OKay. I sat in the back of the plane and it was really loud between babies and little kids, and adults who.like to talk a lot and loudly most of the flight.
I'm glad it wasn't only 75% full because I could get a good seat
We waited in the airplane for over 45 min for a southwest employee to make the flight. This cause over half the plane to miss their connecting flight in Denver. When we confronted the desk upon arrival, they told us the only flight they had was the next day leaving at 8:50 pm!!! Or they offered to get us to Burbank or LA, but after that we were on our own to get back to Santa Barbara. I paid for a flight from sba to bna bna to sba. My re entry into mom mode has been 💯 rough because of southwest mistake with my flight. And now I’m leaving to Reno tomorrow for a vballl tournament and just discovered that my leg in Vegas has me and my 3 kids on a stand by flight even though I had booked these ticket last year November!! Do better southwest!
Still need to work out the kinks on the new assigned seating boarding process. Otherwise, a very good flight.
it was a short flight, so no refreshments. Could've used some water since I was running from the end of one terminal to the end of another to catch this flight
Easier that prior flight. The airline attendants didn’t really do most of their job as I noted in prior email.
Would like to have screens on back of each seat for entertainment.
The flight attendants were really nice, and of good spirits. Gave all of the safety announcements with a bit of humor and friendly reminders. Easy boarding even as an early c group passenger. Aisle seats available in back of the plane. Coke products and snack mix available. Love the free bag check.
I generally like everything Southwest. But my seat, the window and the table were dirty. The table was covered in body hair and I asked the flight attendant nicely a couple of times for wipes (before service so that I could use the table). I had to ask a few times during and after service again, and she brought them over after I had finished my drinks. Can you keep a bunch of wipes available as we board the plane so that we can clean our areas ourselves? Very little service is expected of the flight attendants on board. But if this is so hard, then I'd prefer to just grab what I need as I'm boarding so that I can take care of things myself. Thanks!
The staff and attendants could have been more helpful with storing carry-ons above in the overhead compartments as well as helping passengers find available seats. There was no food/beverage service due to turbulence There was no internext connectivity due to turbulence The boarding process should be changed entirely and seats should be reserved or assigned to expedite the boarding process.
I was in Comfort and we didn’t get any drinks, chips or anything! First Class got full service on the flight and Comfort got nothing. Seat was horrible and uncomfortable
Short trip, no food and therefore no expectation for much interaction with staff who were pleasant and professional. My critique is on comfort of the seats. Exit rows and comfort seats do not provide enough personal space for 3 side-by-side seats, especially when in the middle row. Some passengers are not considerate of the middle seat and there should be signs that state something to the effect of: "please consider giving middle seats use of the armrests."
The tray table was broken and the food was terrible.
THEY FAILED ME AND I NEVER GOT ON THE FLIGHT BECAUSE IT WAS SO DELAYED! I ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR A HOTEL AND STAY IN NASHVILLE TO CATCH A FLIGHT FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. DELTA IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE>
The staff on board and gate was nice - a welcome change from the usual. We also arrived early, which was a great benefit, given that it takes 30 minutes plus to get bags at SRQ.
I upgraded to first. Quick and easy boarding. Comfortable seat with power and a nice IPA.
No in flight service, no explanation - FC got service, C+ did not, unsure about Economy. No turbulence to speak of, so I guess another way to cut cost, or promote health and well being of Delta employees? Also, boarding in MEM combined zones, and with overhead space already full on both flights after Zone 2/ Diamond, presents a huge challenge to find a space for a bag. Delta, other than point A to B, is no longer reasonable to fly - very poor experiences, not even taking into account the chastising at the gate and rude crews, across the board.
The seats are uncomfortable and there was no power to recharge a phone.
Flight was delayed due to needing a replacement flight crew. Delta changed the aircraft type in Detroit. One hour delay. But once in the air, good flight
The Flight crew didn’t serve us until about 1.5 hours into the flight because of turbulence but after it ended it was fine to move around. They served us water only and snacks and then NEVER, NOT ONE TIME came through to collect trash until right before landing about 1.5 hours later. There was absolutely no need for that. They crew was just standing around talking and visiting with each other and really never tried to see if we might want something besides water or even try to come pick up trash. This is VERY unusual for a Delta flight but it was not what I would have expected for a 4 hour flight.
Horrible experience upon landing. Probably more due to DCA utter incompetence than AA.

This was a horrible experience. I’ve experienced several delays at this point and still not home. I was supposed to be home by 8:30 last night and here I sit at 7 am on a plane STILL unable to go home because of American Airlines.
They are still charging me after taking 466 and 833 for round trip from AR to to Bradley airport from 19 to 21. Then poor experience. Am hurt and I will say it on social media. Please stay away from this airline. I see in my bank account they are still taking 644. Am trying to stop it. I used to fly United airlines and I suggest that if you don't want extra charges and good service you go back there. American airlines delayed my flight again and I was late for my meeting, no recompensation but charging me over and over.

they should make XXL people buy two seats. sitting next to a person that was half on my seat and could not even buckle the seat belt, so I had to lean in the isle the whole trip.

Unfortunately we had turbulence because of the weather and when we were about to land in Miami, the pilot brought the aircraft quickly up because another plane was in its way. The pilot was remarkable however we weren’t told until we started our second descent. Our flight was GOOD. The flight from Miami to Hartford was packed, so many people. It was late at night and we were tired and just wanted to be home. Obviously, the aviation staff preformed well.
