Pros: I only fly Spirit when I just 'gotta get there, you know? The guy in the seat behind me provided a continuous lumbar massage - he just would not stop fidgeting! I'm thinkin' he was a big guy in a tiny Spirit seat with no leg room. No big deal, this airline, however the landings were smooth, and I felt safe.

Pros: Get to Orlando from Detroit niacin safely thank you everything was fine

Cons: Takeoff and first half of ORD-MCO leg was a little rough. Not the airlines fault though.

Pros: Empty flight- every passenger could have had their own row! Excellent piloting through a rough approach on a short landing.

Cons: The weather upon arrival- uncontrollable. So, nothing else about this flight could have been better.

Cons: I would have liked if the crew kept us a bit more in the loop about what's going on - I took a Southwest flight earlier the same day, and the crew all seemed to be having a lot more fun than the crew on United. Which is more likely more a management/structure issue of United than the crew themselves

Pros: It was a united operated flight with a united airplane and crew. Seats and space were much more comfortable.

Cons: Better food options, better quality snacks.

Pros: The crew did their job. Some attendants were very kind, helpful.

Cons: Food could be better. Old aircraft, old style seats. Other airlines have improved this very, very much. Delta is lagging behind.

Pros: Jeff was our flight attendant in first class. He is an excellent flight attendant. He has an amazing attitude and his manner made us feel as if we had been friends with him for years.

Cons: Passengers who pay retail for first class on domestic flights should get access to the Delta lounges even without the AE card. Other airlines do this, and we have come to expect it.

Pros: Delta always does a superior job - domestically and internationally!

Pros: On time. Efficient. Great updates from crew. Honored veterans. Clean.

Cons: Indicated usb charging ports for all seats with in seat screens...there were none. Older plane perhaps? Big, annoyed sigh from attendant when I requested a half cup of coffee after she'd already served me a glass of water.

Pros: I didn't notice until check in 16 hours prior that my Flint to Orlando was actually booked Detroit to Orlando. It was my fault I overlooked the search selection was flint/OR NEAR AIRPORT, I think when that selection happens, it should be highlighted or something similar to let us know it's a different airport than chosen.

Cons: Flight from Detroit to Orlando was great!

Cons: The plane hit the runway so hard that the oxygen masks came out of the ceiling. The comfort is horrible. There is absolutely no entertainment. And nothing is free. I'd rather drive to Orlando than fly ever again.

Pros: The trip was cancelled due to Hurricane Matthew, but the refund process was quick and easy. Received the refund in 2 days.

Cons: On both flights there weren't enough people checking bags. It took almost an hour to get through both times. More people and stations are needed.

Pros: Pilot was able to make up lost time and get us to Orlando just 10 minutes late.

Pros: I Was given a seat by the emergency door. I'm 6'3" so that was really appreciated. friendly crew,nice flight and we arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule.

Cons: I was unable to print my boarding pass at the airport. I only had a carry-on, but had to stand in a long line that only had one agent working.

Cons: Size of seats, cleanliness of cabin, nickel & dime every little thing. Would have preferred a blanket price that was fair & including paint of seats.there is a big difference flying on Delta, Spirit, and othe airlines. We were not impressed. Basically it was a bus that carried us to our destination.

Cons: I was told 25 for luggage then 30 got to airport they said 40$ that I didn't pre check which I did, and they said no cash only credit so it cost me another 5 for credit card. I'm very upset over this

Pros: The friendly flight attendants, the flight was smooth, the landing and deboarding was a breeze... it has been sometime since I've flown, and thanks to frontiers cheap flight cost along side the great service received I will be booking again!!

Cons: I've used Frontier twice. Once for Thanksgiving week and once for Christmas week. Both times I had to wait 40-45 minutes to get my bag. The first time, the belt stopped working after already sitting and waiting 20 minutes for the the luggage to come to baggage claim. So myself and a large number of people had to wait an extra 20 minutes before someone decided to switch the our bags to a different belt. The second time there was no malfunction. Literally the entire plane and myself, who checked a bag, waited a total of 45 minutes before the first luggage appeared. Because I'm a considerate person, I prefer that my ride doesn't get a ticket or their vehicle towed for waiting outside for an extra 20-30 minutes or they waste their gas by circling around the airport until I finally say, "I have my bag." Mind you, this only seems to happen when I'm arriving to Orlando. I probably will be avoiding Frontier Airlines when picking my next flight.

Pros: If you are taking a quick trip with a very small carry on Spirit fits.

Cons: If your carry on doesn't fit. Beware of astronomical baggage fees.

Cons: Spirit airlines works at Internatiinal Airports but any employee speaks more than one language (only english), No free food. The seats are uncomfortable. The customer service are not good ( no smiles, orientations etc.) baggage fee too expensive! We have to paid for everything.

Cons: This was the most uncomfortable seat I’ve ever been in on a plane! It was very cramped and by the time my 3 hour flight was over my back was killing me. Not again!

Pros: Great crew from gate to plane, moved to an exit row with no problem, making it the most comfortable Spirit flight I have ever been on. Not to mention we made it to Orlando early, even after departing late!

Cons: While there were no outlets on the plane, I have come to not expect Spirit to have them. Regardless, it was still a great flight.

Cons: Totally false information provided by Kayak re: seating and seat assignment. Sold as Austrian Airlines flight w/ links to their baggage policies and ability to pick seat. Arrived at airport and told I must check in with United, who charged me baggage fees contrary to Austrian policy.

Cons: Wholly inaccurate and frankly FALSE information about baggage policies and seating. This was advertised and linked to the baggage policy of Austrian Airlines. I learned at the airport that I would be charged for bags, by United. I am inclined to never use Kayak, Austrian, or United ever again.

Cons: Cancelled flight, no price adjustment just future $50 flight voucher. No offset offered for rental car needed to go to another airport 200 miles away

Pros: I liked the fares but then you had to pay to book seats, baggage, and not even a complementary soda. It is a shame that you have to pay to have a soda while in flight. On the way there we got to load first due to my husband's handicapp.

Cons: All the other fees that then don't make the flight a great deal. On the way back from Orlando my husband was not able to get a wheelchair and we asked 4 times to get one.

Cons: No WiFi, no reclining seats, way too hot, just an all around poor flight. This was our first experience with Frontier. Probably a great option for college students.

Pros: The flight was comfortable and on time. My ears pop really bad and flights, my first flight from Detroit to Orlando was not too bad and the flight back from Orlando to Detroit, the planes pressure was actually really good

Cons: I am 6 foot 8 inches tall. I was really disappointed to find out that I had to pay another $50 per person each way to sit in the larger seats. This raised the cost of the flights from $200-$400 For my wife and I to sit together. That was not an optional expense because the seats are so small that my legs were too long and it was not simply uncomfortable. I did not fit in the way of legroom. There should have been some information explaining this while I was booking the flights
