Very disappointed in the crew as they did not pick up my trash nor offer headsets
The internet was spotty and I was unable to watch any movies on my iPad; the flight was fine otherwise
First The flight got delayed because one of the crew members was late and we couldn’t board until she arrived. Then we all boarded and got held in the tarmac for another 30 min.
My service light was on 15 minutes before I had to get up and find a glass of ice. And I was in business class. The meals were not for either my wife and I. She did not eat the entire 10 hour flight and I managed a bowl of soup. I was expecting much more from business with what we paid.
The only thing I would say is we tried to get on a standby earlier flight, but with our fair we couldn’t. That seems senseless to leave with open seats..
The plane was very warm the entire time, despite my vents being open. Additionally, we didn't have internet on our personal devices
It was delayed but other than that it was great.
Crew was good. The reservation got mixed up and they didn't have my TSA number. I am also a Silver Medallion and wasn't able to use Sky Priority.
There was supposed to be a meal served, but there wasn’t and the major toilet was out of order
At first, we were on the runway for about an hour, literally. The Captain did explain that the Control Tower just had a change shift (sounds like an unrealistic excuse) and then that we had to change a runway. A regular economy seat is made for 12 yo twiggy. I understand Delta wants to push for an upgrade, but after sitting in a Comfort seat and in First class. I would say First class is not worthy of my money. The landing was delayed because of the weather in NYC, I don't hold that against Delta, of course. The Captain did alert us to that upon takeoff in Vegas and again as we reached NY.
Flight did not have wifi service. It was experiencing technical difficulties. Definitely and old plane that needs updating.
Flight was delayed but more than 90 minutes. This caused me to miss my available windows for pick-up by a friend. I had to pay $125 for an uber back home from the airport which was an added expense that I had not budgeted for my trip. Staff was friendly.
It was perfect! I've never flown with United before, but I definitely will in the future
They lost my luggage, so, not happy. The crew was nice but my suitcases never made it, still trying to find out what happened!
Flight was delayed 8 times. We were sitting at the airport for 14 hours. We got 2 hours of sleep (if that) on what was not meant to be a red-eye.
The flight attendants were great, I joked with one I can’t remember her name, a blond, really sweet. I thought it was run well very professional. This was great i survived Spirit, I know for which I speak.
My priority checked bag was not loaded on the flight. I had to sit in baggage claim in Las Vegas for 2 1/2 hours waiting for the next flight. All baggage staff were very helpful, tracking showed it as scanned for loading. Nobody told me why it wasn't on my flight.
First class felt like economy, seats were horrible, food was horrible, staff inattentive
Seats are outdated. Entertainment relies on personal device. Boarding was delayed due to inaccurate passenger tracking, resulted in late arrival at Reno.
The departure was delayed by 1 hour. The seat was comfortable and selection of entertainment is very good.
The flight was delayed by about an hour due to a maintenance issue which later then required a change of planes. The crew was great and friendly. The in-flight entertainment did not play properly on Apple Vision Pro in a Safari browser. Although the movie trailers would play fine, the actual movies themselves just had a black screen with audio. There must be something with copy protection or something that isn’t compatible with the Safari browser on Apple Vision Pro. The free inflight Wi-Fi for American Airlines Advantage members is a nice bonus. and is great that they aren’t charging extra for things that have become basic utilities in 2026, like internet access.
Mostly great. Only issue was with the WiFi. Halfway through the flight it was spotty and I was unable to work as I planned. This impacted my work products as I am traveling for business and it was an unexpected hindrance which was inconvenient. Flight here was amazing. For a 5 hour flight something more than a Biscoff would be nice but I’m just swinging at windmills I guess…
Better service. No food options, but we did get drinks and a cookie.
We were 4+ hours delayed. AA is absolutely obnoxious. They just kept pushing back the time to the point where we did not get into Vegas until after midnight when we were supposed to arrive like 845pm.
We will be writing a long, detailed letter to corporate about our awful experience with American airlines.
Very helpful ground crew after an earlier flight delay and being rebooked on a different flight.
I was a little disappointed of not having an android charger. Only one it was for an iPhone. I've flown American in the past and had access to one.
Almost everything was outstanding. First, we boarded on time and the flight crew did a great job getting everyone seated. Then the pilots took their time and care to make sure the plane was full de-iced three times as there was a bad ice storm a few hours earlier. The plane ride was smooth and comfortable and even the economy seats had decent room and comfort. Flight Attendant Lisa went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable - she is outstanding. The only thing wrong with the flight, and it is something which needs to be addressed, is that the gate to gate time was over 6.5 hours and not one meal was served. The only thing offered to eat were two small cookies for a transcontinental flight - unacceptable. Charge me more but give me a meal for a long flight. Thankfully Lisa found something for me.
I got bumped due to weight restrictions even tho there were empty seats on my flight. I got put on an other flight with a stopover. My flight that originally was going to take 5-6 hours ever up being 14+ hours and my luggage arrived to my destination without me because I was made to check in my luggage on my original flight when I was deemed ok to board only to be asked to deplane. Worst flight experience.
First class flight attendant was rude and lacked any customer service skills.
Flight got delayed like 5.5 hours and the only compensation I got were 270 pesos which is nothing compared to the cost of a full meal at an airport or a hotel stay since the flight was during the night. No one seemed to know anything as of why the plane was delayed and I had a poor experience with the customer service line from the airline.
They miss placed a piece of luggage. My kids booster seat. How am I supposed to drive home with no booster seat?
With a business flight, having a designated seat in the aircraft, I was denied boarding at the gate at last minute without any genuine explanation. The staff used profane language when asked for reasons. Viva overbooked and passenger had to pay for it. The food voucher that was provided did not even cover the the full meal and water for a single person. It should not be running in service.
Super BAD Everyone Behind the counters in Cancun Not Helpful At All And then on the second flight I Had to purchase Cancun - Guadalajara one of the flight Attendants Kick Out a Couple Out of the Plane and that Flight Attendant Had a Mask So People wouldn’t take pics of her and she was kind of Mean ! I Would NEVER Flight VIVA EVER THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL ! People think They Are Cheap but They Arent!!!
It was cancelled at the last moment and the customer services seemed unnoticed to this change and hanged me off the phone the first time I called.
Staff especially Alan Hernandez was a great help with arrangements for my partner and me sit together. This made the trip do much more enjoyable. Thanks so much.
They closed the gate over 25 minutes before departure and I didn’t get to board.

Viva aerobús didn’t let me check in to my flight even when there was more than an hour before take off.
Hate it. They do not provide any food or drinks during the flight, unless you pay. They also charge a ton of money to bring a carry on bag. And their customer service is the worst. I will never fly with them again.
The money you save flying volaris is not worth it
Unfortunately it was not a good flight got canceled had to be at the airport all night long to get a different flight to another airport my first flight with Volaris was very bad. Poor services

Terrible. And they charged over $400 just for luggage. And threatened that I would loose my flight if I didn’t pay. So I didn’t have another choice but to pay.
I got to where I needed to go quickly. There were no amenities. And the seats were painful.
The flight was delayed an hour and a half, and they would not update the board on when the flight was supposed to take off. Once the plane arrived, they started the boarding process before the plane was even ready for the passengers so we had to wait another 45 minutes on the tarmac while we waited for the plane to be ready for us. In my opinion, there is no point in starting the boarding process when you are not ready to board the plane. This just causes a crowded gate with everyone from zone one and zone two standing up going nowhere.
My experience was good. But it seems that every time I go on Volaris the plane is always full, not sure if because the price is cheaper. And the flight attendants kept hitting my shoulder every time they walked by the aisle with their food cart. I’m 6’4” so I barely fit in the seat next to the aisle. Plus the seat was defective. I had a hard time raising the lever where I rest my left arm. I tried calling the flight attendant 3 times if she could assist me but she was too busy talking in the back with her fellow flight attendants. Finally after 20 mins she looked my way and she too struggled to fix the problem but she finally raised it so I could get out of my seat.
I never got an email for checking in for my flight back to Los Angeles so I got to airport extra early to sort it. they changed the gate, and so I had to run to the other end of the airport. Their app is wonky. They are not on WhatsApp and I didn’t have cell service to call for help. I think they need to up their game with communicating.
