Delta directed me to Aeromexico to make any changes. Aeromexico refused to allow any changes. So I was forced to not take the flight and buy a new ticket for a later date.

Cons: The plane had a technical problem with the entertainment system. We were told they would reset and restore in 25 min. The system was never restored but we were not informed until we arrived in London. Technical problems are understandable but better communication with passengers should be a priority.
Cons: When you have a family emergency the last thing you ever want to hear is that you are "completely full and you will need to wait until the next available flight". This ticket was purchased last minute due to an unexpected death in the family so it was the only option we had to get my uncle to LA asap in order to be with the family during such tragedy. We even bought the insurance on the flight to assure nothing went wrong but yet he was still left behind hours to wait for another flight and see IF THAT ONE had room. How is this even possible? Why would you even let us book if there was no room and why was he the one to be asked to stay behind? Is it because it was booked though you? because it was a third party booking and not direct? If so then it's not even worth the few dollars we saved if it means the flight will be unreliable and the insurance means absolutely nothing through you guys. Ultimately, truly disappointing and I know that we can not depend on booking this way again if in your policy it states this ist ok to do and not even compensate one bit for making your travelers go though this.

Cons: I actually arrived early, which turned out to be a mistake, because Aeromexico moved the gate to the farthest possible new gate location while I was away getting a sandwich, which was itself delayed. When I noticed the change, I ran to the new gate and waited 10 minutes while they talked to the boarding people, who wouldn't let me on. After several hours of bag retrieval, having to buy a new full price ticket, having my cards declined due to the price and circumstances, having to go through 2+ wrong directions for each step of the process, determining that maybe one employee in five could speak even minimal English in an international airport, I finally got on a Delta flight. In sum, won't be flying on Aeromexico in future.

This is going on two weeks now and have not been able to resolve my issue!

Cons: A flight attendant put me on the spot, holding up a line of people on the plane, asking me to switch from a window seat to a middle to accommodate other passengers only to find out the reason being that the other passengers took up more than his/her one seat. I was elbowed the entire flights, couldn't even put the arm rest down , and had to rest my elbows on my hips to eat or drink anything. I understand it is not up to the crew to manager passenger behavior but the only reason I was put in that situation was due to the airline staff. I was extremely uncomfortable and after traveling for over 20 hours I was livid with how I was treated just because I am a small caucasian female.

Cons: There were two runways in Mexico City and one was under maintenance so it took a long time from the moment we landed to the time we were able to get out of the plane. Then, they took our check-in luggage from the plane and it went through an inspection (bag by bag), so this caused another hour delay. After that they gave us our check-in luggage for us to take it to another location (to another floor) within the airport to be checked-in again. They wanted to charge us $20.00 additional per check-in bag even though they were half of the weight limit. After we complained, they dropped this charge. Due to all the delays we lost our connection and we had to book another flight. Not a good experience. We will never make a stop in Mexico in the future.
Cons: I was flying to MEX from LAX and i had to get through customs which took a long time, but got to the Aeromexico ticket counter to get my boarding pass and they told me that they start boarding 45min before departure time and I got tot he counter at with 35 min to departure and they told me that I missed my flight and had to buy another flight which was two hours later. I don't understand why they couldn't let me through or hold for me. It ruin my ground transportation reservation which I had to reschedule. The whole thing was frustrating and cost me more money that what i thought i was saving.

And there were only 4 movies in the entertainment section and nothing else. No TV series or any other videos. The crew was courteous. That was the only good thing about the flight. Highly disappointed.

Aeromexico told me there was no way they could get me home that day and that they would pay for my hotel, food etc. i cried my eyes out and begged to get me back to America. Somehow after about 30 minutes of back and forth, Austin Lopez with Aeromexico saved the day!! He got me several connecting flights back to Oregon and I was home the next morning very early. He was very sweet and caring. I wish I could tell his boss how amazing he was! Thank you again Austin!

The only tough thing about this flight was that we changed gates about 4 times, then got switched to a very distant gate at the ass-end of the terminal (literally, the lights were flickering. It was eerie.) THEN we had to take a bus out onto the tarmack to get onto the plane. But that's a small inconvenience considering we travelled from Mexico City to JFK in like 5 hours.

Cons: By unnafortunadly circunstances my family and i lost the first flight from guatemala to mexico city, and the atention service agent didn´t care about our situation so he gives us just one option and it was pay for next fly to mexico, we told him that it wasn´t correct because we had been tried so hard to get the fligth, the fact was that where no more option and we paid for the next fligth. The people working for aeromexico should be more prepared to attend the costumer, i think they would be help us instead of force us to pay as the last chance that we had. Cons: The English on board was rushed and I could hardly understand what they were saying. I tried to call TWICE to make sure that I could change dietary preferences because I have food allergies and I was told both times that I was unable to. This is not fair for the price paid for flights. I am very unhappy with the fact that there was food served onboard and that, when I tried to tell the airline what I could and could not eat, that they did not change my preferences or even give me the option.

Cons: Was kicked off my flight for some reason. It was not explained to me very well, but I gathered it was from another plane earlier in the day that was cancelled. I don't know how I was selected to be kicked off. The poor communication was very annoying. I stood at the counter for 45 minutes after the airline personnel took my STB ticket, and didn't tell me what was going on. Would have been a LOT more pleasant of they just told me the flight was full, and my name would be called if I was on the flight. Then I could at least sit down, instead of standing there for 45 minutes.
Cons: Basically I had 4h of connection in Mexico City and even so Aeromexico made me miss the flight to extort money. After arriving in Mexico City Took 1.5 hours to get the bags. Then another 0.5 h for re-inspection. After 2h they still had not set the boarding gate so I went to the international boarding area. As I was close the gates 30 min before boarding I decided to look for my gate and to my surprise they changed to the national boarding on the opposite side where it should be. I arrived at the gate 15 min before the scheduled departure time and the plane had already taken off without announcing my name! From that moment Aeromexico totally abandoned me! Basically the only solution they offered me was to buy a new ticket for Houston for $ 1,400.00 because there was no place on any flight! I missed my work day, my US phone did not work in Mexico City and I thought I had to sleep at the airport! Thank goodness the airport's consumer protection staff helped me a lot. They somehow managed an Aeromexico flight on the same day with no additional cost. The flight I got there were 4 empty seats and they were trying to charge me $1,400. Shame on you Aeromexico.
Cons: I had purchased a ticket to fly from Puerto Escondido to Mexico City on Thursday, November 24. When I arrived at the airport, I came to an airport that was "shutdown". According to a few people I spoke to, it was because of a protest. I was not emailed or notified that I was wasting my time and money trying getting to an airport that wasn't flying out any planes that day. I was very distraught and disappointed because I am a foreigner and there was no representative front the airport or airline that this was happening and what's are the next steps I should take to get on the next plane back to United States. I spent hours and hours calling Aeromar about rebooking my flight for tomorrow so I can get out of this city. It was a nightmare on the phone because it was like the employees were trained not to help. I was told it wasn't their fault, and I need to call aero Mexico to get this straightened out. Not one employee from the many I spoke to consistently throughout the day tried to rebook my flight. They wanted me to pay for another flight which is absolutely ridiculous. I missed my flight because of some protest, something not in my control, and i kept being told too bad. I did not get offfere one solution by your staff. I was left to figure what I was going to do by myself. I didn't leave Puerto Escondido until 24 hours after I was suppose to and it was not by the help of your staff. Because of this, I will highly consider not buying tickets from this airline of their is any other option because it was an awful experience. One of He aero Mexico employees told me to stop acting childish because I was upset about missing my flight for reasons i didn't control. The customer service for aero Mexico was worse then aeromar. They kept blaming aero mar and kept saying they need to figure everything out, yet these two airline work together. Aero Mexico is the one that helps get the flight to other smaller cities. All around I had a miserable day and not one person I called from aero Mexico, like aero mar helped me or offered a solution.

Newer layouts have a small cut out or stop the wall short of the floor so you can fully extend you legs.

Also, if you drop something or want your bag from under the seat in front of you, forget about picking it up unless you want to ask your seat mate if they mind your head in their lap. I am a small person, but not a contortionist. Limited entertainment.

Cons: Small plane for a 6+ hour flight, food is . sub standard, if you want to watch the onboard entertainment you need to do so from you phone or Ipad, you need their app installed first and flash player, if not your screwed. They allow you to download their flash player but it does not work.
Cons: The flight staff was rude, the wrong gas was put in the plane causing a delay, I missed my connection because of this where they wrote it was delayed because "it was snowing in Savannah" which was a blatant lie, but made it so they did not have to help me in any way since their delay was "weather" related. They could not get my to my destination until noon the next day which forced me to buy a new flight on Alaska air. My flight on Alaska was absolutely fantastic and I regret ever buying any United flight and will not in the future.

Cons: The flight was incredibly hot the whole way. Which the flight was 5 hours long. The crew was a little rude, not to me in particular but to others. They didn’t have a good attitude. Sat at the gate for an hour waiting for other planes to come in so that other people wouldn’t miss the flight. But an hour??? Really!! People were getting mad and hot and sweaty. Food wasn’t cooked all the way when it got to a passenger. It was still cold. It was the worst flight I’ve been on. I would rather ride in a jump seat on a C-130 with military!

Cons: Someone (not TSA) broke into my suitcase, went through the contents and stole a necklace I purchased on vacation. It must have been done by United Airlines ground crew, most likely at SFO. The zipper of the suitcase was partially undone as the suitcase came off the carousel and a hairbrush fell out. However, it wasn't until I got home that it was obvious someone had rifled through my suitcase. Everything was a mess. I'm very disappointed and will hesitate to fly United in the future.
Cons: The flight attendant female, black with long hair was very short with passengers and just not very nice. Seat was not able to recline back at all and leg room was not adequate. Not a comfortable flight.

Pros: I liked how there were some (very few) staff that were friendly and helpful. They somewhat eased the nightmare a bit
Cons: There were so many delays that could've easily been avoided. To make matters worse there were two United attendants at the gate hastling every passenger preboarding. The two women were so rude and confrontational. Then I board the plane that I had to be rebooked on because of the delays I missed my connection .. and didn't even get the seat I chose. A woman sat in my seat and refused to move, leaving me with a middle seat next to a lady who was so mean. She kept making rude comments to me throughout my 5 hour flight, and proceeded to get intoxicated. I didn't get home till almost midnight..when I should've been home by 9.

Cons: I was very I'll and could not complete this flight. Was told by airline to call Kayak for changing date of flight for $50 vs $200 they would charge. Ticket was less than $200. I called Kayak. They said sorry it will cost you $200 per airline policy. Either way, this is unacceptable to me. I will stick with Southwest who let's you change flights on all fares if you use it within one year. So since change fee was more than ticket I just ate the cost. Not happy with UNITED or KAYAK. Won't use either one again.
Cons: Roundtrip flight to Seattle with a layover, first flight went without incident, so far so good. On the flight back (during a layover) literaly 5 minutes till boarding the plane, the pilot is ready to go, the people are standing in line, United decides it wont make enough $ on the flight and gives it to an Ontario flight. We are canceled and now have to wait 4 additional hours in the airport. Was told it was air traffic control that messed up, not United, which was not even possible and an obvious untruth. Was offered a complimentary bottle of water for the trouble. Classic united.
Pros: At 6' tall I'm not exactly TALL, SLIGHTLY above average yet as hard as I pressed back into the seat I wasn't able to squeeze Even a milimeter of leg room. I spent 2+hrs in moderate pain with no options. The seat sold to me WASN'T big enough for a person talker than 5'10". I felt ripped off. At age 41 I've NEVER had a flight with less leg room. Ever, not on a commuter flight or anything. It was a very painful experience. I had to ice my knee caps afterwards.

Pros: No charging docks on plane as military duffle bag open with clothing hanging out on arrival ~ not sure if anything stolen but the threat is very real and it's unacceptable for military bags to be delivered in that manner

Pros: Premium economy is a must for me from now on. I am 6'4" and the extra leg room makes all the difference in the world. My flight was at night so I had little interaction with the crew. Overall I had a very pleasant experience on united and would definitely fly with them again.
Cons: Food options were limited to snack boxes. I had a layover in Denver. At the time of my arrival all of the food options in the Denver airport were closed. I would have appreciated some more substantial food offerings on the plane, as I had to go without dinner thatnight.
Cons: One of the crew members at the gate! I believe her name was Jackie or jaciquiene at SF was the most inconsecrate women I have ever met! She was yelling at me to put my bag in the bag to see if it will fit. She was completely rude and acted like she hated her job! I will NEVER fly with UNITED again! I will be contacting United regarding this issue as well! The other lady at the gate called her led and after that she contacted her supervisor and they also didn't let me on the flight! This was the worst experience I have EVER had! I will NEVER FLY WITH UNITED AGAIN.
Pros: I thought the newer model 737 with the ambient lighting and redesigned overhead compartments gives the plane a less claustrophobic feel. The pilots did a great job navigating through potential turbulence and the flight crew was attentive and on point. A better experience than the crew on the flight from Seattle to Houston four days before. It is my understanding that Continental crews remained intact upon the merge and my assumption was this was a Continental crew versus the United crew that was not as good.
Cons: The boarding process with the arbitrary assignment of boarding group 5 giving us no chance to bring our one bag on the plane. There is no real enforcement of the carton policies of these airlines which makes it frustrating for those who follow the rule only to be punished and forced to check the bag and go through baggage claim.
Pros: Our names are Steve and Jan Hovde if you have any other questions about our flight concerns. We can be reached by phone at 360-332-8414. We did not call FAA, but still very much a concern. We have flown United other times and many other airlines and many Boeing 737's...we noticed other passengers looking at each other because of the clunking and growling sounds.
Cons: most important I vowed I would try and call FAA about safety concerns with the plane. Mechanical noises prior to take off , during flight(right fan whine) - could hear it when started engines in SF., Some loud clunking at take off bringing in landing wheels and again letting down for landing in Seattle. When plane came to stop at the gate, again some noises we have never heard before on 737's. Please check out that plane more closely. Part of our concern is that Pilot mentioned before take off that they had problems with scheduled 737 and they needed extra time to locate another 737 that could be used(Why our take off was rescheduled twice and different gate)......it seemed that one that had been mothballed may have been brought out to use......We did mention some of this tactfully to stewardess' standing near exit when we got off the plane(She seemed surprised and wondered what we were talking about. We were so thankful we made it. We just figured that flight crew would be tracking these odd noises and pass along to captain if he couldn't hear.
Cons: The difference in entertainment options between different United flights is frustrating. Unlike some flights, which offer a bunch of free movies and shows you can watch on your phone or tablet, this flight offered a small selection of movies I could pay $8 for access to, which started at pre-determined times so you might pay for them and not even be able to catch the movie from the beginning. My original flight offered an outlet to charge my phone and a fairly large selection of free movies, so I watched 3 movies and the time went by quickly. My return flight did have an outlet, but I didn't want to pay for a bad selection of movies that I couldn't pause or start from the beginning, so it felt like a much longer flight.
Pros: Mr Anthony Brown, gate crew for United in Chicago remembered that I had asked for an aisle seat and, when one became available, he made sure I got it. I was so grateful for his consideration and professionalism.

Cons: The United app told us we missed our connection so we had to go stand by on this flight. We later discovered that the original flight was delayed an hour and we could have easily made it. We were told that this fight was overbooked. We almost waited on an even later flight. Luckily we stayed at the gate and found that this flight was in fact only half full. United IT sucks. The entertainment system is horrible. With one exception the FAs were bitter and angry.

Cons: Being stuck for nearly an hour sweating on a plane with no AC while mechanics were trouble shooting, only to find out that we had to exit the plane, and that it could not fly. Passengers had no idea what to do - whether another plane would be sent for us, whether United would reimburse our ticket if we arranged another flight on our own, etc. We were left to fend for ourselves. I had a wedding to get to with many pre-wedding events, starting this evening. So, I looked for another flight, found one, booked it, and went to United customer service to request reimbursement for my ticket. I was told that United had just learned that another plane was coming for us and would arrive in 30 minutes, at 8:10. (My original flight had been at 6:35). The other flight I had booked was at 10:30 pm. So, United customer service changed canceled my new booking and put me back to my original flight, now arriving at 8:10 and boarding at 8:50. The plane did arrive, but we did not board until 10:50 pm. My flight left at 11:02 pm. Bottom line is that my flight was delayed 4.5 hours. I missed an important event that I was supposed to host. I missed my only opportunity to see a dear friend (and guest of honor) - this is someone I have not seen in person for ten years and was the guest of honor at tonight's celebration that I was supposed to host and missed. Furthermire, I could not carry on a bag that I have carried on for years, and that would have easiky fit. Having to check my bag left me without my phone charger. Of course, the fact that we were 4.5 hours delayed meant that I ran out of power shortly into our long flight from Washington. to Seattle. And the food was awful - stale nuts, . ;, b:;
Pros: That i finally arrived at my destination
Cons: The flight was immorally delayed by 1.5hrs. then by another half an hour. Then there were issues with boarding, which delayed us more. Then the plane was put in a holding pattern (just circling in the area) because there was too much traffic at Seattle. I understand there are many factors that affect flights, but the entire experience today left me feeling really down and disappointed, and unfortunately, annoyed.

Pros: We got lucky and there were two empty seats across the aisle, which happened to have extra leg room, and the one gentleman sitting there, graciously offered to move to the window seat so my husband could sit in the aisle seat. My husband was quite happy that he was able to move just across the aisle from me and have the extra leg room.
Cons: My husband's original seat had a broken jack for headphones and the only thing they could offer was to switch seats with someone that wasn't going to use theirs. Luckily, the man sitting across the aisle heard what was going on and offered his seat to my husband and the gentleman just moved to the window seat. Paying an extra $118 for basically nothing; it's not very clear before you buy it, what exactly your paying the extra money for. On our return flight, we flew American, and the same thing would have only cost us an extra $42. We had to wait in a ridiculously long security line in Chicago and by the time we got to our terminal, 90% of the passengers were already on the flight or in line to enter the plane and that's what we found out we had paid the extra $118 for.

Cons: Tried to pre check a day before the flight using Volaris app and wasn't able to complete the process, as the app was timing out and it was forcing me to buy a seat in the plan, which I wasn't interested in. It seems to me that the airline is trying to nickel and dime you in every opportunity they have as they wanted to charge us 50 USD extra as our carry on luggage was under the 22 LB restriction but our backpack added 2 pounds. I have never seen an airline that is weighting each and every passengers backs and purses during the boarding process to see how much more money they can get per flight. Also, I found it kind of funny that after take off the flight attendants were selling the empty seats in the front which didn't had more leg room (not first class) but were just closer to the cabin. You are already charging for sodas, CAN YOU JUST STOP THERE?

Cons: After getting off the plane we had to take a shuttle bus to the terminal due to the large amount of planes landing at the same time (but that’s not the issue), the problem was that while on the bus, the pilot assumed I couldn’t understand Spanish and began to make demeaning comments about a “certain kind of people” (as he put it) referring to gay men. I understand that may not be the way the airline feels about the LGBTQ community; however, the pilot is the highest ranking member of it for this particular flight making him the “image” of Volaris while wearing the company uniform. But the rest of the crew was very nice.
Pros: They were able to get me on an Aeromexico flight which got me to LA two hours before the nonexistent flight would have.
Cons: although they confirmed a flight to LA on tuesday nov 14, it turned out Volaris did not fly to LA on that date. It took about an hour to arrange for the replacement flight
