Nice, friendly crew
Sold me headphones that were very poor quality. Couldn’t use them. No snacks provided on a very long flight-all was for sale. Drink was a bit more than half a cup
Flight cancelled due to weather, the workers made it seamless.
Had to tack on extra expenses for food while waiting for the next flight. Should have gotten some type of vouchers to cover meals at the very least during cancellations. That would be next level.
The flights were great, on time and no problems. I was very comfortable and the food was good. FLight attendents were great except one guy who was not friendly and needed a vacation or another job.
I had an episode of anxiety over very minor turbulence which I sometimes get and both ladies who happened to be on duty were very reassuring and sympathetic to me. I had my 6 year old daughter also on the plane who is not anxious at all, so I was able to speak to one of the staff in French so as not to transfer my anxiety to my daughter who doesn't understand French. This was great. Over half way through the flight they gave me some earphones and suggested I watch a movie. This helped so much.
The crew, as always, was warm, welcoming and very attentive from check-in to the plane. I also enjoyed the snacks that were served.
I was traveling with my 11 month old daughter and everyone went out of their way to assist us and I didn't feel like a burden to them. When she was sleeping on my lap during the flight they even brought me my meal in portions so I didn't have a huge tray to balance over my baby.
Everything was great
Staff was kind and courteous. Entertainment system had lots of video options.
Both flights were delayed. Needed to use own device to access in-flight entertainment. Charger was in packed bag and phone was low on juice so only got to watch for 15 minutes.
