Breakfast was quite good, rest of the food was maximum average like on the other Delta flights I flew on this travel.

The seats in business class are horrible in flat bed mode. The crew did not pay much attention, was quite bored, not well organized, service was less than average. They forgot the coffee for breakfast although they had only to care for 8 people.

Price of the ticket last minute one way from Boston to Anchorage for a family members surgery. Did a one way coming back even cheaper! Also missed connecting flight in Seattle and CS rep was kind enough to put me on a very booked flight 2 hours later. She waived the $200 change fee she could have charged. TY very much Brittany in Seattle!

Bring ur own snacks. Food is expensive like every other airline and not necessarily what one might feel like eating at that time.

Alaska Airlines is the best domestic Airline. However their terminal in Boston leaves a lot to be desired. The ticket agents are not Alaska employees it seems and they don't quite know how to work their computers. The gate area has no restaurants and is extremely disappointing.

The Gogo videos didn't work much of the time.

Opportunity for free self-serve snacks mid-flight.

I fly Jetblue in large part for the robust entertainment system and seats which allow me to sleep. On this particular flight, my seat would not recline. Further, and more importantly, I had the only seat with a broken entertainment system on a 6 hour flight. Worse, the screen was on a loop, where every 30 seconds it would flash bright white light in my face, making it impossible for me to sleep or even rest. I would chalk it up to an aberration, however, my entertainment system was similarly broken on my last Jetblue flight. I am very disappointed. One last issue - we had to stand waiting in line to board for no apparent reason 35 extra minutes. Not a huge deal, but not ideal at the end of a long day.

Excellent, friendly service. Amazingly designed aircraft. A first class experience!

Had a reasonably comfortable seat. Entertainment and information screen is very nice. Crew was very pleasant. Got in to our destination within minutes of the advertized time despite a long wait on the tarmac to take off from busy Seatac. Offers of beverages during the early part of the flight.

No meal offered, and just a single small snack at the beginning of the flight so arrived ravenous, Controls for the TV on the armrest where my neighbor’s elbow kept changing the settings — the controls should be moved to a less vulnerable location.

Hard working courteous crew. A 45 min. delay caused by safety concern. That's a good thing.

2 of the 3 video displays in our row could not function in movie or show mode. Worse still: the arm chair controls seem perfectly placed for accidental activation, which happened dozens of times on our flight. No way to disable. Very unpleasant.

Actually pushed back from gate on time in Philadelphia. Took about 25 minutes from then til take off. Landed only a few minutes behind schedule. Crew was pleasant. Food was okay.

It was a Finnair flight but operated by American Airlines. I booked through Justfly.com and paid extra for what I thought were our seats. Don’t pay Justfly for seating choice as the operating airline can switch your seats. Online checkin was difficult as I tried Finnair first with no luck, then got somewhere with American. Seats were not very comfortable but I guess that’s what you get in economy.

A huge queue due to AA policy to un respect BA policy of free 23 kg checked luggage of Int’l flights. A scandal, a shame. Won’t travel anymore with BA & AA.

United made me check my carry-on and would not transfer , so I had to wait for it and missed my connecting flight. Then I rebooked on a later flight which was cancelled due to weather. So needless to say I did not get to Ottawa and had to purchase a hotel room in Newark. United is telling me I may not get on another flight until tomorrow night. I am very disappointed.

This will make a good story about how bad flying had gotten and United is really a much worse airline than I remember. I think their CEO is incompetent and I can only hope that they drag me off the plane to get some sort of compensation.

They let me know they couldn't get it together enough to get a plane in an almost timely manner. Once they did I couldn't take advantage of the alternatives without risking missing out all together

The 4 plus hour delay that meant a 3 plus hour layover because of the missed connection. Requesting an agreement to just make the new connection because of their non-weather related delay.

It turned out that we were on stand by (without anyone telling us until the morning of the flight) and did not know if we were going to fly out. We could not select any seats at check in and only found out our seats a few hours before the flight. It was quite unpleasant and stressful as my husband and I were flying with our two children and faced a real possibility of not being able to sit together or getting bumped off a flight all together. It was a code shared flight between Lufthansa and United and each airline kept sending us to the other to get any answers or help. neither were helpful. It made it for an extremely frustrating experience.

JetBlue economy seats were uncomfortable or me on a long (almost six hour) flight. I had to get up and stand in back twice, as my rear end was so sore. Both flights were delayed 45 minutes to an hour. As this is my first time flying JetBlue, it didn't leave good impression.

The free WiFi and selection of movies were good despite not having TVs at every seat. The one in flight dish was good.

I paid for a seat that I couldn’t sit in because they moved a woman with two cats next to me and I’m allergic. No one checked if I was okay with it. When I said something, I was moved from my seat instead of the woman with the cats. I was uncomfortable for majority of the trip. I travel often and I have never had to deal with my pet allergies. I won’t be flying with Alaska after this trip.

They overbooked our flight. Our seats weren’t reserved. We missed our flight and had to wait for a later departure. I would rather pay the few extra bucks and not have to worry. I’m never flying Spirit again.

Complimentary snack mini-meal. Early departure and arrival. Availability of extra seat and elbow room. Free movies.

Entertainment screen would not tilt to comfortable angle when passenger in front of me reclined his seat, and the screen/system stopped functioning properly near end of flight.

We were delayed 3 hours (supposed to leave at 7:45 didn’t leave till after 10:30) because a food truck (food only for first class/paying customers of course) broke down right next to the plane and they had to tow it like, an extra yard away from the plane. I wish I got money back or something because I had to pay for extra transportation to get home... Maybe if I had gotten some actual food instead of just snacks and a water it would have been okay, but no.

Egg frittata was tasteless. Bathroom configuration is dismal - 3 "heads" in the rear for coach left many people standing in line in the aisle while crew were trying to work around them. Had to be uncomfortable for those in rear aisle seats.

Timely departure

Annoying screaming 4 year old with his mom’s inability to control him. They sat in front of us. From Houston to Baton Rouge - attendant was too slow. Couldn’t get a cup of water to anyone except I am assume first class passengers. No notice. No apology. Disappointing!

Spirit is a horrid airline. The counter people were rude the flight crew was rude and unprofessional. The spoke about passengers that were in ear shot of them. They were just plain rude to customers
