The flight attendants constantly hassled everyone and nit picked everything. I was told that my seat wasn’t upright, but the seat was old and wouldn’t go upright. Then I was moved a seat over. That seat also wouldn’t stay upright. I was constantly hassled about it, even though I wasn’t putting it back. All the seats were having the same issue, so the flight attendant told us over the intercom that if we couldn’t get our broken seats to work right, they would circle the airport and add another 20 minutes to our flight. Absolutely the worst experience I have had on a plane. Absolutely insane.

No complaints!!! Great trip!
Everything went smoothly and all staff did a fantastic job taking care of passengers and their carry-ons that didn't have enough overhead compartment space to put into, but did well taking care of everything.
Fast and affordable
Departed 25 min late with no explanation. Arrival time was very off due to late departure but would have appreciated a better estimate.

(If you know you have customers with short connections, why leave early to make their connections even shorter?) Then told us they would not pay for our hotel since it wasn’t their fault. Gave us a “discount” with a nearby hotel that was more expensive than what you could book it for online. Had to wait several hours for them to get us back the carry-on luggage that they insisted we check in the first place."

Cons: "The vents above my entire row of seats did not work, meaning there was never any air coming out even when they were fully open. This made for a long, hot, claustrophobic ride. The flight attendants seemed first disbelieving and later unconcerned that no air came out of our vents. I doubt they even reported them as broken after the flight. Delta's new boarding process is absolute chaos. More than half the plane had no seats assigned until 20 minutes before boarding, and the seats were displayed on a screen a good 25 feet away from the gate, meaning people had to constantly walk back and forth between the doorway and the screen. The gate agents were clearly overwhelmed. If this is how Delta is organized now, I won't be flying on them again."

Delta flew into the furthest gate away, didn't communicate with the connecting flights to give it 5 more minutes and didn't have transportation waiting to bring us top our connections. After ruining across the entire length of the MSP concourse I arrived at 9:58 only to be told they already left. Worst communication I've ever seen. Delta should be ashamed."

A REVIEW BASED ON FACTUAL EXPERIENCES ON FORIGN CARRIERS AND THEIR SERVICE COMPARED TO AA and Other US CARRIERS, FIRST CLASS WHAT ? YOUR price for what not much more then a premium class seat AND ALL YOU OFFER IS a can of coke and a pkg of Fig Cookies ? Seriously. All 4 of my flights were first class, Joke of an offering, and each one sucked, I am American and I have flown over 800,000 miles and over 650 flights in 4 years, out of all these flights I've only flown US Carriers 12 times and I know that is a factual number. After spending 2 entire days sitting in the airport waiting, we were offered a "food voucher" for $30, were advised to go pick up our luggage first, but they failed to mention we would be unable to get back through DFW airport security just to eat!! We had to take a taxi back to our hotel for over $100 and they didn't offer help with that or anything else. This airline is the worst!!! Unless there is significant compensation offered, I will do anything and everything to destroy their reputation further. I'm in the marketing industry and am very capable of getting the word out to millions. American Airlines... 9/11...Never Forget."

I wasn’t able to make my flight because my first flight from Nashville (BNA) was delayed for mechanical error (someone’s chair wasn’t able to stay in the upright position), so when I arrived to New York/Newark (EWR) the connecting flight was gone. Since it was the last flight heading to Norfolk (ORF) that night, I had to be rerouted to Richmond (RIC), which is a 90 minute drive to my home. I will admit the lady working the counter was helpful in getting me that replacement flight ticket and put me in first class. Although I think there needs to be someway of halting a connecting flight if the previous leg is delayed. Yet I can see that would probably start a chain reaction of missing times, which helps no one. I just wish it were avoidable, but thankfully I arrived safe after all the headaches. The replacement flight got delayed too, but that’s because it was arriving late and held the crew for the flight I was getting on, but that’s a story for another time…

Flight was from Dulles to Hartford and due to depart at 12:30 pm. 12:30 pm - Notified flight delayed an hour or so because they didn't have a flight attendant for the flight. 2:00 pm - Notified flight delayed because Flight Attendant was found but on way. 4:00 pm - Notified the Flight attendant would not be able to make it, but they were looking for another one. 6:00 pm - Notified a Flight Attendant was found and was on a plane that was inbound and would be landing any minute. Notified plane with Flight Attendant arrived at gate and they would be there any minute and we could begin boarding. 6:45 pm - Flight was CANCELLED!!!!! I could go on about how I was rebooked on an 11:00 pm flight on American Airlines out of Reagan, my checked bag was not returned to me and I was told it was on another plane United plane that would beat me to Hartford, they shuttled me to Reagan. I got to Hartford and my bag was not there......SURPRISE!! This was ridiculous and thank god I was traveling alone and had time. I felt bad for the families with small children who had to suffer through this stupidity."

Cons: "First of all, I hate the way Frontier "nickel and dimes" you. $40 for using the overhead bins - give me a break! They have no way to control that! This flight in particular was delayed several times and finally cancelled. Passengers were given cheap lunch vouchers and then told to wait until 12:30pm to call an 800# to reschedule the flight on another airline (if we could find something less than $400). Fortunately, that worked out for me but it was 12 hours between the time I was scheduled to leave and the time I actually left. I'll never fly Frontier again. I'm convinced they only have one airplane!"

She had an absolute disregard for any semblance of customer service and cast a dark shadow over our entire trip. The flight was uncomfortable, the crew overbearing, and the passengers subjected to one long informercial for Frontier's frequent flyer program."

Cons: "Flight cancelled. Had to spend the night in Denver airport. I was given no hotel or food voucher. It was such terrible service and disorganization that I ended up switching airlines to make it to my final destination. The crew continually tried to tell the travelers (for about 6 hours) that the plane would arrive any minute after not knowing where the plane was exactly. Ultimately the flight was cancelled because the pilot did not show up."
Cons: "I have never been thrilled with Frontier's service, but after the recent events I can safely say that I will never fly with them again. Over 275 flights cancelled right before the holidays, and I had to purchase a completely new round trip flight on an airline just to ensure that I would make it home. It was impossible to reach customer service on the phone, and there were so many people in my same position that there were over 300 people in line to speak with a representative at the airport."
Cons: "After a 7+ hour delay, our flight from Nashville to Las Vegas was cancelled. The worst part about this was that nobody from Frontier would tell us anything. We only knew what we could find out online. Once security from the airport confirmed that our flight had been cancelled, the Frontier employee passed out an 800 number for us to call to either rebook or process a refund. Once connected, the employee offered to either refund me a total of $68.10 or rebook me on the next flight out... 3 days later. They offered no compensation for having to stay extra days nor would they offer to book on another airline. I ended up asking for a refund from an irritated and rude employee and had to pay over $600 just to return home."

NEVER AGAIN. I refuse to fly frontier. Worthless"

That seat is NOT worth as much as the row in front of or behind it. If I knew I could have picked better."

Cons: "I had to come into work the morning of my flight, so I was running late to the Nashville Airport. When I tried to print out my ticket from a Frontier kiosk, nothing happened. The attendant present was not working for Frontier and told me I could make my flight if I hurried, then she walked away. Too bad I didn't have my ticket and no one from Frontier was there to assist. Despondent and apathetic from the hellish events from this week, I resigned to paying $450 to book a one way flight on United from Nashville to Denver the same day. If I had booked a United or AA flight from the beginning, they would have assisted me in getting to my flight on time. Their planes have more legroom anyway. I hope my luck is better on the return flight, or I will be out a few more hundred dollars because Frontier doesn't have the resources to have a full-time staff (ostensibly). If you're not a gambler when it comes to whether or not you'll make your destination on time, or at all, then don't use Frontier. I'm not about that life."

They refunded everyone (apparently, I still haven't gotten my money) and offered discounts on nearby hotels but were not able to rebook anyone until 5 days later, so most if not all of us wound up driving or booking sooner flights on different airlines (for much more money than we had booked this flight)."

EVIL SPIRIT It was only a 3hr flight so we didn't care about the comfort or ameneties to save a few bucks. Got boarding passes 24 hrs in advance, then departure time changed no less than 6 times before we took off. Spirit "customer service?" didn't even know. Transport from our hotel got re-arranged several times and we ended up sitting in the airport for extra hours (with little ones). Minimal staff on baggage check created long lines. Rude boarding clerk said "next time, print your boarding passes" (tough from a hotel room). Very Rude flight attendant (a feeble old man named Pasqual) threatened during boarding to throw off anyone who didn't wear their mask properly "you'll have to find another way to Hartford, but it won't be on Spirit". And "don't try to eat a bag of chips for 6 hrs. That won't work here" That was a general announcement, not directed at anyone in partiucular. Several other snide remarks. It's fair that a discount airline cut some corners on the extras, but it doesn't cost anything for courteous staff. Our Frontier flight to Orlando was excellent but we picked Spirit for the retun trip for a better departure time, which didn't work out anyway. Next time it's Frontier round trip!

Tried another and was given a wrong carosel. The psssaengers found it on their own and called out to others. I always fly BDL to MCO and back. I travel alone or with children. Not much choices on the flights times etc."

Cons: "They quote one price for checked baggage if you pay when the ticket is purchased, another if you pay before check-in, and a third price if you purchase at check-in. When I purchased my tickets through KAYAK, I was not offered an option to pay for a bag. When I paid for the bag a full day before I checked in, I was charged the full price with no other options available - in other words, THEY LIED. I emailed a question to their customer service address; it went unacknowledged and unanswered. The flight itself went OK, but the seats don't recline at all, there is very little knee or elbow room, and the padding is the worst I have experienced. If you are larger than average or have knee or back problems, expect to be in torment. They charge for EVERYTHING, even plain water. After paying full price for my checked bags, the savings for the flight over other carriers was simply not worth the discomfort."
