The crew was wonderful - professional, thoughtful, and lively!
The seats were so squished that it was difficult to get comfortable, especially on an overnight flight. Alas, this is now true of all air travel.
Check in and boarding went very smoothly. The crew was very attentive. They came through the cabin several times with the drink cart. And after dinner was served, gave everyone a bottle of water. Good choice of movies, food was good and the light breakfast was actually very filling. Excellent croissants. Overall great flight.

A bit chilly
Crew was friendly and responsive. Gate crew kept passengers informed of the delays. Flight itself was ok.
Flight ETD was 8:25 but plane developed a mechanical problem. After about 20 minutes waiting for maintenance the Captain decided to go back to the gate for fuel and repairs. After maintenance came on board the decision was made to deplane. Finally, a plane from Chicago was scheduled to take us to San Diego. After boarding at about 12:30, it was discovered that catering never loaded food. We waited for over an hour for food to be delivered. At close to 2pm the Captain, who kept us aware of what was going on, asked us if we would agree to leave without a full delivery of food, and all agreed. So by 2pm we were finally enroute to San Diego but having a seat in the back meant we only got to eat what was left, which for me, was a small cheese pack.
Good selection of films as usual.
I had to put up with *loud* banter from 2 flight attendants at the back of the plane throughout the entire flight, which was freakin' annoying to say the least. I'm NOT interested which pilot or male attendant you find cute or want to make out with. You also really shouldn't laugh at passengers' faces after telling them to resume their seat to the upright position. A real shame since their performance "on the floor" was perfect.
They didn't served me food
Not much. Flight was pleasant and smooth.
They called us for boarding before anyone was at the gate and we all had to wait on a stairwell until they opened. It made no sense and seemed dangerous to have so many people waiting on the stairs. Nothing was served on an hour flight, not even water unless you paid for it. Never encountered that before on any other airlines.

When we arrived in Toronto they sent us to customs even though we didn’t need to go and we missed our connecting flight through Brussels them had to rebook with terrible seats to London now we are almost a day behind schedule...
Worst business class seats. Regular seats with no one in the middle seat.

Entertainment. GoGo did not want to work for me at 1 he before arrival.
Give me a coupon for food before takeoff or on arrival. Skip the CupofNoodles. After Japan and Shanghai, cup of noodles seem really in bad taste.

Long flight, bathrooms start to look ugly. Incoming plane landed way out on the tarmac, obligating passengers to be all packed into shuttle bus which took a long time to get to terminal.

Since I'm in a wheelchair the folks were ready at the gate to assist me with the aisle chair. Once on board, the crew informed me of an aisle chair in the plane so during the flight I can use the bathroom. This was my first time using the plane washroom. Food was great.
I can't get same helpful crew for Intl flights.
British airways new I'l be late , they could send someone to pick me up from the security point, so I could have been on time.
Bob, the flight attendant, was funny and attentive.
Wheelchair tag came off and lady at gate was not helpful.
Finnair used to be a good airline but it has deteriorated significantly. The flights are expensive but uncomfortable. The airline uses every opportunity to save money and charges through the nose for everything. The morale of the crew is low.

Could take the flight, your website did not advise that my passport required a Schengen VISA just to transition to my Final destination. Then My reservation was cancelled by FINNAIR
Finnair had the worst leg room I've ever had in 50 years of traveling. It was so TIGHT that my knees were pressing up agains the seat in front of me the whole 8 hours of flight, even though I am only 5'7"! I felt really sorry for those passengers who were taller. Finnair also lost my checked in bag and delivered it 36 hours later without providing any compensation. Coming back the flight was delayed due to mechanical reasons, which caused a number of passengers miss connecting flights. This is one of the things that can happen to any airline, but only Finnair failed to provide an agent to take care of the passengers who missed their flights. So, after a 2 hour delay and 7 hours of traveling in the air, the stranded passengers had to find an agent in JFK who would rebook their flights. One of the worst traveling experiences. Will never travel Finnair again!
Paid economy comfort and did not allowed me to board on group 2 as advertised, eorst entertainment system i’ve seen in a long time, aparently the experience is totally different if you fly A350, Jfk-HEL fly the A330

Landed in Canada to let off a "sick" passenger, sat there for hours and after the pilot made countless excuses, including needing to refuel, needing a new route, and needing to de-ice the plane, he finally announced that we're headed all the way back to Newark for some unknown reason. Worst flight ever. Couldn't be any less happy. F*** this airline. Will never use again. Ruined my vacation, thanks a lot.

All the food were terribly salty, inedible because the beef was hard like rock, I was unable to eat or chew. The sauce was salty and terrible so threw them away. In general, the food were inedible and poorly prepared that means they were not considerate and discreet about cooking, selecting material,too. The airline only pick the terribly cheap meat to scam and mistreat the passengers. I felt I was ripped off and sadden.

The plane delayed a couple hours. The plane was sooooo old, noisy should be retired.
No carry-on charge, free beverages, in flight entertainment, great movie selections
Took an hour to de-ice. The snow was forecasted. I understand it's the airport operations, not airline, but there should be a better way.
Took a red eye, so slept most of the way. Crew was super chill and let me sleep the whole way. Minor turbulence, but the captain made announcements and made sure everyone felt at ease. Quick to unload passengers once we arrived at the gate. Didn't use the in-flight entertainment but there was a cool and updated map feature that was much better and more high-tech than previous AC flights I have taken. Also enjoyed how the cabin door separated economy from business class, so we didn't have to wait for the entire front of the plane to unload from the same door.
Baggage claim took FOREVER. Air Canada needs to work on this. Waited over 1 hour.

New aircraft was late arriving from toronto as usual and the toilet was busted meaning 25 people had to be shed from the flight to allow it to leave and we were then delayed and hour as baggage was transferred to another aircraft. Not AC's best performance.
They changed planes and the seats I paid for at reservation were different on the new plane. No warning!!

Cramped seating. Flight attendants hardly seen (they are busy trying to sell stuff). Not a glass of water, if you get thirsty it's 3 euros for a small bottle. You get what you pay for...

I had problems checking in online and never could assign seats.. had to wait to check in at the booth and got random seats so my husband and I got seperated seats..

Had to hop to a couple different counters because no one knew who air Brussels subsidiary was at the cincinatti airport. I didn’t think to check ahead so also on me for poor planning.
I wish service could be a bit faster. Due to turbulence our second meal could not be served at all. Not sure why the passengers were not served as they were seated. Some passengers were served, some didn’t get served at all. It was a long journey coming from Boston. Imagine arriving home after 1 am without any food.
Excellent boarding experience. Very good food, overall a very comfortable journey.
