It is not a good experience with Copa Airlines: flight delay, luggage delay, etc.
We where skipped for this flight will not head to Panama until tonight..
There should be a warning regarding the quality of the aircraft on the website as we reserve the tickets. There was no TV or any type of screen onboard. The wifi they offer is good for nothing. Traveling 9 hours straight with kids and no type of entetainment was horrible. I wish I had been informed prior so I could buy a ticket with another airline. The food was a joke too. A very tiny portion per passenger. They also charged $100 per checked bag. With United I used to pay $60. So, fair to say that I wont be flying Copa anymore. Their aircraft was super old, outdated, no entertainment, with nearly no onboard food.
Very strict carry on rules meant most of the plane had to gate check their luggage. As is often the case had things that were broken because of this, but I appreciated not being charged to gate check. Otherwise good flight and great crew once on the plane
I liked the meatloaf the chicken was awful but the plane was on time and got there and the staff was nice.
Boarding was quick & efficient; they gave boarding groups due priority; staff & air crew were very cordial and helpful, pleasant flight.
Did upgrade, travel in business it was great (more room I could sleep)
Placed us in the last rear row of the plane so could not recline seats because of the rear wall, and also made it more of a tight space when the passenger in front reclined their seat. While understand seat assignments, every passenger should be afforded a reclining seat. The odor control scent from the restrooms was overwhelming strong. My wife and I could not deal with it, and she suffered a terrible headache as a result. I kept getting hit by the crew since I was on the ilse seat. No apologies, nothing. They made me feel like I was supposed to take the beating for a 3 hr flight.
This airline doesn’t five and dime you for everything. I do think that a checked bag should be included in every fare.
LOCKED MY BAG WITHOUT CONSENT. Had to have my zippers cut upon arrival in Costa Rica.
Abysmal overall. Delayed flight caused me to get in with an only 9 minute connection. No help from flight attendants or gate agents to try to make the connection. Second flight left 5 minutes early despite not having at least 10 people on it, including me. Rebooked 24 hours later. I asked four separate delta agents how to ensure my bag would get on the rebooked flight and all assured me it would be there. Landing in Rio right now, 24 hours late, and just got an alert that my bag didn’t make it. Horrible overall experience.

Latam may be the worst airline in the world, far worse than even the lowest of low cost airlines in the USA. I wasted hours trying to PAY THEM TO CHECK A BAG! Then they misled me at the terminal, sent me through the wrong security line, the list goes on and on... Just absolutely terrible in every way. Avoid at all costs.
I couldn't travel, now I can't get a refund and to change the date I have to pay an absurd fine.
I never got this flight. You sent me to Chile!!! And from Chile I got the other flight to São Paulo... I've arrived 7h latter than I was supposed to arrive because of Delta delays.
It was good, however the airplane was really cold. We received snacks and the crew was friendly.
Very slow boarding, 1 hour late - uncomfortable chairs and crew barely speaking english even at the airport!
It was fine. no food or entertainment , but was only a 40 minute flight.
Everything was as you would expect in coach - fine. Flight was close to on time.

The guy that helped us was excellent! He worked all morning switching our flights to the next morning since our original flight into Miami was delayed so much. He was truly the best person we have ever worked with. He was very kind.

Our flight was canceled and we were put on a different flight, but we were never notified of the change until we checked in. BOA provides no beverage service during the flight and there is no in-flight entertainment. Airline staff tried to tell us that we were not allowed one personal item and one carry-on bag per person, but instead that we were only allowed one item aboard per person, which contradicts their written luggage policy. Airline staff also claimed that a car seat counted against our carry-on allowance, even though our child had his own ticket and is required to use a car seat on board per airline policy.
The crew was great, professional and polite. Good meal too. The flight was full and we departed on time out of Miami. I did feel cramped in my seat for the long overnight flight, which made it hard to sleep
It was a very smooth process. Everything about the Airline like a well oiled machine.
Muy horrible experiencia, cambiaron dos veces la hora del vuelo resultando en una espera exagerada. No dan información oportuna. Abordadnos el avión retrasado el vuelo y esperamos dentro del avión por 35’ más mientras subían como 6 carros de cajas al avión. Muy mala logística y servicio.

They had a problem with their air conditioning system and we almost had heat strokes because they blasted HEATED AIR for almost 40 minutes and there was literally no air. This is the worst airline in Bolivia. Can't believe we have no other options sometimes.
BOA is truly the worst airline in Bolivia. It's a shame we sometimes need to use it cause we have no more options.
BOA airplanes are so old and dirty, the bathroom was so nasty, it smelled so bad and had tape all over the cabinets. My chair wouldn't recline, we had no entertainment, the flight was super cold. The only positive thing about this flight is that I feel it's so old that they even serve food, like in the past! I travel a lot and nowadays the companies only serve some snacks or sometimes offer something to eat if you pay. Not the case with this flight. Never again flying with BOA. They are definetly the worst.
I like the attention you gave us in Guatemala due to the loss of the flight coming to El Salvador. It was a nice experience. Thanks a lot
We booked seats next to each other. When we got the boarding passes, they were for different rows. The crew were reluctant to help us, so we ended up sitting separately. 1. What’s the point of reserving by seat number if you’re not going to honor that reservation? 2. Even if it gets messed up between reservation and boarding, how is the crew going to deny us the opportunity to arrange to sit together. There were plenty of people flying alone. It could’ve been easily accommodated. Not very customer-friendly at all.
Deplaning was a mess, I sat in business (seats are horrible) and the front door had a problem so we had to deplane from the rear exit. The stairs were not tall enough to reach so there was a large step down from the plane to the top of the stairs.
Seats are very tight even in Plus, no complimentary snacks or beverage
I enjoyed it! In that case, I should have been offered this choice. On my first trip to Miami, I was asked to pay $320 for my luggage just for getting it totally broken. I cannot accept this situation at all!!!!
$120 for a carry on bag !!!!!! Insane. Back-breaking seats. Do not recline. Food service is a disgrace. They give only water and a salty snack. Everything else has a price.

Terrible. Flight was delayed without explanation, airplane was in poor condition (old, dirty) and crew was not in a good mood.
No complimentary snacks food, beverage (not even water), pillow and blanket on a 6 hours long flight (including economy comfort). A low form of nickeling an diming. Lost a recurring passanger over a soda. Avianca never again.
At least free water in all flights Beverages are desired in international flights Luggage damages need be refund!
