Cons: "I didn’t appreciate them questioning me about the comfort dog when all the papers were right in front of the attendant. Also, I had called in several times to make sure I had everything I needed to the last min change in having to bring my dog with me. I was told over the phone that I could have up until I boarded but then got to the airport and was commented about it a few times by JetBlue associates. It is confusing and fairly stressful especially when I called in ahead of time to confirm I was ok."

I've had to purchase a new set of luggage AND will have to pay for them on my next 2 legs on Delta. I apologise for seeming so harsh as I know you've had so much trouble because of the tornadoes, but this leg of my trip cost me an additional $800.00 plus AUD and I was here in the US to care for my father who recently had a 2nd heart attack and my final days in USA were meant to be a holiday, and all I can say is the stress because these expenses have removed any enjoyment (I know I'm looking at this half empty, not half full). At boarding time passengers were informed if there was an issue with the plane and maintenance is on their way to check out the problem. 30 minutes later we were still till that maintenance is on their way. One hour later there is still no information as far as when the fight will leave but they kept updating the boarding time. There was only one person of the counter who could help re-assign passengers to different flights due to their layovers. After waiting in line for 40 minutes and the line making no movement I called the airline 1-800 hundred number and explain my situation to the American Airlines Airlines representative. they really give me a new flight that left 20 minutes later after my call if I did not call I would not mean it that flight nor any other fights that morning because they're all in the afternoon."

Switched to a flight to D.C. with a connection to get to LGA. As soon as we sat down on that flight an announcement was made that we wouldn't make our connecting flight. Got to D.C. and asked to switch to go into Westchester instead of LGA which we were denied. So changed to another connecting flight to LGA that didn't take off on time. Offered nothing for any of the inconveniences. Etc."

Was then told I had to leave the secure area of the airport, go back to the front to check my bag all within 30 minutes of boarding. when I returned thru the TSA checkpoint they were rude, obviously, but more importantly the flight was boarding early. So you could've 1. told me what the actual procedure is for checking my bag instead of telling me "just leave it by the green lit up check mark then 2. told me at the gate that not only do i need to go fix your mistakes for you but that youd also board my flight early thereby putting me in jeopardy of missing my flight. all i got was a very insincere apology when I complained up front and at the gate about the airline's screw up. i get that you're all human like me and make mistakes but the customer is always right. there was a time in this country when customer appreciation and service were important standards and qualities businesses thrived on. Don't know what happened to those days... Also i should not need to be a first class passenger to get a meal during a flight. whatever happened to meals for everyone? you (all airlines in the US) charge way too much money and provide poor service compared to pre-9-11 days. I dont see how one event can justify the loss in service but the increase in ticket price. you should all get back to what flying should be about: fun and time saving."

I can understand for extra legroom or exit row, but for a regular seat, that is ridiculous. Then there was a fee to change priority boarding, so I could ensure I was able to have my carry-on with me, instead of risk having it go underneath. Unable to use the entertainment, as I was unaware had to use my own device, which I had not set up in advance."

The clerk told me she will call me when she has the seat assignment/ boarding ticket but she never did and I had to go back up to ask for them when it was getting close to boarding time. Pros: "plenty of leg room and space"
Cons: "There were 3 delays and 3 gate changes ....very inconvenient Rude to dismissive employees (mostly Chicago o'hara)"

Pros: "I really like almost everything about flying with Lufthansa."
Cons: "Checking in and obtaining my boarding pass was a less than satisfying experience. Initially I could not check in until arrived at the airport because the first leg of my trip was Lufthansa through United? I tried to check in on BOTH United and lufthansa's website neither worked. I then spent about 45 minutes on the phone with a Lufthansa representitave just to find out I would be unable to check in until I arrived at the airport the next day. Once I checked in to the airport I could only get my seat for the first flight and was told I would have to get my subsequent seats while on layover. When I arrived at my layover, while trying to get my seat for the next flight I was told they were overbooked and I would have to wait 'over there' until they could figure out a place for me to sit. But when the attendant printed my ticket she was shocked to find out I had a seat, and angrily reported that 'I don't know how YOU got a seat, but you did. So go get in line for the flight!' That said, I did get in line, I did get fairly decent seats the whole trip, and all but one employee were overly helpful and nice. However it would have been far less stressful if I was just able to check in for the initial flight."

Pros: "Speed and ease of our return home."
Cons: "We got in SO early, there was no gate ready for us at Newark, so we had to stay on board at least 30 min. Also they didnt allow even 1 person waiting in queue for bathroom, so if you sat down you'd lose your place."

Cons: "LATE changed gates at last minute"

Cons: "Every flight I had was delayed at least an hour, and one of my flights was delayed 2.5 hours, which caused me to miss an important meeting. When I asked why it was taking so long, the United customer service representative was very short and somewhat rude. Not a great experience this time that's for sure."

Pros: "Absolutely nothing"
Cons: "Airplane was damaged and united wouldn't rebook us until the flight was officially cancelled hours later. Then United provided only one service person to address all of the passengers needs so we had to stand in line for a couple hours longer. Then they had no hotel rooms to put anybody up for the night that couldn't get a flight until the next day. Then they gave us a measly $10 food voucher. Then our luggage was mishandled has still has not shown up to my house. Then because of the change in flights I had to rearrange transportation home at 1130 pm that cost me an extra $125. A very miserable day because of United's lack of being proactive and poor decision making given the situation and circumstances."

Cons: "DIA is always nice and kayak was a great service and price."

Pros: "When I got on the plane"
Cons: "Late by more then an hour and I missed my connection home. I had to stay the night in Denver and miss a day of work. This cost me an extra day and about $1000 worth of missed revenue."

Pros: "The flight crew was friendly and I received a lot of updates on my flight infor before my flight"
Cons: "Although I received a lot of flight info about my delayed flight I wouldn't receive it sometimes until right before the time changes. Also we were boarded and still sat on the plane and waited for almost an hour before leaving the Tarmac and received no reason as to why we're still sitting until over 40 minutes of waiting. Also the bathroom water smelled bad and it felt extra small."

Cons: "The man in charge of seat assignments and boarding refused to talk to any of us who hadn't been assigned seats until everyone else had fully boarded the plane. He just told us "wait 20 minutes. No wait 30 minutes. Wait." While he did end up giving us seats, he was extremely unhelpful through the process as he wouldn't give us any information and had us wait in line from well before the boarding process until the end. Then on the plane, the air was so cold as to be truly uncomfortable. The flight attendant did try to warm it up though after multiple people requested, so she was quite nice."

Pros: "Fast getting my seat assignment. The guy at the gate counter was nice and courteous."
Cons: "TSA line was ridiculously long. Only one checkpoint open for the entire terminal."

Cons: "Delayed three times"

Pros: "Actually probably should have given 5 stars"
