I actually didn't fly QR. My RJ light from TLV to AMM was delayed by approx 2 hours. I asked to be taken off the flight in order to fly the day after from TLV to LCA and take QR. However the RJ gate agents explained that there are over 40 people on the flight that need to take the QR from AMM and that the ties between RJ and QR are very strong and the QR flight will wait the necessary 15 minutes. However, as we landed in AMM we saw the QR aircraft push back 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure. We got stuck in AMM and the RJ people were nice but totally inefficient and claimed that they were limited by their corporate procedures. I asked to be put on an Etihad flight that was scheduled to leave 2 hours later and that would put me at the end of the day in MAA (my destination) around 2.5 hours later which was acceptable in my eyes. The transfer desk agent said he is going to arrange it, disappeared for 45 minutes and then came and told me this is already too late for Etihad (it was not) and anyway they cannot let me take Etihad since they are not a part of "One World". I argued a bit and he said ok went to teh back office and disappeared for another 20 minutes. at that point he came and told me that all is taken care of and here is my new flight and proceeded to show me an itinerary which took me through BKK to MAA but the AMM-BKK flight will leave only at 0130 at night (this was around 1430) and get to BKK in the afternoon tomorrow. Then I will have to wait in the airport another 8-9 hours to fly to MAA. hence 2 nights without sleep staying at airports. BTW, I was the only Business/first passenger but this did not confer on me any special treatment. I refused to take this route and at the end asked them only to get me back to TLV and there I will change the whole route and go tomorrow on QR from LCA. I had to wait at AMM airport until 2100 and only now - 2300 - reached home which I left at 0600 this morning. BTW, i don't think that they restored my ticket to its original form (which was a full QR ticket covering also the RJ and Pegasus flights. but I was too tired to argue. I will postpone my trip by one more day and change the route to avoid another debacle like this one. Also, I chatted with the QR people in Amman, and ithey claim that they were not told that the RJ from TLV had 40 passengers connecting through them. This is the absolute opposite of what the RJ people claimed. Last, all his is without even mentioning the issues this delay caused since I have people who came specifically for this, waiting for me in MAA and God only knows when I will manage to get there and whether or not they will wait for me. Guys, you have to do something about this. I am quite a regular flyer and this is the worst experience I had.
Although we were traveling together, the airline seated us separately on both flights. Going from Chicago to Amman I was seated in seat 16A while my husband was placed on the other side of the airplane in seat 17K!! On the ride back, I was in seat 13A and my husband in 30C!!!!! Prior to check in and during check in, I was informed that I was not able to select our seats, and that we would just have to arrange seating ourselves once we were on the plane!! A week prior to leaving Amman my husband called rj and talked to a representative who changed our seats.
The entire trip from the beginning was a hassle due to a terrible customer service. No help whatsoever.

Disorganized and horribly untransparent. The flight left the airport more than an hour after we were supposed to, but we were given no updates. Instead, we stood in a hot tunnel for an hour, then in a hot shuttle, and then sat on the plane.
Got stuck on runway in Reykjavik because of rain storm... For 5 hours, on arrival at 10pm, until 3am. Weren't allowed to order food, or alcohol. After several hours they offered soda and chips. But nothing else to compensate, no flight credit, etc. Friendly crew but very bare bones experience... Bit of a nightmare.

Could check my suitcase earlier (arrived at airport too early). I had a bit off over 23 kg but that did not pose any problem. Boarding was quiet fast and almost with timetable. The food was good and service provided pleasant. I was happy that we landed safely providing bad weather in Toronto that evening.

When we asked for the late food service, they told us they did not have any more left. We ask them to look for anything left and after hour the food still not arrived.

Check-in was a zoo. The agents were more interested in gossiping and were constantly on the phone or running in and out of their stations. It took nearly an hour to get through the 10 people ahead of us. And then we were told that my 1 bag would cost $53 to check-in and that I would have to go to another counter in a far away part of the airport to pay...and we had 20 minutes before boarding. Afger running to the cashier, we were told that she had no time and that we should go back to the agent to pay! We ran back and paid, then went to look for our gate. It was finally listed as Gate 12. We got though security ok and got into the line for Gate 12. It was more like a scrum tan a line. Nobod seemed to be doing anything when all at once we saw people boarding. We went to the gate but were told that our flight was boarding at Gate 10!!! WTF??? Gate 12 listed our flight number and Gate 10 listed another flight, but we did as were told and boarded via Gate 10. None of other passengers knew what the hell was going on but we all made it to Rome along with our baggage. We will NEVER fly Alitalia again.
The Crew was really helpful with baby, bringing bassinet (that I reserved prior to the trip) and letting me boarding preferentially.
Probably not the company fault, but my stroller was a little damaged when I got it at my destination.

The fact that, although the card said it was the same company for both flights (two-legged), I could not get a boarding pass at check/in for both flights, for both the outbound and return journey, and had to go through customs and border control twice just to get a new boarding pass each time. Leg room can be better, even with the extended legroom space.

I did not enjoy the run-around I was given in trying to find the hotel desk. “50 meters then turn left” was the anthem. All someone had to say was go outside the airport and you’ll find the hotel desk! Hehe thank you Turkish Airlines however! Thank you.
The last two times we connected in Amsterdam to Humberside our luggage was delayed. This time it wasn’t. The simple things give the greatest satisfaction
They have one line of executive class after the kitchen and toilet, is very noisy.
787 is a great airplane. The 3-3-3 seat configuration leaves enough seat width to be just comfortable in coach.
The cabin crew were pretty good. That's about all that was good.
I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again.

We have been on 6 flights over the last 8 days, all with Delta and we have already started telling people how wonderful the service was. Sherry on this last flight was amazing, working so hard all by herself as our flight attendant. We were very impressed. And the pilots all came out to say goodbye and thank you. All very nice...esp for me who needed some wheelchair assistance. We will certainly fly with you again in the future.

We faced problem in locating the office of the kuwait airlines at Kuwait. 4. The gap is too long between the flights. 5. No details in some of the gates regarding the flight details. 6. The snacks served at Kuwait airport can be slightly different.

My son already mentioned that we are vegetarian people when he booked the ticket. Still during our flight the crew said we don't have veg food, only option is non-veg. When I clearly denied to have a non-veg food and some other people also explained them that most of Indian people food habit and culture, finally the staff ready for give the Veg food to me and my wife. We got the food but it took lots of time and cold, no test as well. Is it really good behaviour to customer?? We are senior citizen, we need water for our medicine, I have to asked 3 times then they give me only one time.. Such a annoying and awful experience during this journey. I won't recommend Kuwait airways to my family and friends. Thank you..
We were almost three hours late on arrival. Being at VIE airport after midnight with no buses going home is no fun.
Firstly . The crew were rude ! They did not even response when were calling them from the seat . The only way to talk to them is to find them at the end of the plane ( where they been chating with each other ) Secondly . The amount of snacks was limited where’s in Turkish airlines it’s unlimited and you can choose different sandwiches whereas in Austrian airilines can offer biscuits and Cookies ;( Thirdly . We are living in 21 century and most transatlantic airlines have WiFi ! Where’s Austrian did not have it!

At least from my experience, Air Canada is late half the time. This last leg was 6 hours late. No check-in availability notification on the second leg, and I got the flight delay notification after I landed (6 hours later)! Pretty useless. Everything is nickle and dimed with no included food except for the tiny snack thing on a 6 hour flight. It's pretty difficult to get their app to work for entertainment.
This was probably the worst handled flight I have been on; there was first a slight delay, then a longer delay, then a much longer delay, all of which one could find out only after checking online; there were no announcements about the delay until after the scheduled time of departure; then there was another announcement that there was a mechanical problem and we'll be apprised of the situation at 7pm (the flight was scheduled at 6:25). The person at the counter disappeared. At 7:30, the gate changed to a different flight altogether--still no announcement, still no person at the gate. When a different person finally appeared and I asked her what happened to the Pittsburgh flight, she said, it's here, it'll be departing at this precise gate shortly. At that exact time, the PA system had an announcement that the flight to Pittsburgh is now scheduled at gate 86 at 7.01 (yes, 7:01, even though it was already after 7:30). When we went to gate 86, there, of course, was another flight there. After waiting some more, the woman at the first counter now appeared at gate 86 and said the flight was to be at gate 88. Until the very end when we boarded, gate 88 continued to say the flight was to Columbus. Absolutely abysmal customer service. (Even the boarding was handled badly, but at that time we didn't even care.) I am never recommending Air Canada.

The seats were uncomfortable. They were hard and so narrow I had to sit crooked in the seat to keep from getting banged into by the service carts and every person going by to the bathrooms. I'm not tiny, but I'm not huge either, it was just overcrowded. It was also very hot in the airplane the entire way from Phoenix to Spokane. My husband, who is always cold, was even hot.

I took American's first direct flight between Philadelphia and San Antonio. It was a nice plane, good service, and amenities for a cost. Love that the plane had plugs!

The flight was very pleasant, with great service. The in-flight entertainment selection was good, food was tasty. The day we flew, this flight was maybe half-full in coach, which may not be great for BA, but fantastic for leg room! The attendants were lovely, and I particularly enjoyed the continuous water service through the flight, which kept me nicely hydrated. The ice-cream mid-way through movietime was a welcome treat!
The staff were professional. Boarding was orderly. The flight was smooth. The lavatories were clean.
As a tall man, even with an entire row to myself, it was impossible to be comfortable. I had to fold myself like origami to fit. My head and neck was pitched forward, even with the seat back reclined. You got me, next time I’ll spring for business class.
