Long line with check in at the DIA British Airway counter.

The flights were on time. Cabin crew were nice. The food was terrible! Checking in was not easy using my phone.

Crew were fantastic and the aircraft was extremely comfortable, but outdated. Headphone jacks were worn out and sound normally only came out of one ear unless positioned just right.

Departure was delayed leading to late arrival, 25 min wait for a gate. Basically, missed all our connections & had to be rebooted, which was a very long process.

Good flight, no turbulence. I felt safe and comfortable which is really important when I am just a passenger.

Somone switched seats to sit near friend causing us to be disconnected (3) business class. Very disappointed. Staff did nothing.

A shout-out to the flight attendent, Lauren, who was the main person assisting me. She was amazing - perfect balance of bright, cheerful, engaging, yet formal

1st class seats NOT REALLY 1st class or business class but like premier economy. Should be listed as such or named something else. I have flown 1st class with other airlines and they are nothing like it at all.

The flight from Dallas to madrid was delayed for 2 to 3 hours, the flight back from Dallas to Sacramento was fine , but there were 5 gate changes within the span of 2 hours, last one was in a differny terminal. Flight and crew was okay

I was downgraded from business class to economy class with no compensation. American Airlines is absolutely the worst airline for international travel. They treat their business class customers like dogs.

It’s a budget-friendly airline, so expect smaller meal and snack portions and no free alcohol to drink on international flights. Airline food is never exciting in economy class, so I always plan on taking my own food and snacks- and I don’t consume alcohol, so no complaints from me! Flight attendants were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The airplane was newer with USB a+c charging ports, massive infotainment screens, and a lot of entertainment media to choose from. The airplane seats are less padded than other airlines I’ve been to, but the benefit is that there was more legroom because of the thinner seat profiles. Honestly, more legroom gave me more comfort than having more padding on a seat (which just gets flattened over time and repeated use) Overall, I really liked my Condor experiences (4 different planes) from LAX-Frankfurt-Barcelona and back. I would not hesitate to fly with them in the future, if the prices are lower than other companies

They made us walk thru entire Frankfurt Airport, which at this age. With very less time, we had to run. It was unacceptable.

They answer the phone promptly. Crew is friendly and they work efficiently.

I flew premium economy. My only complaint is the size of the bathroom. I am 6’2 I. Tried to rush my teeth in there and ended up getting toothpaste and water in my pants. And the only way to do it was by sitting on the toilet

My flight was delayed twice. It finally left 24 hours later. In addition there were conflicting messages between kayak and condor that made the experience worse.

Upgraded to premium economy at the gate. Well worth it!

The flight was canceled and airlines did nothing to accommodate the passengers. After few hours they booked me randomly on a flight that had long layover and didn’t provide any compensation or effort to help. The crew was rude, no representation on the airport. Everything needs to be on call and agents there had no knowledge or control. For everything, they were like we can’t do it and you need to file a claim later. That was not helpful at all and will not make my travel experience any easier. Very disappointed in their service.

Great plane and flight attendants. The person next to me had a DISGUSTING smelling mouth and breath, so that was nasty to deal with the whole flight. Brush your teeth, people! Condor was amazing, though :-)

It would be nice to have a cleaner facility, it was hard to access it. It was always full of people working in that space. The covers and especially the matt of bad quality and old. Many times reused. I would not use it. Food: the bread rolls were old, and food had strange choices. Chicken was terrible.

There was some nice staff when I entered and left, but the thrre flight attendants who served us were very brusque and rude. I have celiac and when I checked in, I tried to find the option to make sure my meals (stick on a 10+ hour flight after a 3 hour flight and short layover) were gluten free because I didn’t have time to get anything. Couldn’t find the selection for it, and every part of the meal and purchase options were gluten, so I didn’t get to eat. During check in the allergies section should be easy to identify and check so this doesn’t happen. Having more options for gluten free at this time should be easy.
