After changing the departure gate 5 times making us mo e from one side of the airport to the other and then back the flight was delayed nearly 2 hours. The male flight attendant had a bad attitude with the guest being condescending, disrespectful with people who were already on edge.

The flight attendants and the service is getting worse by the day.

Everything was good. Flight was very full so crew was busy. After we boarded and plane pulled away from the gate, we were delayed about 40 minutes- sitting on the runway - due to weather en route or at the destination. While weather is not the fault of the airline- it’s terrible to sit on a plane and not moving.

The smell from the bathroom kept wafting through the cabin. It made people sick.

Waited for oxygen tanks for 30 minutes after boarding was complete.

On time on a day with lots of weather cancellations on other flights. Thank you for getting me home during a winter storm!

Don't change gate multiple times make people run across the airport. Announce delays in a timely manner. Have maintenance crew ready. Don't delay and keep passengers on the plane for 3 hrs. on tarmac.

UGH I HAD TO MISS MY FIRST FLIGHT TO TAMPA CAUSE OF THE 10 MINUTE DELAY OF THE ORLANDO TO MIAMI ONE SO THEY HAD ME GET ANOTHER TICKET. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL BECAUSE IT MADE ME MISS MY CONNECTING FLIGHT FROM TAMPA TO LONDON AND FORCED ME TO MISS A DAY AT MY ROOM IN THE UK.

We were 4+ hours delayed. AA is absolutely obnoxious. They just kept pushing back the time to the point where we did not get into Vegas until after midnight when we were supposed to arrive like 845pm.

My last flight on 25 Dec, it’s Christmas Day, everyone happy and very good mood. I really enjoy traveling with Americans Airlines from Miami to Minneapolis my home town after long flight from lhe to Doha then Miami. Thank you again to make my travels comfortable and relaxed. Best regards

Flight was delayed, then undelayed, then delayed again. Gate was changed to the other side of the airport. Horrible seats with no screens. Spirit os truly awful, even for a budget option.

flight delayed because of poor staffing and organization - confusion from gate agents and flight attendant supervisors scheduling a missing flight attendant. flight delay 1 hr 30 min

The flight was delayed by two hours, then by three hours. Then, at 10:01, a notification that the flight was back on schedule for the original time. I just happened to be getting on a train to go to the airport at 10 just to be extra early for the delayed departure when I saw the update come through. I got to the train terminal at the airport at 11:07. A shuttle immediately arrived and offloaded, but didn't show anyone on before speeding off. It was 30 minutes before another arrived. I finally got to the terminal and through security and to the gate just in time for them to tell me the door had just been locked. Flight closed. I had to wait until the next day to fly out. No or for a hotel, a meal, nothing.

The staff were very helpful. Definitely the stars of my experience. The seats were very uncomfortable.

For a change, friendly staff at check-in and in flight.

Everything is an additional fee. No one said anything when I checking in and got my boarding pass about my small carry on suitcase. Charged me $100 at the gate for that little bag that I still had to take with me. Delays for both flights for no reason and then when I asked everyone said something different. Never flying spirit again. If it was just one thing maybe. This was a show from the minute I got to the airport.

I had a great experience from booking to boarding to landing. This was the best experience from all the flights I’ve had with Spirit so far! The price and times were affordable and perfect. I will fly with them again soon!

I have to wait for the flight for 3 hours. The gate was switching for 5 times. Made feel frustrated. Delays took all my sleep. I went to work without any sleep.

Staff was good! Didn't like how slow the luggage return was

It’s was a cheap flight and they got us there safely. It’s just their whole business model that make the experience “meh.” They make you paranoid about whether your personal item is too big. They make you paranoid about being crammed into a middle seat at the back of the plane. They purposely cram people together leaving multiple rows completely empty and even after the door closes the FA’s announce that everyone has to sit in their assigned seat. We knew what we were buying and in that regard we got a cheap and safe flight but it felt like they do their best to take any enjoyment out of the experience. That’s all on management, not the crew.
