Pros: Greeter in the plane smiled

Cons: Chairs uncomfortable, dirty plane, felt rushed, no tv, no complimentary snacks for a 4 hour flight. I’ll pay extra next time.

Pros: While my bag was left in Boston, they eventually delivered it to my door on New Year's Eve.

Cons: Both flights were delayed, yet the airline still managed to leave my bag in Boston. When it didn't arrive in Oakland, they couldn't tell me if they had left it in Boston or in Las Vegas, and it was only through how long it took the bag to arrive that I figured it out. They were responsive at the ticket counter, and gave me the number of the baggage office to call to figure out where my bag was. The baggage office, however, never answered their phone nor did they return my first 2 messages. When I called the main customer service line, they could tell me nothing beyond the phone number for the Oakland baggage office, which I already had, and was not returning my phone calls. Eventually, my bag was delivered to my house, but it took about 48 hours from when I landed for me to get my bag back.

Cons: Flight cancelled and they weren't going to refund until I yelled at them.

Pros: The crew did their jobs just fine. Not especially hospitable but they didn’t do anything “wrong” per say.

Cons: I am in shock over how much I ended up paying for my checked bag and personal item. I will never fly sun country again for a trip longer than 72 hours. The flight was MISERABLY cold.

Pros: The crew were super nice!

Cons: Weather delays! Seemed like all of the other airlines cancelled flight and/or were flying and my flight got pushed back our after hour after from leaving at 8:05 til 1:30. Would have been since to just come to the airport later vs having to wait there

Cons: It’s the most uncomfortable flight I’ve ever ridden. 3.5 hours on Deontier is worse than 12 hours to Europe. NEVER AGAIN.

Cons: No signage for frontier airlines at o'hare airport. Not found in the departure flight schedule for phoenix either. Even at the gate there was no sign for our flight, only shown while we are boarding was the next flight to Colorado. There was a lot of confusion.

Pros: Crew was very nice and the ride was smooth.

Cons: We were delayed about an hour.

Pros: Gate for flight to Paris from Chicago was changed at least 4 times. At the gate boarding was supposed to start at 10:15. Kept getting delayed until 11pm and then it finally got cancelled. Noone directed us on what to do. It is 20hours later and I still haven't made it 6to my destination.

Cons: My luggage is lost and none of the American Airlines have been able to locate it. I will never fly with American Airlines again.

Cons: I was upset about having to check in my carry-on. I wish they were stricter about having to put small baggage under the seats. The flight was already delayed due to weather, and having to check my bag really delayed me.

Cons: We were delayed and very long landing,circled around for a long time.

Cons: Staff really wasn't friendly. Tv's are getting old and many didn't work. Sick of having to drag bags thru security only to have them take them at the gate.

Cons: Terrible that United charges for Carry on bags!!! Most airlines don’t do that but this is almost getting like flying in other low cost airlines. The price was not super competitive and on top they give you mediocre Seats, they split your family members just to push you to pay for the upgrades.

Pros: I love the smaller Jets now that goes to Erie. Less noise love the one seater on the side.

Cons: A direct flight from california to chicago turned out to be a flight with a fuel stop in Denver which was then an hour and a half delayed, missing my connection! How the hell does that happen?

Pros: I missed my flight and you guys helped me catch the next one :D I was able to still make it yo my final destination within the same day

Cons: The “Mediterranean tapas” meal is basically a tiny tiny school lunch, minus the comfort of PB&J. Want dried apricots? You get FOUR. All in all not too bad though. The entertainment/WiFi system is limiting- maybe REMIND us to bring headphones? And no WiFi unless you have T-Mobile? Tease.

Pros: Uncomfortable seats, zero leg room, a website that has yet to function properly without me having to call customer service several times per flight. Not to mention the "Low fares" Spirit offers you don't actually account for the money you shovel out for EVERY SINGLE EXTRA you can think of. I ended up spending 65$ on my last flight just to bring a carry on and choose a seat. Tie that all together with an angry, impatient, and unprofessional staff, and you result in a customer who will never be flying spirit airlines again.

Pros: Once boarding got underway, we got away quickly

Cons: Hidden charges ($55 cost for first carry on bag?!) artificially make their flights look cheaper. The seats had too little padding for a flight of 5 hours. No entertainment, No adjustabikity or reclining seats. This was actually worse than an airborne bus.

Cons: The gate was under construction contributing to my low expectations. Obese person next to me took up half of my seat... contributed to back pain and arm falling asleep. Longest flight experience to date.

Cons: Left MPS 45 minutes late. 15 minutes elapsed before ONE piece of luggage was delivered to baggage carousel, and then it was 2 carousels away from the one assigned.

Pros: Seat was uncomfortable, but luckily we had an exit row so we had extra leg room. An entertainment station would be appreciated. There was a 3 hour delay due to technical difficulties, which was frustrating, but nothing could be done about it.

Cons: Crew could have been slightly friendlier and more willing to help.

Pros: I was grateful the flights never cancelled, but it delayed so often. Good news was I kept getting email notifications on all the delays.

Cons: The airplane was not meant to be comfortable. The seats don't recline. There's no radio or TV. No Footrest. The seats had very little cushion. My first flight, it looked to be an older plane, so I assumed they bought it used. My second flight, the plane was definitely new and they styled it so it would NOT be comfortable. They even made the tray table shorter. Wasn't able to fit anything on that. If you are looking for comfort or peace of mind in getting to your destination on time, then I would NOT recommend Spirit.

Pros: Do attendants spent the flight scolding passengers for needing to use the rest rooms. We had terrible turbulence so seatbelt sign was on most of the time. So when captain turned them off people understandably got up to use restroom. The fl attendants then told people to stay seated during service!!

Cons: Don’t charge for snacks and WATER!!! Fl attendants talked very loudly and everyone has to listen to their conversation. What happened to customer service and making the fl enjoyable to us. Disappointing! My seat squeaked like it was built w substandard metal and hardware.

Pros: The cost, crew was nice, clean airplane, flight was little turbulence.

Cons: The seat cushions, seats did not recline, better selection of snacks and drinks (especially for diabetics), wish wifi was available, even if there was a fee. USB ports for charging devices.

Cons: The crew at the airport for Frontier was not helpful or pleasant. Waited 35 minutes at the empty gate counter for help and none of the crew members standing around or on their personal phones offered to assist. Highly unprofessional team on the ground and in flight.

Cons: Who bumps you off a domestic flight if you're not already checked into 2 hours ahead of time? Spirit that's who. The adage is true, you get what you pay for. We paid for a scam with spirit. They apparently have an odd policing if you haven't checked in at the airport 2 hours ahead of your flight, you don't get to fly. No one alerted us to this policy and spirit even double down on the claim the my didn't have our contact information to alert us while I was actively receiving texts from them. Did nothing to try and help us. Pay more elsewhere. It will save you in he long run.

Cons: They diverted us because they allowed a heroin junkie on the plane, was 3 hours late. Missed hotel check in, lost 300$, then on the way back they canceled flight didn't even refund us or try and get us on another flight. Worst company ever! You should feel ashamed to even sell there flights.

Cons: Coffee was bad. Seated in the very last row although there were many seats open. Flight was delayed three times.

Pros: The air hostess didn’t smile while offering cookies, but she wasn’t rude. She later asked my fellow passenger to move to another window seat and I had the comfort of 2 seats.
