FINAlly & only because others missed their flight we were given the option to go. Crew misplaced our luggage and sent it on a flight we were never supposed to be on, and the bad experience with delays of hours on end continued coming home. (Mechanimal non weather) WE WILL NEVER FLY DELTA AGAIN!"

Cons: "For being such a "big supporter of the armed forces", they sure give you a hard time when flying on their airline. My bag was 9 pounds over the allotted weight, which since I was on leave I typically pack pretty heavy. This is the first time on any airline I have ever been told this and this is the first time ever I had a delta employee attempt to charge me for baggage because I was not on official military orders, just holiday leave. This particular employee was very persistent in making me pay over $100 for that additional 9 pounds. Eventually she agreed to let me have my checked bag for no fee, yet she made me seem like such an inconvinience that I was 9 pounds over. I understand if it is a policy and by no means am I trying to play the poor me veteran deal, but the employees attitude towards me was insulting just as a person and that's why I am upset. Also trying to adjust a flight with delta is a complete nightmare. They have zero sympathy for anyone's situation. Will be the last time I fly delta."

Further they were tellin me I couldn't get in my flight and have my luggage go later, but I understand because of security reasons. Finally it was 10 min til my flight left, I asked how about if I walk my bags through security check point; have TSA examine them and then they get placed in the plane like oversized carry ons normally do? Ding I struck a light bulb and they said yea why not. After a few phone calls later I was walking with my bags through TSA. It took me to think this up for Delta. A minute too late was the original response from the first agent. 1 minute! Not 10 not 5 she said the computer just got locked out. I was going to miss my flight for 1 min time restraint. The first agent didn't care and just blew me away. Thankfully the next agent tried. I had to throw away all my toiletries because TSA wouldn't let them through."

Cons: "Flight was over 2 hours late leaving Lima, so many people missed connections in Miami, NOBODY from LATAM was at the gate to assist with how to make new connections or how to get local accommodations for the night. This was a customer service fail. American is no better. They rescheduled the flight at no cost, but then sent you back to LATAM for help with the overnight. If we buy tickets from your website and you own the process, you should be more helpful when there are problems. The back-and-forth was frustrating. Lima airport takes a long time to go through all the checkpoints. Two hours does not give enough time. There are at least four long lines that have to be endured. This process could use some streamlining."

Pros: "I had to buy new clothes after lost bag and since bag had been lost twice during my trip, I was reluctant to check the bag. It was of size to cram into my carry on so I did that, but American staff demonstrated concern, had a sense of humor and helped me get a comfortable seat to sort of take some of the sting away. All that was great of them I was aware of being in an upgraded seat. No complaints, but it stung a little because I was deeply aware of the reinforcement of class. The small, extra comforts were wonderful and I wish everyone had them while risking their lives together over the ocean - especially the extra room At times, on the way over I felt a claustrophobic panic. But to stay positive, they were kiind, sympathetic, funny, sweet. I appreciate them."

Cons: "At the Lima gate they made each passenger open their carryon and submit to a secondary inspection to confiscate all water we bought past security. No warning was given about this. I had paid airport prices for water to bring onto the plane and then had to surrender it at the gate. Of course in economy class they will not give you water or attention until you are at cruising altitude. More than one flight attendant did not smile and one was actually rude in spite of my attempts to be kind and smile. Except for one friendly person at check-in kiosk, bad service overall. They do not have personal entertainment systems, and it was like going back in time with the tiny screens you cannot see, playing a movie you either watch it or not."

Cons: "My flight from SFO to Miami was delayed so I missed my connection to Rio and now I’m NYC on my birthday instead of my final destination. The flight status was changed 7 times. And AA said they would get my bag off but they did not and now I have to wait at JFK and hope it got rerouted here. And if it didn’t to hope it can on another flight before I hopefully actually get on a flight for Rio. Nobody has comped me for losing a day in Rio and for my hotel room. And this has been the worst flight exeperience or my life which unfortunately landed on my birthday. One I’ll remember in a sad and bad way. American Airlines refused to compensate me because I got my tickets via Kayak and I haven’t been able to find a number to complain to a Kayak agent whom I sure would say I had to contact American Airlines and nobody would help or take responsilvitu for this disaster."

Cons: "I booked the flight with Kayak and it showed the airline as Finnair, the flight was actually with American, no complains about it. The issue was that Kayak did not update me with the Flight number for American Airlines and kept sending me information about the flight with Finnair which was not going to actually take place. I had to actually call American and spend time with a Representative providing all the data to be able to get my American Airlines flight booking code so I could check in online. American as always was great! Shame on Kayak!"

They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

When I got on the plane I saw plenty of space AND when I got to Bogota my bag wasn't there. My carry on had my most important belongings for in case other luggage was lost. It's not faire that other passengers get to carry on suitcases and a personal item and I can not being my small backpack. It's very inconvenient since my rain gear, my shoes and my Phone chargers are in that bag."

She said there wasn't any other seats to assign us on the coach level. Then talked to the supervisor and I asked her what if if we upgrade. Then she came back and said it will cost us an additional 7700 euros to seat in the first class yes I do understand her point and told her to forget it. Then another supervisor who was a Spanish lady said to me that sorry the maintenance is falling behind due to lack of comnication and promised that our seats will be fixed soon but she said in the meantime we could find any other seats that are single and sit until ours is ready. Well the two other seats that were available at that was a seat next to the kitchen and bathroom and that also had the seats were taken out. We were very stressed and felt like we were not treated professionally. Anyway we finally got our seats back and the rest was better."

Cons: "The flight landed about 30 minutes early. We spent one hour on the tarmac waiting for a gate, resulting in us being late .. compromising many with tight connections."

Cons: "The boarding is a joke. They do not tell you which group is boarding and then turn you away if you are not in the correct group. I sat back and watched as the mob tried to board asking each other which group was boarding which no one knew. When I got up to board I asked and was told, "I held up two fingers". Personally I think using the intercom would work much better. I was thinking this was just a one time deal, however they handled it the same way on the return flight. This was the first time I used American, so I do not know if this is their standard policy, but this issue and a long list of others will make me think twice before I use them again."

I was connecting from Germany with Lufthansa and wow what a difference in customer service."

If you’re a tall person, won’t be comfortable."

Cons: "The staff did not work they sat in the back of the plane the whole time talking about other employees captains and how dissatisfied they are with the shifts that they work etc. The crew even had passengers move from the back row 30 so they could have a place to sit in the back of the plane ."

Cons: "Charging $45 for carry-on, is way too much, regardless of whether it's a budget airline. Round-trip it's an extra $90. Might as well put that money toward the flight of another airline."

Cons: "While the fare for Frontier was reasonable; I chose them because of flight schedule. However, I couldn't believe how much more I had to pay than just the fare. Baggage fees for not only checked bag but carry-on plus the seat selection added $94 EACH WAY to my costs. That is unforgiving. I'm back to Southwest."

Pros: "We left on time and got in early."
Cons: "The seats are crazy narrow, you have to pay a lot extra to have any legroom at all, basically 18th century slave ship seating. Virtually all baggage is an up charge, even carry on, and they wouldn't even give you a bottle of water, that was like $2 or so. At the end of the day, a $105 ticket winds up costing $335"

Cons: "Seats don't recline, they are hard as a rock, they are narrow and absolutely uncomfortable. Will never fly Frontier again and will recommend that no one else flys Frontier either."

Cons: "After adding up all of the hidden fees with the "low cost" of the flight, it all came out to MORE than I would have paid if I had booked a flight with another carrier!. As ad DEPENDENT of an active duty military member, I NEVER have to pay for checked luggage, much less a carry on! Once I got over having to pay and additional $150 for luggage, I board the plane to find extremely uncomfortable seats with half of a tray table, all I could do was laugh. The joke was totally on me!!!! For a flight that was over 3 hours long, it was NOT WORTH ANY OF IT!!! I didn't do the research that I should have, and that is totally on me. Fool me once, but NEVER AGAIN."

Pros: "The flight was on time, smooth, friendly staff."
Cons: "You have to pay for a carry on, which is more than a checked bag, no complimentary food or beverage. There isn't much leg room, even for a short person as myself."

Cons: "When I checked in for my flight, the website said I would be three hours delayed. Later in the afternoon I just happened to check my flight status again and my flight time had been pushed forward causing me to rush out the door with less than one hour to make my flight. I barely made the flight but once I was seated we were delayed again. I did appreciate that we were given updates on why we were delayed however."

Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "The lady at the counter was rude. The chairs where so bad I ended up with back pains for days. I undestand its a low fare airline but this airline takes it to the extreme."

Cons: "Seats were very uncomfortable"

Cons: "I was locked out of the first flight due to not having the ability to get a boarding pass via the internet. When I arrived, I used the kiosk to get a boarding pass. Was directed to the ticket agent who stated I was too late to get a boarding pas. I asked if there was room on the flight and was told there was a lot of room. This was 1/2 hour before the doors closed for this flight. The agent told be to go elsewhere and that if I were to get to Miami I needed to book through another airline. I found American had a flight that left half an hour later and booked it at an additional expense of $493.10 FYI: I did have flight insurance and was told it is no good and that basically I'm screwed. I hope someone reads this and compensates me for my added expense."

Cons: "Before my flight I went on the Frontier website to find the dimensions listed for an acceptable carry on in an effort to avoid checking a bag and paying luggage fees. I purchased said acceptably sized carry on bag only to find upon checking in for my flight that I would be charged $45! I was also informed that selecting my seat would bring a charge as well. The "great deal" I was led to believe I'd found by flying this airline was simply untrue. When all was said and done, I could have flown more comfortably and for less money on another airline. Will never choose Frontier again."

Cons: "Delay from Miami to Atlanta"

Cons: "-$40 fee for personal bag that was slightly over regulation -one hour delay PLUS 2 hours stuck on runway in the airplane without access to water nor could we stand up out of our chairs for bathroom -finally when they were serving food and beverage only paying passengers had first access to food and water even if the crew had to walk all the way to the back and then back to the front to serve and charge them, it took about 45 minutes until they started serving water (of which the second cup of water they needed to charge for supposedly although we got "lucky" and they gave us a free second little glass of water)"

Cons: "The stewardess announced baggage would be at 3, so we followed signs to baggage claim #3 and waited over 1/2 hour to find out she should have said TERMINAL 3. We had to take a bus to that terminal, ended up 2 hours behind schedule."

Pros: "Cheap tickets."
Cons: "You have to pay almost as much for your bags and seat selection as the tickets. Seats are hard as a rock and really jammed together."

Cons: "Really? I must pay for everything even water or coffee? Airbus seating was cramped, Tray tables were so small that my cut could not securely sit on it with small children bumping the seat in front of me. Riding on a bus is more comfortable. After 3 hours my back was sore from the stiff seats."

Pros: "Was good, seats lacked comfort, everything else was great, thanks!"

Cons: "honestly this airline is horrible. the employees are all rude and have an extremely large attitude. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life. and also the seats are extremely hard and do not recline. i could usually deal with this but the attitude of all the employees really ruined my entire experience! i promise you even though this is a cheap air line pay a little extra because its worth it. i will never be flying frontier again."

Pros: "Efficient flight and boarding."
Cons: "I didn't know how to rate food and entertainment since I didn't use those services. Why must the Frontier flights always be late? It was delayed both out to LasVegas and back to Milwaukee. Also, we were told that the flight to Milwaukee was delayed but it NEVER showed on the departures board nor was the time changed at the gate. These seem to be simple adjustments to make for all passengers to see that there was a change but it was never done and led to a lot of confusion."

Cons: "I did not know you all do not provide complimentary beverages and snacks. I did not know I had to purchase a seat to sit in for check in and only one carry-on was allowed."

Cons: "Delay of two hours"

Pros: "I got an e-mail stating that my flight was on time, only to get to the airport to find out that there is a two hour delay that they knew about all day.... Prices for checked bags AND carry-ons are ridiculous, then they try to make you pay extra for your seat...want food or drink? That will be extra too! Then there was a long wait to deboard and to get my suitcase, which came out at the wrong carrousel. I only thought I got a good price on airfare! First and last time flying Frontier!!"

Cons: "Flight was delayed two hours. Frontier did not give any notice via text, email, phone app that the flight was late. No comps given for poor service/late flight."

Pros: "A little bumpy, the plane was full. I almost don't make it to the airport on time. But everything else was good."

Cons: "The seats are extremely uncomfortable and the airline has taken penny pinching to the extreme and it shows. The baggage fees are way too high."

Cons: "The airlines company's only concern is to cram as many people as possible into the smallest possible space. Horribly uncomfortable."

Pros: "My name is Yacouba, On the day of the flight I had to return a rental car in a city that I am not familiar with. Therefore, doing so took a little long than expected. I happened to miss the flight. At the checkin, instead of putting me on another flight, they told me that it was over that I had to rebook a new tickets to my own expense. I thought that was not fair enough from an airline."

Pros: "I have to admit that the seats were more comfortable than they looked. But I could not recline."
Cons: "The delays, several hours going to Atlanta and one hour coming back. It appears this is typical for Frontier. Also, $40.00 for the carry on. The deal I thought I had was not a deal. By the time I paid $80.00 round trip for two I could have taken a more convenient flight for the same money without paying for my carry on. I went with Frontier because I thought I was getting a deal. I felt nickled and dimed, pay for soft drinks??????? But the worse was the delays, with no explanation at all!"

Cons: "My flight was cancelled at the last minute forcing me to look for another flight and ending up buying a very, expensive, last minute ticket on United Airline. I could not accept the flight on December 31, 2015 due to many very important meetings. I hope that this will not happen again."

Cons: "My original flight from MIA to Las Vegas was cancelled 1-1/2 hours before takeoff. There was no reason provided by the CSRs. Their instructions on rebooking the flight were severely insufficient and led to much frustration. My 9 am flight had to rebooked to 5:20 pm. I spent all day at the airport and no reason whatsoever was provided. No meal vouchers were provided either. That was a terrible experience."

Cons: "After checking in the night before, we arrived at the gate only to be told the flight was overbooked. We watched for over 15 minutes, more than 10 people run to catch the flight with seconds to spare-only to be told we werent going to get the seats I booked a month in advance. We'll NEVER (almost) fly Frontier again. Only saving grace-a nice supervisor (Mandy) got us a refund plus some. Thank you Mandy."

Cons: "It just sucks! Lost the bags for our flight and 3 other flights before than us"

Pros: "The good thing about my experience traveling with Frontier was safety, I don't care about hours waiting to depart as long as technicians staff gives the great light to get on board. Last and not forgotten is a non stop flight so to me al the compliance end up within 4 to 5 hours .The flight crew was very kind with the passengers."
Cons: "Carry on prices wasn't expected at all, snacks are very limited, seats couldn't lean back. Had this experience by been delayed for 4 hours because technical problems and didn't have the nerve to apply a discount or refund on the trip . Some passengers were upset and concerned about connection flights."

Pros: "Price On time Good gate locations"
Cons: "Didn't know what would happen if I did' pay for my seat. Would I have a seat? This was the first time I flew with Frontier so I didn't know all the ins and outs."

Cons: "I was forced to gate check my mini skateboard, although it could easily and safely fit under my seat, and it wasn't there when I reached my final destination. While waiting at the gate check, the pilot informed me that it should be at the baggage claim. After waiting an hour for my checked bag, the skateboard never showed up. I spoke with baggage services and they tried calling the gate and no one would answer. I waited an extra hour and still no skateboard. Very poor service"

Cons: "Planes are like buses. Don't fit a 5-6 hours flight No WiFi No leg room even when I paid for better seat Plastic seats like a cheap bus from the 1980"

Cons: "The payment process is confusing. At boarding there were many passengers who didn't know there was a charge for a carryon so that slowed down the boarding for the rest of us. Then you get going only to find out you have to pay for a soda too. I detest the nickel and dining. Just charge me one flat rate and call it a day."

Pros: "This was our first time flying Frontier and we were very pleased. The flight staff was very accommodating, outgoing, friendly, and funny. We will fly Frontier again."
