Cons: There were plenty of available seats to social distance however upon asking to be relocated they would only do an aisle seat for money. What happened to caring for others SAFETY?! I sent a Twitter message (with photos) and no reply. Shitty service and lack of concern for human health.

Cons: Luggage policy $60 per checked luggage is extremely high, other than that at the México airport this airline do not pro use an international booth, so, make this a 90 minute lune with zero help from airline crew to even guide travelers, bad experience there, luggage damaged when came..... zero response from the airline. So in a nutshell is a very high priced airline with bad service

Cons: Flight was delayed by 5hrs Hard to get clear information about the delay and when we were actually going to leave. Horrible wifi in Mexico Airport. They had all passengers board the plane and then decided to refuel, so everyone sat in the airplane for 1 hour at the gate before leaving. We didn’t even get a drink of water on the plane. We were sitting in the last row in the back of the plane and when the attendant got to us it was time to land so she just skipped our row. I highly dis recommend Volaris.

Cons: Flying in an airplane that has the fuel to make it to the destination. We had to make an emergency stop during take off. The pilot said an American pilot in another plane caused him to make the emergency stop. Then he said we had to refuel!!!

Pros: Affordability, that's about all that is good with Volaris. Everything else is either bad or mediocre.
Cons: Don't board passengers onto the aircraft until it is ready for passengers. Both direction (OAK to MEX and MEX to OAK), we were boarded onto a hot (not aconditioned) aircraft for at least 15 minutes before the A/C is turned on. In addition, boarding were completed and all passengers were sitting in the aircraft for over an hour before it started the taxis to the run way....why board passengers so early? At least turn on the A/C and let the cabin cool down before boarding passengers.

Pros: My flight was delayed ... one hour and had to run to catch my connecting flight !

Pros: The crew were absolutely amazing. They offered to tag my carry on free of charge as baggage. No issues whatsoever with stroller or car seat. Very friendly staff.
Cons: The plane itself was uncomfortable and would prefer complimentary snack or beverages.

Cons: Communication with why the hell we kept changing gates and why we were delayed almost hours, especially the crew at the gates. Compensation once I the air with snacks or drinks, something that says that you guys care about the delay and horrible communication.

Cons: The flight was delayed one hour both ways. The gentleman who checked me in was absolutely awful. He was rude and argued with me over the weight and height requirements, despite his colleagues assuring him my carry on was meeting the requirements.

Cons: I left from Mexico city to Guadalajara to Ont California. Between Mexico City to Guadalajara i had 30 minutes to connect my flight. I had to ran then re checking again and go thru inspection again. Horriible

Cons: Chaotic boarding, seats very uncomfortable and no legroom, flight attendants did not speak English, zero entertainment options

Cons: Cramped seating, uncomfortably hot the whole way, they Michel and dime you for every single thing so the “low fare” became more expensive than other options.

Cons: Boarding was late and messy. Seats are narrow. I guess I got what I paid for. The delayed arrival put us into JFK at nearly 3am. No public transportation available

Cons: Volaris charged $36 for 1lb over in my carry on luggage.

Cons: We were kind of late for our departure, they kept us for too long in the bus that took us from the terminal to the airplane, but the pilot apologized for this.

Cons: This airline needs to be shut down please, if you’re over 5’4 it’s not for you. Seats are hard and uncomfortable, they are never on time with anything. The bilingual representatives just stare at you when you ask something in English. You’re charged $25 us if you’re 1pound over the 22 lb limit.

Cons: That it wasnt a real ticket and i had to buy one at the airport. Help was useless and everyone pointed fingers at each other. If volaris made a mistake that is irrelevant... i gave my money to you guys not them and you as a middle man did not live up to your part of the bargain

Cons: Tried to pre check a day before the flight using Volaris app and wasn't able to complete the process, as the app was timing out and it was forcing me to buy a seat in the plan, which I wasn't interested in. It seems to me that the airline is trying to nickel and dime you in every opportunity they have as they wanted to charge us 50 USD extra as our carry on luggage was under the 22 LB restriction but our backpack added 2 pounds. I have never seen an airline that is weighting each and every passengers backs and purses during the boarding process to see how much more money they can get per flight. Also, I found it kind of funny that after take off the flight attendants were selling the empty seats in the front which didn't had more leg room (not first class) but were just closer to the cabin. You are already charging for sodas, CAN YOU JUST STOP THERE?

Cons: After getting off the plane we had to take a shuttle bus to the terminal due to the large amount of planes landing at the same time (but that’s not the issue), the problem was that while on the bus, the pilot assumed I couldn’t understand Spanish and began to make demeaning comments about a “certain kind of people” (as he put it) referring to gay men. I understand that may not be the way the airline feels about the LGBTQ community; however, the pilot is the highest ranking member of it for this particular flight making him the “image” of Volaris while wearing the company uniform. But the rest of the crew was very nice.

Pros: They were able to get me on an Aeromexico flight which got me to LA two hours before the nonexistent flight would have.
Cons: although they confirmed a flight to LA on tuesday nov 14, it turned out Volaris did not fly to LA on that date. It took about an hour to arrange for the replacement flight

Pros: Volaris has good pricing and is mostly always on time
Cons: Boarding took forever and was not organized. They lined everyone up to check documents and then just left us standing in line for half an hour until boarding.
