This flight was straightforward and without difficulty. Service was OK, but I continue to be underwhelmed by level of attention given to Sky Priority passengers.

This was our second flight using the Delta One class of service. Overall, it’s a good product but for me the POD configuration is a bit constrictive. I am an average size male at 5’ 10” height weighing 190 lbs so it’s not a size thing for me. I’d rather have extra wide seats without the POD walls to be honest.

Perfect flight both ways. On time, courteous staff, plane comfortable and cool. Best domestic flights I’ve had in awhile.

I was uncomfortably cold on the plane. Other than that it was uneventful and therefore as enjoyable as a plane ride can be.

The flight was scheduled for 2:30 PM. Early in the morning we got a text message saying the flight was delayed and rescheduled for 3:00 PM. We got to the airport with that in mind. Then we got a message during check-in at the flight was rescheduled again for 2:30 PM. We almost missed our flight. In fact, our bags Were told that they would not make it. At the end, everything worked out. But it is very stressful.

Excellent check-in. Crew was good. Excellent communication from flight deck.

Great overall. There was a bit of turbulence so they could only serve water because too much turbulence for the carts. Was glad they prioritized safety though

Amazing flight! I have never noticed the uniforms of the attendants before in twenty years of flying except today when one female had the most amazing dress on. It was beautifully designed and showed she was in charge. I never dreamed I would google who designed Delta uniforms . The ultimate compliment is when another woman admires your outfit. . I hope your designer puts it on the market

I always fly Delta main cabin and pay to upgrade my seat to preferred/extra leg room. However this time even with the buying the upgraded seat I was extremely cramped with very little legroom and unable to move comfortably. For some reason meal service was very early in the flight and my row seemed to have been skipped. Most of my attendant calls were unanswered. I was unable to get extra water, or crackers/snacks to make up for my missed meal. I always carry protein bars in my personal bag, but with no extra legroom I wasn’t able to access from underseat in front of me. I am unable to sleep while flying so I read and count on in flight entertainment. However the passenger in front of me reclined their seat fully preventing me from being able to view the screen or be able to rest my book on tray table to read. One of the first times I’ve been completely disappointed in Delta. I fly internationally 2-3 times a year.

Crew were all friendly and helpful. It was a short flight so just a beverage service with a cookie. After we were boarded the plane took about 45 minutes to leave the gate but it was New Year’s Eve so not shocking there was some delay. Overall good experience and very grateful.

After the door had been closed, the cockpit makes an announcement that catering is running late and it is not the airline's fault. It is their fault in the sense that we had to sit for 2 hours or more when we could have stayed in the terminal. Poor communications between catering and airline. This caused a young man to lose his temper and he went storming out hitting objects. He had complained to the gate agent that he had already waited at the gate 7 hours and when can the airplane leave? Airilnes do a poor job of explaining delays, maintenance issues, etc. whereas being truthful may gain more sympathy or understanding.

The captain brought my 6 year old son into the cockpit and allowed him to ask questions, sit in the captain’s chair and talk about all the gears and levers. Made the trip very special for him.

I take this flight about 6-8 times per year. It is convenient and saves an hour or two by skipping PDX, SEA, PHX, or ORD (but it takes longer to get bags to the carousel than Alaska Airlines). I wish the food service were better (but they might cut back on it because it is a red-eye). The WifI seems to go down about an hour out of Anchorage, and then comes back about an hour later...so be warned if this is an issue for you.

Better service. No food options, but we did get drinks and a cookie.

Boarding was organized and timely. Food was mediocre, especially for first class travel.

We were 4+ hours delayed. AA is absolutely obnoxious. They just kept pushing back the time to the point where we did not get into Vegas until after midnight when we were supposed to arrive like 845pm.

My last flight on 25 Dec, it’s Christmas Day, everyone happy and very good mood. I really enjoy traveling with Americans Airlines from Miami to Minneapolis my home town after long flight from lhe to Doha then Miami. Thank you again to make my travels comfortable and relaxed. Best regards

The boarding process needs to be fixed. The zone don't work, especially when there is hardly anyone in zones 3, 4,and 5, leaving the majority of the passengers backed up in the aisle, especially because passengers seated near the front are blocking passengers who are seated in the rear of the plane. It would also help if the size of carry on bags was more strictly enforced.

WiFi didn’t work the entire flight. Very disappointing. Minimal food and options - sadly the state of current affairs. All other aspects of the flight were fine.
