for me the next day at a very early time! I lost out time and money! I had booked a hotel. I will never book any flights with Jet Blue ever again."

The incoming flight was two hours late, so the departure was late. Our arrival in Paris was late. We made the flight, but our luggage didn't. Our return flight from Paris to Dulles was half an hour late because of people from connecting flights. We arrived about 30 minutes late, but no big deal (unless you had a connection)"

Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."

Cons: "We left DC late because of Delta's inefficient boarding process. We landed in Atlanta late. Our flight to Sioux Falls left early, without us. My pregnant wife and I made it to the gate 4 minutes before the scheduled departure and they told us the plane was already gone and there was no way for us to get on the plane. Our bags did make it to Sioux Falls, so my wife didn't have her prenatal vitamins, , we had no clean clothes and we were forced to spend the night in Atlanta. The saddest part of yet another terrible experience with Delta was that they offered us a "discounted" room at a terrible Howard Johnson for $72. I looked online and the same hotel was $65 to book on Kayak. So basically Delta was trying to scam us after they screwed us. Thanks Delta! Instead we paid $200+ to stay at an airport hotel. Every time I fly Delta I regret it, yet occasionally I get forced to take their awful airline to get somewhere I need to go. It never fails to add another bad Delta experience to my long list of failings from this SAD!!! airline."

They were all full and i had no time to find one since I was waiting there for 3 hours with no informational. I slept on the floor and delta didnt even offer us a blanket. That was my worst trip ever."

Just simple stuff. I asked for extra ice, she thought I said no ice. Simple mistake, no big deal but when I explained that I actually wanted extra ice she was perturbed!"

Lost a day, lost 2 tours, endured additional hotel costs...and the attendant made it clear she was on overtime and we just needed to move on. American Airlines is too big and consolidation of airlines has not been good for the public."

Somehow European airlines manage not to freeze out all their passengers. It was less than a two hour flight but felt like an eternity because it was so uncomfortable. Seat size - this is absolutely the smallest it can/should go. I am pretty skinny, but even I'm running out of room and the seat backs could be made a bit more comfortable. Not only is there almost no recline, but the way they are constructed - they actually push my head forward - not made for short people."

Spoke with the Supervisor Ralph who stated it was against policy. How stringent is this policy if it was waived seven times previously? Policy needs to be reviewed with entire staff. I will no longer use American Airlines because their military convenience and policies no longer seem to favor the military. My husband also after speaking with him will also no longer use your airline including all his members he overseas when they return after their year tour."

I never received a check in notification email. It took forever to check in at the airport because the the kiosk took a while to pull up my reservation after asking for additional information. I got stuck with middle seats on 5 hour plus flights when I had actually checked to confirm I could still select a window seat before I booked and did indeed select window seats when I booked."

Most idiotic and incompetent group I've ever flown with."

The passengers behind him had tray tables down and video games out and when she addressed them it was in a respectful manner, but when addressing my husband, it was disrespectful and unprofessional. Seemed to be discrimination as she did not treat any other passengers like this. I wish I would have captured this on video to share with American Airlines as I do not think they would condone her behavior. Her name was Marlene and she needs additional training regarding customer service."

Cons: "The negative experiences started before we got on the plane. Boarding began slightly behind schedule and was very disorganized. People were all standing in the boarding area and out into the walkway for the concourse. I feel it would be better to have boarding groups come up individually or two at a time. (While group one boards, group two convenes. Once group one has boarded, invite group three to take their place.) Once group three had boarded, an announcement was made that there was no overhead bin space availble for the entirety of group 4. It seems a bit ridiculous that nearly half the plane wouldn’t have overhead space. It took awhile to board group 4 as everyone had luggage to check and once we finally got down the jetway, we had to wait another few minutes before being able to get to our seats as the flight attendant for first class insisted on taking drink orders while she stood in the aisle. I understand this is a perk of first class but I feel it could be better executed. These seats are boarded in group one so to have drink orders incomplete by the time group four is trying to board is irritating at best and incompetent at worst. Once finally at our seats, it became apparent that the announcement about lack of overhead bin space had been made a bit early. The bins were on the full side but they definitely had space available. Also, much of the space had been taken up by jackets and bags that would have fit under the seats; which I felt could have prevented nearly all of the checked bags. The flight was uneventful with minor annoyances like having to pay for entertainment and any sort of food. Even southwest provides entertainment free of charge and I consider them to be more of a budget airline. If I fly Lufthansa again, I will not take a domestic flight through United and will instead book via southwest to and from the international airport Lufthansa flies out of."

Pros: "More important than the trip home last Wednesday was the reason for the trip. We attended my granddaughter's wedding. Everything else was secondary. Even if the trip had been in a one wheeled barrow, it would have been good. To get to what you want which is the mechanics of the trip. The two people who attended to the aisle chair, most teams were competent. Some hadn't done many passengers so they were fumbling with the straps. I've learned that I almost alway have to ask for one at the gate where they check or issue, (what's it called, loading permits, some kind of pass, not landing pass. loading pass. I can't remember and my wife has gone to bed.) Well, they have to come up with an aisle chair because I've only got 1 1/2 legs. I always make it to the seat on the plane, but the competency of the various crews is uneen. Sorry my answer is so nonspecific but I don't remember one airline from another. Great people all, get the job done."

Very unhelpful. It worked out, because my connecting flight was cancelled. At which point United told me they could get me on another flight FOUR DAYS later. So I ended up taking another flight two days later to a destination three hours from my original itinerary and renting a car at my own expense. Worst flight experience ever -- I will never fly United if I can't help it."

Also there was a problem getting the thing that connects the plane to the building when it was time to be let off and everyone was getting really hot while we waited 30 minutes to be let out."
