Was forced to check in my small carry on, even though I informed the crew it has very fragile items inside
This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on in years. I upgraded to comfort and had such an uncomfortable experience. The person next to me was oversized - which I understand - however, they took up their space and mine. I could only use about 50% of my seat space to not be physically touching this person the entire flight and there was no spatial awareness. I also could not use the seat outlet because their body was obstructing it. It was very inconvenient. Their body kept touching me repeatedly during the flight and I felt very uncomfortable. To pay more for an upgraded space and then not even being able to use it was highly disappointing.
No wheel chair as requested at Atlanta arrival on first flight.
Only freetext wifi was available in flight; browsing WiFi required payment. Since the seats had no in flight entertainment, Delta should revisit this policy on this longer flight.
Only water, tea or coffee served midflight, even to comfort seating. Man next to me needed two seats and took up a portion of my seat and Delta did nothing.
Flight was suspended mid air for over 1 hour and it was late

First class and monitors weren’t working for mine & my husbands. Eventually fixed, but quite annoyed as we bought first class. Also, No foot rests.
Prior to takeoff, the pilot told us there was a possibility of not being able to land and going to Portland. Well that happened, we took off and then did 8 loops around Spokane before the pilot told us we ran out of fuel and had to go to Portland. So for a 35 minute flight we have now been on the plane for 3 hours (boarded at 6:50 am and landed in Portland at 10:30). Then, we just sat in Portland's airport with no updates of when we can start heading back. All of a sudden, our pilots and crew just left, leaving us stranded in a different city and state. We continued to sit in Portland until we finally got a new crew assigned and boarded the plane (This was from 10:30-2). We then sat on the plane for an additional hour before take off because they had to count us multiple times. We finally landed in Spokane at 3:55 PM. So a flight that should have taken at max an hour took us 10 hours and we missed the majority of the recruiting event we went for.
It was delayed but other than that it was great.
Plane outlets in my row not working to charge phone. Staff response was, well it should be. Plug into seed for volume not working well. Had to find the sweet spot for plug in or it would shut off and on.
I upgraded my seat and was promised it would be next to the emergency door for extra leg room and they said it was premium plus but it was at the back of the plane...same thing happened from Newark to Dubai
HORRIBLE, my initial flight was cancelled, they made me pay $200 extra dollars and that got cancelled as well! After 6 cancellations I decided to get a refund because I needed to get home to my babies. Out of $1000+ dollars they offered me only $40 in refund! Totally unacceptable! The flight that they cancelled I was able to fly it on another airline. I had to spend $400 on one way tickets just to get home! I’m still getting the runaround.
I wish there were outlets to charge my iPhone. The crew was great; we had a female pilot who was great with explaining what was happening and delays,
Great flight. On time boarding. Smooth flight and on time arrival at EWR. The flight crew was marvelous and there was a great selection of movies on the entertainment system. Our bags were at the carousel before we got there. Another excellent flight from United.
Very turbulent trip made it pretty bearable, plus the lack of refreshments served and the lack of any air conditioning before takeoff which took an hour or more.
They brought an empty plane to the gate. Then a flight delay was announced for maintenance and waiting on a part. I was then put on a flight to San Francisco instead with a connecting flight to my final destination. Arrived at my final destination 2 hours late.
Flight team stood out for perzonal attention, kindness at bright cheery attitudes at 8am. Very helpful.
Premium Plus is a really good idea for longer flights

The flight was on time/early, attentive crew, and everything overall went smoothly. Disappointed that WIFI was not working for the flight.
One day, I do so hope for a gluten free snack! Seems like with the rest of the world FINALLY figuring out what gluten free is, American Airlines would too. Fingers crossed!!
The flight was significantly delayed for 6.5 hours because of snow. There was no communication once the plane returned to the gate regarding when the flight would resume. Other flights were departing while our flight was being unloaded for reasons unknown. Our flight also seemed out of the queue regarding further deicing, refueling, and waiting to Taxi to the runway.
Flight was on time and the meal and service were good.
Flight was delayed for 2 hours, then last minute the change to on time. The satélite location is far and a nightmare to get to.
This was a horrible experience. I’ve experienced several delays at this point and still not home. I was supposed to be home by 8:30 last night and here I sit at 7 am on a plane STILL unable to go home because of American Airlines.
Generally good. Flight left on time and the seats are comfortable. Plenty of space in front if you in you choose a comfort plus seat, completely worth spending the extra money given the amount of hours the flight lasts. The food tastes good but I would say it’s a the amount is too little. The crew was friendly and efficient. There was a some turbulence at different points into the flight. American Airlines has good deals to NZ if you book with plenty of time before you plan on going.
the plane was so hot!! the air-conditioning was barely blowing. The flight was delayed, and we had to sit on the hot plane before take off for an extended amount of time, waiting on international passengers. Would not have been so bad if it was not so hot. They said it would get better after take off, but it did not.
They are always late and seats was also not having working charger
We flew in first class. The crew did not offer drinks before the flight took off, but they treated us well during the flight. The food was excellent. There was actually too much food served, but it was nice to have all the options.
Booked through Kayak for $236. They canceled the flight unknown to me; retaining $100 for canceling it. Found out when I went to check in. Rebooked the same flight for $400. Incredibly disappointed. The Sun Country part was as to be expected. Crowded, no food, no arm room but got me where I wanted to go.

Sat between 2 big men. I was uncomfortable. Flight was delayed twice. About 2 hours altogether.

I liked entertainment system being downloaded on my iPad. The selections were limited but I appreciated being able to use my own screen. The flight was just fine. My only issue was both terminals being far from the main airport. Especially stoning at LAX near midnight and having to wait for a bus to take us to baggage pickup. Very inconvenient.
Just fine but comfort is always an issue since the seats are so close
The Flight was fine, the staff treated me well, the flight got delayed over 5 1/2 hours for maintenance issues....but it worked out OK,, they were very apologetic about it, and it is better to not fly if there is any issue than endanger peoples lives, so in reality that was a good thing, It did cost me extra for parking because I went beyond the time I had purchased for parking at MSP. But all in all, Good flight
I did not take this flight because the reservation made by Kayak was wrong! Kayak owes me a trip from Minneapolis to Duluth.
When I got to the airport in Seattle, they told me the flight "did not exist". Kayak reserved me a seat on a flight that did not exist. This is inexcusable. I was able to change my reservation to a flight that actually did exist, but the flight was later and then I didn't make it in time for the next leg of my trip from Minneapolis to Duluth. Kayak owes me a trip from Minneapolis to Duluth, and a big apology for messing up my reservation.

Even though the plane was delayed from the previous airport, the staff recognized this and kept us informed. The flight crew was absolutely awesome from on my flight from Ft. Meyers to AC. Great experience all around!
didn't order food on board. there's no way to hold a water botton on the way. otherwise it was a pleasant flight, thanks to the crew.
Even though there was a delay the crew was exceptional.
Everything went well. The flight was slightly delayed however we landed on time.
The flight was on time, the crew is friendly, and the seat was nice and wide compared to some other airlines. (the KAYAK survey should allow for the response, not applicable, because I did not have any food or take advantage of the entertainment)
A Spirit agent caused me to miss my flight. The company has not responded for request of refund. Stay away from Spirit.

Sprit being a value airlines providing flights for less prices, does its basic job. Flight was on time and ride was comfortable. Its did take off and landed on time. Luggage took sometime to arrive at carousal but that could be Newark airport issue.
Worst every experience travelling with Family. So much delayed while going and returning both. All airlines were time except this. not sure Spirit operational issues. No recommend Spirit. It may spoil your entire trip. Rather spent extra $ and book better airlines.
