She scanned my boarding card.and I said to her that I am departing to Detroit. She said I can enter if I am a GOLD card member or purchase a day pass for $59.00. I declined. I am under the impression that United is a partner of Lufthansa.and that they should honor the same Business class privileges as Lufthansa. I found it rather discriminatory act on the part of this particular employee of the United lounge at Chicago airport. Pl. bring it to the attention of the Lufthansa and United . I will appreciate follow up on this matter."

The only challenge was that the in-flight entertainment stopped working 5 hours into the flight. That said, the crew informed us of how United would compensate us for that. As for the landing, that was perfect. We eased onto the tarmac so gently it barely felt as though we had landed."

There weren't even options for me to pay the outrageous pick a seat option when I was doing my preflight check in 24 hours in advance."

I understand the flight attendants need to eat, but our flight was delayed prior to their landing and this added an additional delay. In total my flight was delayed about 2.5 hours."

Frontier refused to waive the fee and I couldn't rebook by October because I am a college student and won't be on break and off work again for a few months. No care for a customer under an extreme weather situation. Buyer beware...a cheap ticket is no consolation when you loose your money. I will avoid flying with them. LOST CUSTOMER!!!"

However, in Chicago, we were told to pay $60 (PER BAG!!!) to bring them with us, which I think is exploitation because looking back, i wonder if they could have gone underneath in storage at no charge. Also, the inconsistency of fees was VERY frustrating. Plus, $60 for a bag is absurd, what a completely ridiculous number. The seats were incredibly uncomfortable. This is the most economy airline I've ever flown, and it was horrendous. I'm surprised these even passed code, the tops felt like metal bars and barely any padding. I felt unsafe in the case there were to be an emergency. I will never fly Frontier again, and I will always warn people about flying this carrier. Nothing good to say."

Spirit wants to charge for every possible thing they can once you've got your ticket and you're stuck with them. Then change your gate 5 min before take off and make you listen to the staff TRY to be the last comic standing. Never again will I fly with these guys. $75 for a check in bag? Then another $5/10 per person for snacks? The flight was $50 cheaper then anyone else but luckily it wasn't an emergency flight and I had extra money on me."
Pros: "I liked nothing of this flight."
Cons: "Constant delays, no one had an update, the boards were not showing updates. Looked like a bunch of clowns running in circles. Very poorly run outfit."
Pros: "The tickets are cheap but they have a ton of hidden expenses. I do like that you can check in early however, it saves time at the airport but if you are checking a bag you stand in a line anyway."
Cons: "The seats are super uncomfortable. If you are taking a short flight for a weekend trip this wouldn't be a bad choice but if you have to take luggage and have longer trips it's terrible."
