Pros: "That we landed safely"
Cons: "This airline needs to be shut down please, if you’re over 5’4 it’s not for you. Seats are hard and uncomfortable, they are never on time with anything. The bilingual representatives just stare at you when you ask something in English. You’re charged $25 us if you’re 1pound over the 22 lb limit."
Pros: "Cheap flight"
Cons: "Really unconfortable plane and flight hostess weren’t able to deal with situations."
Pros: "Nothing. Literally nothing positive."
Cons: "They charge for everything. Even if your luggage overweight is 0,2 kg."
Cons: "That it wasnt a real ticket and i had to buy one at the airport. Help was useless and everyone pointed fingers at each other. If volaris made a mistake that is irrelevant... i gave my money to you guys not them and you as a middle man did not live up to your part of the bargain"
Pros: "Fast, efficient flight. Clean plane. Easy deplaning. Great Oaxaca airport and baggage delivery.."
Cons: "absolutly awful Mexico City checkin experience. No English help in any way. No English speakers or signs. Couldn’t check bags but no idea why. They didn’t like our boarding passes. Sent us to many different lines who had no idea what to do with us. Check in agents completely unhelpful and disinterested. Also ignorant. They had to keep calling supervisors over to help. (They need training and there should be someone there to help non Spanish speakers) Never told us the gate. We had to keep finding passengers to tell us where to go. Gate kept changing. Written gate on overhead screens different than where we were supposed to go and then changed twice. Flight late but all the info at the gate said in time."
Pros: "The worst experience since, besides they weight your luggage before check-in, they do it again right before you take the airplane. The cost for register a luggage os 45usd!!!!! Wtf..."
Cons: "The worst experience since, besides they weight your luggage before check-in, they do it again right before you take the airplane. The cost for register a luggage os 45usd!!!!! Wtf..."
Cons: "checking in process, Over one hour in line which. 2 people 1 regular bag $55 dollars. Pay for everything on the plane except water. Poor ventilation. Couldn;t even lay tray down without it sticking in my gut, I could go on. I fly quite a bit and this was probably the worst experience"
Cons: "Tried to pre check a day before the flight using Volaris app and wasn't able to complete the process, as the app was timing out and it was forcing me to buy a seat in the plan, which I wasn't interested in. It seems to me that the airline is trying to nickel and dime you in every opportunity they have as they wanted to charge us 50 USD extra as our carry on luggage was under the 22 LB restriction but our backpack added 2 pounds. I have never seen an airline that is weighting each and every passengers backs and purses during the boarding process to see how much more money they can get per flight. Also, I found it kind of funny that after take off the flight attendants were selling the empty seats in the front which didn't had more leg room (not first class) but were just closer to the cabin. You are already charging for sodas, CAN YOU JUST STOP THERE?"
Cons: "We had to pay $150 I’m extra charges for our luggage and carry-on."
Cons: "It was very delayed and they gave very inaqurate information about it"
Pros: "everything went well from check-in to the flight crew to getting a taxi."

Cons: "Refund or credit"
Cons: "El procedimiento de abordaje es un relajo."
Pros: "Left on time and arrived early."
Cons: "Was not offered water or snacks. Good thing i brought my own."
Pros: "Enogh room to move to an extra seat"
Cons: "Flight attendent was sassy"
Pros: "Everything was ok."
Cons: "Worst customer service i ever had."
Cons: "Kiosks in Mexico City on the way back were closed in the middle of the day. There was no one to talk to or get my boarding pass. Horrible old planes with tiniest seating. Never again."
Pros: "Quick and relatively cheap."
Cons: "It was too cold."
Cons: "The baggage never arrived and the customer service is beyond terrible"
Pros: "Punctuality, friendly flight crew"
Cons: "Boarding was an unorganized free-for-all"
Cons: "It was late"
Pros: "La posibilidad de viajar a Chicag sin escalas"
Cons: "La línea Volaris o por lo menos el avión en el que viajamos es muy viejo. Y el mantenimiento deficiente."
Cons: "After getting off the plane we had to take a shuttle bus to the terminal due to the large amount of planes landing at the same time (but that’s not the issue), the problem was that while on the bus, the pilot assumed I couldn’t understand Spanish and began to make demeaning comments about a “certain kind of people” (as he put it) referring to gay men. I understand that may not be the way the airline feels about the LGBTQ community; however, the pilot is the highest ranking member of it for this particular flight making him the “image” of Volaris while wearing the company uniform. But the rest of the crew was very nice."
Cons: "It was extremely delayed and the personal was terrible goving information or any solution"
Pros: "They were able to get me on an Aeromexico flight which got me to LA two hours before the nonexistent flight would have."
Cons: "although they confirmed a flight to LA on tuesday nov 14, it turned out Volaris did not fly to LA on that date. It took about an hour to arrange for the replacement flight"
Pros: "Volaris has good pricing and is mostly always on time"
Cons: "Boarding took forever and was not organized. They lined everyone up to check documents and then just left us standing in line for half an hour until boarding."
Cons: "El abordaje en La Paz, fue eterno, súper lento ."
Pros: "Efficient on time boarding."
Cons: "The seats are super tight. They made me oay for my carry on. The wouldn't recline and we had to take shuttles to get to the airport."
Pros: "Efficient boarding"
Cons: "Plane was uncomfortably warm"
Pros: "I like the customer care from the crew but the crew from the airport could have been more helpful in helping me figure out where I needed to go to catch my flight. The app also failed on me when I needed my boarding pass. But the flight and the crew that attended it did a fine job. The space is justifiable for the price of the ticket, unlike other airlines that boast value. As always the flight was on time. I didn't have any food or entertainment."
Cons: "The accessibility of the boarding passes. The app needs to be revised for bugs."
Pros: "the timing"
Cons: "baggage limits"
Pros: "Flight crew was terrible as well as the whole process of checking in!"
Cons: "They were rude and not helpful at all never again"
Cons: "Ellos ofrecen comida en su menu abordo, Y NO LA TENIAN Y PASA 3 HORAS Y MINUTOS SIN COMIDA!!!"
Pros: "Arrived on time but lost one of my bags and didn't want to take responsibility for it"
Pros: "Flight price"
Cons: "Prices of the food in side plane."
Pros: "Cabin was clean. Flight was more or less on time."
Cons: "As others have noted, Volaris doesn't even give you free water. Together with only offering beverage service once on 3- to 4-hour flights, that's pretty awful. I also don't like that Volaris tells me it's OK to use devices in airplane mode during takeoff and landing, and then the attendents tell me to take out my headphones with no futher explanation. That's just weird."
Pros: "The crew was very nice, the pilot was good, we didn't have any problems"
Cons: "There's no entertainment or food"
Cons: "The lights went out during instructions and we had a delay while waiting for something to get fixed, but we weren't told anything. I felt nervous during take off because we weren't told anything and the plane rattled way harder than most flights do."
Cons: "I booked a direct flight a 10 AM. They sent me an email stating that my flight was changed in 2 flights leaving 6 AM. And arrival time much later. I send many emails before they contacted me. It took me 2 hours on the phone rejecting a voucher for the inconvenience. Finally they booked another flight for me. It was a lot of stress."
Cons: "Inefficient, impolite, and so, so late."
