Suitcases are being moved around right at people heads and more than once I've been hit and seen other people be hit in the head by a suitcase. Getting luggage in place used to be a simple and minor issue, now it occupies much of the time, energy, and attention of the cabin crew as well as the gate crew. I realize this is making money for Delta but the cost is being paid by people being hit in the head with luggage and the crew's unavailability to deal with other issues."

Snacks were horrible and I have a delta card and was charged $29 to get in plus a charge for my extra suitcase. It’s ridiculous given the amount of money I spend on m card on the monthly basis. Very disappointing"

Cons: "On this Delta flight operated by Virgin Atlantic one of us was unable to check in or change our seats. You think you are getting Delta but everything must be done through VA. VA bag weights are less than Delta and the seat was incredibly cramped. We both had to sit with our legs bowed to the side as the seat ahead was so close. For nine hours we were cramped and could not sleep due to only be able to squeeze into one position. To get into the seat I put on leg in and then sat on the armrest and then brought my other leg up and then lowered my but into the seat. I am not even 6 feet tall and had this issue. So due to the difficult online check-in and seat selection and to the cramped seats we will never fly Virgin Atlantic again."

Felt frostbite, couldn’t move fingers, and have a sinus headache. absolutely appalling this is NY and USA - yet we can’t have car services pick up pasengers outside the door of the airport, instead require to walk 7 minutes and stand in a freezing air tunnel airport garage. Changes my mind on flying to LAGUARDIA in the future"

Cons: "Due to a computer malfunction we were stuck on the tarmac for some time, when it was decided to find a new gate to return to. /The tech crew eventually gave the all clear and upon returning to the tarmac, the same computer malfunction occurred, and again we had to return to the gate. This was all totaled 2.5 hours on the Tarmac. Finally, some 5 hours late we departed Miami in a different plane. Upon arrival in Phoenix, the captain wearily announced that there was no ground crew awaiting us, so we had to wait some time on the tarmac there to disembark. Never before had I heard a airline captain encourage the passengers to write a letter of complaint to his employer."

Before boarding the plane, we were not able to find out whether any food would be served and the extent of what might be provided. After getting on board, we were offered the chance to buy food. The complementary food was a cookie and a few ounces of soda or juice. Movies were available, but not headphones for listening to them. Leg space under the seat in front of us was reduced to make room for life vests."

We had only been sent a check in notification by AA for the first flight, which we opened the QR code and used to get on that flight. The scan however meant we had to have boarding passes ready and the QR code did not work for the second flight and AA did not send a check-in email for the second flight for us to use. We had to run back through the airport and check in for the next flight. Almost missed our flight due to flawed system."

Once we were about to board the plane, we were told again that it was further delayed. The crew was cranky and tired as they had clearly been dealing with delay issues the whole day. There were no tv's on the flight and we were told there would be free wifi to stream to our phones, however the wifi was so slow that it couldn't even load a single picture from the internet. Oh, there were also no decent food options on the flight. I will avoid United at all costs in the future, as my flight down was also over 3 hours delayed."

So I bought another One Way ticket to NY. But now, I found out since I dindnt take my first leg to NY, united cancel my flight back from NY to Miami! Thats completely unaceptable !!! It happened to me before with American and I could easily take my flight back. Cons: "Flight was delayed, which I suppose wasn't the worst thing. I've had nicer attendants. Many people had to check bags due to there not being ample room in the overhead compartments, however when I was walking to my seat I couldn't help but notice that many people had stored their purses, backpacks, and jackets in the overhead compartments. Many people in the front didn't have anything at their feet which could have saved at least some people the hassel of having to check their bags when they hadn't planned on checking any at all. When I offered this idea to the flight attendant to see if he couldnt possibly make an announcement or if he could ask if anyone could move their stuff he simple answered "Well you know what? No one cares." Although I can understand that must be very frustrating for him and the other flight attendants, I thought the situation could have been handled a little bit better, perhaps there should be a better plan for a situation like this to make sure the room in the overhead compartments is used in the most efficient way."
Pros: "In efforts to reduce my carbon footprint and reduce my use of plastic bottles and single use plastic cups, I always travel with a refillable stainless steel water bottle. It saddened and frustrated me when during the drink service portion of the flight the flight attendant refused to serve me water in my bottle, which was clean, dry and when uncovered the brim has the same diameter as the plastic cups used on United flights. First the flight attendant just said that she is not allowed to fill my personal bottle but kept offering me several cups of water instead. When I explained that it wasn't because I was really thirsty, it was just that I prefer to not use disposable cups, she proceeded to tell me my bottle was too big to fill anyways and she couldn't give me that much water. I have never had such an averse reaction to trying to be more eco friendly. In fact people are usually thrilled and applaud the Effort. If this is in fact the United policy, I hope united will reconsider it. Every small effort goes towards making a big impact."

Take-off was very bumpy;plane dropped and shuddered for a minute or so Considering the small number of passengers, the flight attendants didn't spread their time around any more. Just before the end of the flight, a crew member came offered a glass of water. It tasted so bad that I had to bring it to the back and dump it. The lfight attendant wouldn;t take it' he told me to wait for the next member with a trash bag."

Cons: "I am disabled so its hard enough dealing with small bathrooms, but to then find FILTHY TOILETS! Both toilets/bathrooms in economy were disgusting! There was pee or poop or menstrual blood on one of the toilet seats and just pee all over the other seat. I went into one toilet and came back out to go to the other one. I told the flight attendant and he just shrugged his shoulders and went back to eating his bagel. I had to clean off the seat! Peanut mix is not enough each passenger should get 2 packages. The flight attendants were not careful when steering that drink server thing and hit several people with it moving down the aisle. My wheelchair was not there when we landed and i had to wait for it. The seats in the back of the plane seem like the cushion is high in the back so you feel like you're almost standing! Not enough room between video screen and my face. Shouldnt have to pay for entertainment."

Cons: "I'm handicapped and use a wheelchair as my main mode of travel then a walking stick for short runs. I didn't see even a basic attempt with assistance from ground crew helping my wife break down or assemble my chair. After door shuts plenty of empty seats in the economy plus and some in first, when I asked the attendant they were real quick to whip out the iPad charges to upgrade. Those seats went empty I stayed cramped. Kayak didn't show a box to check if you are disabled and need special seating or cart transport at airport."

Cons: "For starters...um ranch pretzel snacks? Weirdest snack ever and so tiny it was ridiculous. It took about an hour after take off to get the snack, and almost another full hour to get the drink. Too slow!! The seats are very cramped compared to jet blue. I paid a lot of money for direct TV thinking I could start a movie from the start. You can't, and there wasn't a thing on TV that I wanted to watch. On other flights for the same amount of money you can buy a premium current movie. Or you can fly JetBlue and get the TV free. One of the flight attendants, bless him, was mentally challenged, and I mean literally. He was sweet and it's nice he has a job, but he didn't know what I was talking about when I asked him if I was on a flight that had an onboard library of movies once you connected to the airplane wifi. It was frustrating trying to talk to him. I had onboard a purse to stow under my seat, and another purse, that was brand new that I needed to stow overhead. I asked another flight attendant to help me stow it overhead where it wouldn't get crushed. She showed me a spot where it was pretty much getting crushed. Since it was new, it would have been really nice if she put it in the nice closet that is usually up front on planes. I've been flying my whole life and once or twice I've been accommodated with the nice closet. That's all folks!"

Cons: "I got a notification that my 11:20AM flight from MIA to ORD is delayed for 5 minutes. Upon arrival in airport, I was told that there's a mechanical problem with the plane in ORD and that the plane hasn't left ORD (flight time 3:20). Thankfully, we had a place to stay for a day so we asked to be re-booked for the flight for the next day. Others took a refund and went to book a flight on a different airlines. Others had to wait until arrival of equipment and their plane didn't leave until 8:15PM that day (meaning they had to be in the airport for 9 hours!) I understand that the airline has limited amount of equipment and crews, but earlier notification would have been appreciated"
Cons: "While trying to arrange a flight home from college for my son after the tragedy here in Las Vegas, I accidently clicked the wrong flight. I called immediately and they said sorry there is nothing they could do. Zero customer service. I hope they enjoy the money for the flight that wasn't able to be used."

Therefore I was charged $90 (I was traveling with my 10 year old daughter) each way from New York to Miami. I will not be flying with Frontier ever again. In addition, I have posted my disdain on other social media outlets."
Cons: "Cheap initial cost but they charge for everthing. A budget airline, including employee numbers. 2hour line to check in, and entire passenger group waited over an hour for baggage to arrive at luggage carousel at destination. Won't fly them again."

Pros: "I took a round rip flight from Philadelphia to Miami with Frontier Airlines. To my surprise the flight wasn't as bad as many reviews that I have read claimed it to be. I would recommend Frontier for anyone taking a flight no more than 2.5 hours. The comfort is subpar and the service is medicore, but hey it all comes with a cheap ticket so I can't complain."
Cons: "We had to pay $45 for one carry-on piece of luggage. There was a $3 charge for a bottomless cup of coffee during the flight. The only free service was a cup of water. The flight attendant never offered a refill of the coffee until I asked and there wasn't any coffee left."

It took me a while to find the one far away from where I was seated. One of male flight attendant opened the cabinet above my head, maybe grab his stuff but one bottle of water fell down. It almost hit my head and luckily it just touched my shoulder. It was my horrible experience. I picked this flight because it fits my schedule. Next trip I will never take it any more."
Cons: "to add our baby (lap child) to the reservation, it took multiple tries to reach a person who could help by phone, then she had to give up our reserved seats to rebook us further back in the airplane just because of adding our baby. If the ticket wasn't $50 each one way while on sale, there's no way we'd ever fly Frontier."

Your asked to pay for your seat, checked bags and carry ons coming and going. They offer a package price of $63 per person coming and going that makes your overall trip more expensive than going with a top carrier for a trip for two. Not worth the headache and will never travel with them again."

Cons: "Where do I begin, the counter opens 2 hours before flights, and in our case it opened 90 minutes before, so the line was horrendous. Be ready to pay through the nose for well...EVERYTHING. Our luggage cost us over $200.00, our seats over $300.00 even a coffee was $2.99. The seats are ridiculous. We paid for the expensive seats thinking that meant we'd have extra leg room, and you know a reclining seat...haha!! No, we were wrong! We had LESS leg room because we were in the first row , we had to hold our purse/backpack in our laps because the overhead was full (Even though we were in row A! The flight attendants allow people to put their baggage anywhere, not necessarily over there seat, so we were screwed). Our seats were like sitting on sharp metal objects. We were 35 minutes late leaving the airport, the crew didn't see fit to tell us why. The luggage took twice as long as other airlines to get to.the terminal... In a nutshell this so called "cheap fare" winded up costing us over $1,000.00 once all extras were added. We will NEVER fly Frontier again."

Cons: "When getting my boarding pass I was told I did not need to pay for my carry on as it met Frontier's requirements. When I arrived to the gate, I was told I had to pay $60 for the carry on. I explained the situation and the woman at the gate kiosk said she would "tell her supervisor and get the lady in trouble." The woman's urgency to so hastily throw a co-worker under the bus demonstrated a lack of "unity" among Frontier as a whole. When I got on the plane, there was no room for my "carry on" I just paid $60 for. Subsequently, I was told to bring my bag to the back, then to "bring it to the front", finally resulting in having to have it checked. We were forty minutes late taking off and neither the pilot or crew was apologetic for the inconvience. During the flight, a man expressed concern for my situation and being misinformed about the bag requirements only to result in being penalized and having to pay a $60 fee. The flight attended, assuming I was asleep, and having no knowledge of the situation, said "that's what she gets for trying to sneak her bag on." The unprofessionalism of the situation was again, extremely evident and portrays a negative image of Frontier as a whole. At the very least, the women could have honored the price to carry on/check a bag online or self service kiosk. Upon landing, I legitimately verbatim said to the man in front of me "$20 bucks we don't have a gate." Almost immediately upon saying this, the pilot said "unfortunately, Denver Internstional Airport has an ongoing issue with flights getting a gate so passengers can deplane." Had this been the first time this has happened, it would not have been an issue. I fly very frequently and have never had this issue with any airline except Frontier and Spirit, which..coincidently are owned by eachother. Not only is the issue specific to Frontier and Spirit, it is an ongoing issue. We waited in the plane for 45 minutes and the worst part? The pilot didn't even have the audacity to apologize. Instead, he blamed it on the airport. Again, failing to demonstrate any sort of professionalism. I am very disappointed with this experience in it's entirety. Last time my friend flew to Vegas on Frontier, the pilot said "Apparently Spirit couldn't afford a gate." While it was frustrating, at least he was able to make light of the ongoing issue. The passengers then got off the plane, right there on the taxi lane. I took the earlier flight that same day from Vegas to Denver and had the same situation, only we waited nearly 2 hours to get a gate and deplane. Again, no apology and purely blaming Denver International Airport. It is baffling that any airline would have the audacity to blame an entire airport dedicated to the well being, safety, and travel efficiency of the people who come in and out of it. Frontier's failure to acknowledge and express apology concerning the reoccurring issues of the airline is concerning. Did I mention the smell of urine filled the entire back of the plane"
Pros: "I understand why flights are so cheap but it's not worth the pain and hassle and surprise baggage charge. Never again plus my return flight was delayed and then eventually canceled, a whole day wasted sitting in the airport."

Cons: "I had an early morning flight. When I arrived there was no security setup so I had to wait in the ticketing area for 2 hours. Then when I got to the gate I plugged in my phone and fell asleep before I could get an alarm set. They knew I checked in and made it through security and had to see me alone sleeping there and made no attempt to wake me and I woke up to see the plane deprating and the crew gone. When I went to ask the counter what happened they said it was my fault and I should have listened to the announcements. Then tried to charge me $100+ for a next day flight. Terrible, horrible, rotten customer service, I mean who could leave someone stranded unless they were just trying to make more money? Delta would never pull that garbage."

Pros: "Overall, everything went well. I was at the airport 1.5 hours early and there were no problems getting my ticket and going through security. The boarding went well and flight was on time. Actually got to Atlanta 30 minutes or so early."
Cons: "Flight from Miami to Atlanta is short and was on time. Boarding was not a problem. Crew was professional. For a longer flight, seating would not have been particularly comfortable, but for this flight, there was no problem. Paying for carry-on is irritating, but I knew of this charge when I purchased the ticket. So, I was not surprised. Appreciated the $49 flight, but in fairness, it was really an $89 flight unless I chose to mail my one bag home or drop it off at Good Will for a taxable donation."
Cons: "Everything. Got there at 6 am for my flight at 7. Didn't officially cancel it until 2 pm. And then they had no flights until 3 days from then so I had to swap to american. Which was a hassel. But they gave me a 200 dollar voucher so I can't complain too much. Yep"
