My flight was canceled but Delta rebooked me on a flight leaving at about the same time as my original flight, which arrived just a little later than originally anticipated

When the passenger in front reclines their seat it was in my face The legroom wasn’t terrible but I had a hard time even reading since it was so close
The crew was very nice and attentative.
The amount of delays causing us to miss our connection and be stuck in another city for a night before getting to our destination the next day(hopefully).
Customs officials are incredibly un-helpful and slow. I almost missed the next flight because of how slow was that part. I hope Delta can speak up for the passengers, because we cannot express that to these rude people.
Flight was fine. They were especially generous with the snacks.
My one complaint is the bathroom layout of the A320. Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom.
Food was not good plane was dirty

The crew are always excellent.
The comfort is horrible. Airline companies keep shrinking the seats and charging more. Also they keep serving less food. And flight changes.
We had a newer plane. I LOVED that the seatbelts had a little more room, and also that each seat had it down screen. I really enjoyed the new pre-flight video; it was entertaining and I appreciated that it allowed the crew to get ready, rather than demonstrate a seatbelt for us.
I am not sure how boarding groups work, but I will never understand why we don't board from the back of the plane to the front. People waiting and trying to load luggage or climb over others makes the pre-flight more stressful than it needs to be. (This is obviously not specific to you airline.)
Seats smaller than before.
American continues to surprise through their lack of consideration and cheapness Prefer to have seat empty on the front rather than move passengers that are loyal frequent flyers. The most important point for American is you have to pay for everything including for flight status. No longer miles flew but how much you pay them
Gates, delays, changes
Boarding was a mess. No opportunity for priority boarding. Flight crew no help. Just another hum drum experience.
