We had to run back through the airport and check in for the next flight. Almost missed our flight due to flawed system."

When we finally were able to get an attendant over she was as rude as could be, I'm sure this sick person next to me was sorry she "inconvenienced" the crew member, if they just put bags in the seats pockets like every other airline this wouldn't have been an issue. The seats were very uncomfortable with no padding and not able to tilt. The tray tables were nonfunctional, too small and did not extend to get anywhere close enough to reach you. The plane ride itself felt like we were on a old school bus on a gravel road. I had a round trip ticket with frontier and both trips were equally as bad. I will never travel with them again, Most of us weren't even sure if we were going to survive take off with out the plan breaking or something."

Its almost as if you pay for a cheaper flight thinking you are getting a good deal but then one you add $45 carry on fee EACH WAY - you are back to a Delta price. So thats why I will only fly Delta or another airline."

Cons: "Don't believe the fares! Once you purchase your ticket, you then have a very expensive "seat" fee, carry on fee, and checked baggage fee. You cannot complete you purchase without at least $70 in additional fees. This makes Frontier more expensive every time. It is a joke that Kayak lists this airline in fare comparisons, pretending they are apples-to-apples deals."

Only flew this airline because it was booked for me by my employer who thought it was the most affordable option...unfortunately it ended up being more expensive than flying on a better airline that doesn't charge for carry on. Seats are extremely uncomfortable, thankfully my outgoing flight wasn't too packed so I was able to stretch out."
Pros: "For a cheap, quick flight under 3 hours this was a reasonable flight. It has the bare essentials, especially if you are traveling alone or without children. The crew was friendly and unlike the flight TO Miami (delayed by almost 2 hours for maintenance reasons---the a/c was not working and the airplane was very hot. Luckily everyone was told to return to the gate and wait for the problem to be fixed) this return flight was actually early! The plane was clean and in good condition."
Cons: "Aside from previous mentioned delay to destination, the unknown fact that you have to pay for your carry on luggage AFTER ticket purchase was a bit of a shocker...but for such a cheap ticket price I was expecting some hidden fee's along the way. Having to pay for something as simple as coffee or a small snack (what happened to free peanuts and pretzels?) seemed a bit excessive also so i was extremely disappointed at this also. Also, the trays on the seat backs were EXTREMELY small, just about big enough for a tablet so I am not sure who the airline is saving that space for?.. Again, this is a great airline for short flights but I don't know if i will be using them for a long flight in my future unless they have aircraft's with more comfortable options."

Pros: "I was pleasantly surprised by a budget airline. After flying with Spirit and Allegiant, I had mentally prepared for all kinds of nonsense. Aside from the bag fees which are surprisingly reasonable (except for carry-on), I was very pleased flying frontier and would do so again at any opportunity. Check in was easy and efficient, both online and at the airport. The planes were clean and comfortable. We arrived early on both legs of the trip. The crew was friendly and presentable. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience."
Cons: "My only complaint is their credit card presentation. At this day in age, I'm prepared for every airline to offer to sell you a credit card on board. On both flights, however, the credit card offer was disguised as "good news" in the middle of important in flight announcements. Example "We have good news and great news everyone! The good news is we're expected to arrive 15 minutes earlier than scheduled arrival and the weather is cool and sunny. The great news is we're going to tell you about this credit card for the next 10 minutes!""
Pros: "Overall, everything went well. I was at the airport 1.5 hours early and there were no problems getting my ticket and going through security. The boarding went well and flight was on time. Actually got to Atlanta 30 minutes or so early."
Cons: "Flight from Miami to Atlanta is short and was on time. Boarding was not a problem. Crew was professional. For a longer flight, seating would not have been particularly comfortable, but for this flight, there was no problem. Paying for carry-on is irritating, but I knew of this charge when I purchased the ticket. So, I was not surprised. Appreciated the $49 flight, but in fairness, it was really an $89 flight unless I chose to mail my one bag home or drop it off at Good Will for a taxable donation."
Pros: "The gate attendant and the crew were all very nice and accommodating. Basic flight, no worse or better than any other airline."
Cons: "I did not realize they charged for carryon, so was charged $40 at the gate. So much for an excellent fare. Was not aware Frontier had changed to a "no frills" airline. It was also annoying to have advertising for their credit card, but a lot of airlines do this and it is equally annoying. Everything was a cost, even water. Well, now I know and can make more informed decisions before traveling with them again."
