They were all full and i had no time to find one since I was waiting there for 3 hours with no informational. I slept on the floor and delta didnt even offer us a blanket. Cons: "I arrived at the airport and had already checked in and had m boarding passes. For some reason they could not find me when I went to check my bag. After 30 minutes they saw that my seat assignment had been changed and that is why my boarding passes that I had printed at home did not match what their computer showed. I booked this reservation in May and had a seat chosen fairly toward the front. I am 73 years old and the closer to the front I can be helps. When I finally got on the plane to my surprise my seat was the very last seat on the plane across from the restroom. People continued to leave the door open after using the restroom so had to get up and continue to close the door or look at the restroom the whole flight. There was never any explanation as to why they did this. As a result, being lst off the plane, I almost missed my connection as I had to go two terminals over for my connection. At my age I cannot run so I arrived as the last people were getting on the plane. I will never fly American Airlines again."

On the way back, we sat in the plane for over half an hour with no explanation. We then had to de-plane due to engine issues. The attendants at the counter were not that efficient with rescheduling itineraries, as they were often taking breaks, engaging in chit-chat with other workers, and answering personal phone calls during the process. On the connecting flight back, the ground crew "was not ready" for the plane and advised us to "hang out". This made for very little time in finding my connecting flight home (especially because the assigned gate was not even listed in the airport terminal). Not overly dramatic. Just a lot of small things that culminated in a very frustrating travel day. I will likely be avoiding American Airlines in the future."

We were told the flight might have to refuel in Richmond due to major weather delays in LGA. When we were landing they said they expected a refuel and a quick turnaround in Richmond. On the plane after landing, I learned via my phone's internet the flight was cancelled. They never announced it on the plane. At the final moment before we disembarked, the crew told us to be sure to take our belongings. When we landed, Flightaware showed delays of 45 minutes at LGA. AA never took responsibility for the problem though the gate crew mentioned they canceled the flight because the crew was going to be over their maximum hours. AA really couldn't plan to allow for up to an hour delay? I feel disrespected and even deceived. Although it was clear that flight attendant really needed to get off that plane. At the gate, we were told there were no available flights to NYC and were stranded overnight in Richmond. AA did offer a hotel pretending it was a courtesy since they claimed the problem was weather related and not theirs. We chose to stay with relatives and were told AA could only provide transportation from the airport which we did not need. We often have problems and cancellations on this route from when it was branded a US Air route to the present, but this was egregious."

I was then rebooked on a flight that was leaving to NY, with a connecting flight to Boston at 7."

Pros: "Everything was great until I arrived in New York LGA. The staff at Atlanta's airport were great from the curbside checkin agents to the wheelchair attendant and gate agents so that they 45 minute delay due to air traffic in New York was hardly noticeable. The flight attendants were pleasant and friendly and the food was delicious. We actually arrived ahead of our adjusted ETA, after a very smooth flight."
Cons: "Upon arrival in New York, the 3 of us who needed wheelchair assistance waited and waited for them to come. Finally, the gate agents rounded up some wheelchairs that were sitting around nearby just to get us off the plane and to the gate area. After waiting about 15 minutes, while hearing the gate agents being told repeatedly by the wheelchair dispatcher on the radios that they were coming and were passing through security, 2 female attendants finally arrived and they took the two elderly ladies and off they went, leaving me there waiting. I continued to wait, and wait, and wait for ANOTHER 25 MINUTES, total of 40 minutes after arrival at the gate. The same dispatcher lady continued to say that my attendant was on the way, passing through security for the entire 25 minutes. He asked me to change wheelchairs because he liked his better. He didn't offer to take my laptop bag and put it behind. He took off down the concourse before my feet were even on the footrests, with me holding my legs out in front of me because the footrests were up. After 20 or 30 feet, I got him to stop and let me get my feet down. I told him our luggage was supposed to be at carousel E, so he took me to "A". He asked me if any of the bags there were mine, and I said, "Why would they be here? I told you we were on Carousel E!" So then he wheeled me to Carousel E, and since it had now been almost an hour, it was empty. He asked an attendant where my bag would be, and was told to check at the office, which was back over by Carousel A. Upon finally checking with the personnel in the office, he came out rolling my bags and stood them by me for me to deal with while he just pushed the wheelchair. I had told him I was taking Uber, so he deposited me curbside near the taxi stand, which was not anywhere near where Uber could pick me up and was gone. FINALLY, after arriving earlier than expected at 3:25, at 4:43 I was finally picked up by Uber to go on home. What a nightmare! I thought the wheelchairs were supposed to be waiting upon arrival????"

Cons: "Rental car I paid for on Allegiant website didn't include $50 in airport and sales taxes making it look like the Allegiant rentals were about the same as renting directly from rental car companies. Problem is that Allegiant didn't include taxes in the quote or amount I paid online. Surprise when I got to my destination and was told it would be $50 more. Alamo agent said I wasn't the first person to have that problem. Then on return my bag was damaged and was told I could place a claim at the ticket counter. It would have been helpful to have an agent there or a way to contact an agent. No such luck. After bag charges, poor service and hidden fees Allegiant isn't really a great deal."

After 1.5 hour wait our bags were finally offloaded onto the baggage claim by an airport employee not normally tasked with the job. Allegiant was paged over and over with no response. I will NEVER fly Allegiant again."

Pros: "Lots of offers of water; great entertainment package; decent leg room and storage for items; fast deplaning; on time; also because the flight wasn't full they blocked off the seats around the bathrooms making it easier for people to stretch, chat and walk through that area--it seemed like the smart thing that crews might overlook but made a big difference for people with kids and those who wanted to stretch."

Pros: "We had a good flight on a beautiful day. Smooth ride no weather or atmosphere issues. Thank God. Stewardess was very polite."
Cons: "Wheel chairs were not provided in time. We had to wait till airline emptied and still wait. Cause of lack of assistance for wheel chair transporters. Some had connecting flights, pray they made it there. The ones that came to pick us up one two persons for eight people could not do the job. So we were taken off air craft n put out in lobby, to wait for all to be off the aircraft and then transport, one at a time to baggage claim area. Transporters and stewardess did a very gd job. Just the lack of help. Air conditioner on plane was off, so even ten minutes of smell bathrm, is just too much when air conditioning is off. I got very congested and had to use the inhaler, after a couple of sneezes due to environmental allergies. On top of that, cleaning people got on to clean w chemicals, only to affect me some more. Now I stuffed up, feel horrible, nite was bad with asthma n allergies that could have been avoided."

Cons: "The wifi never worked in either of the planes. There was mechanical failure and we were laid over in New Jersey for 3 hours. I paid $1200 dollars for two tickets that were suppose to fly us out to San Juan from Atlanta but a layover in New Jersey had to happen first. However the lay over ended up being 3 hours vs 1 hour and we missed a night in our hotel because of it. We landed in San Juan about 3 am and we took United flight from Atlanta at 3pm the afternoon before so we were beyond frustaited being that it was our Anniversary and all. So I will try not to fly United EVER AGAIN."

Cons: "There was no leg room what so ever! I am 6 foot tall and around 275 pounds. The seats were made for children, not made for an adult. My seat was so uncomfortable my legs actually went numb, mainly for the fact that I couldn’t move because of how tight the seats were. I have flown many times and this was by far the most uncomfortable flight ever! I will never fly again if this is how planes are going to be."

We were told we would get travel vouchers and then told we would get meal vouchers. The meal vouchers were all disorganized, so my friend and I never got them. Pretty terrible experience overall. I'm surprised the passengers were so calm. I pretty much never write reviews, so I'm saying this because it was actually really bad."

Given that I had to pay for my baggage each way and to reserve a seat (to avoid being in a middle seat), I'm not sure that Frontier ended up being the most economical choice. When you consider that Frontier's seats don't recline and the only complimentary refreshment offered on a even a four hour flight is water, I would've preferred to pay a few more bucks with a more conventional airline."

By the time I discovered I'd be paying for my cup of coffee, I wasn't even surprised. I, and the two travelers I met sharing my row, were first and last time customers,"

Cons: "This isn't my first time flying Frontier, the flight itself is reasonably priced but after paying for luggage and seats it becomes comparable to other airlines. My dislike comes from the flight being delayed in Denver to NYC, the gate was changed twice and the updates for the new departure came 40 minutes after the flight was supposed to leave. The flight didn't have wifi which is unfortunate and the flight attendants were ok; they did try to help when my 18 month old son was screaming endlessly because he was exhausted after being in the airport since 9:30am for a flight for an a 11:08am that was supposed to land in NY by 5pm and didn't land until 7:30pm."

The most disturbing issue was that an unavoidable delay (not the fault of the airline), was handled poorly by the pilot who subjected us to 20 minutes plus of a piercing high pitched, loud, cabin sound that became a health concern for several passengers. We will never fly Frontier again"

On my return and upon picking up my boarding ticket i asked about my backpack and she told me it was a personal item and that it is free. She handed me a ready made slip of paper to call for a refund and said she would make a note in the system to this effect. When i called for my $80 refund i was told well the note in the system only mentioned your return flight so we will only return for that flight. Ok..ok. You see where im going with this. This is a class action lawsuit in the making."

Cons: "I flew from Atlanta to NY and supposedly laguardia airport shut down arrivals because of snow... after circling in the air until the fuel ran out, we landed in Philly and an hour later were informed that it would take at least 3 hours to get into laguardia! That would have been fine if it wasn't for the fact that a delta flight left atlanta around the same time and landed in laguardia just fine shortly after we were told that we have to wait. When absolutely no one was there to inform the passengers what to do in terms of getting back on the plane, I just left and took the train home. Not cool frontier! Should have paid a little extra for a more reliable airline"

I will not be flying Frontier in the future."
