Flight delayed about 2 hrs so it made it a VERY late night

MSP to Atlanta was much better than Atlanta to St. Kitts. Paid $180 each for myself and wife for Delta comfort from Atlanta to St. Kitts. Seats were more narrow and obviously old and worn out. Tailbone is killing me. Seat would not recline. Seats behind reclined and we were not an exit row or in front of an exit row. Entertainment did not work in that the movie jumped forward and back and there was no audio. The plug in the arm rest was loose. Flight attendant tried “resetting” the video for my seat but no good. She never checked back. Someone else near me had the same issue. Touch screen was unresponsive. No where near as comfortable as MSP to Atlanta flight. 3 plus hrs. flight time without the basic amenities and not even remotely close to comfortable but paid for Comfort plus. I will be very disappointed if I have the same on my return “Comfort Plus” flight St. Kitts to Atlanta. At the very least my wife and I should be refunded for round trip “Comfort Plus” charges. The seats are too hard for long flights but otherwise- the process was smooth, the staff attentive, and there was to keep you occupied during the journey if needed.

The flight with Delta was good and I recommend this company.

I like using the Delta app to keep informed, boarding was smooth, and flight attendants were awesome and on top of everything, good communication from pilots.

Flight was on time and in fact arrived early. Seating was as comfortable as you can get in coach. Adequate leg room. Good entertainment system and offerings. Food was good. Flight staff was very good and accommodating.

Crew members were friendly and attentive, and the flight was very smooth, but I think I was bumped into about a dozen times between crew and passengers. No sleep was difficult, though I’d take a restless flight as long it was smooth anytime.

Airline stewardess service is good. The check-in attendant had a bad attitude and was unprofessional. We did not complete the trip as originally planned. Very dissatisfied☹️ We didn't get on this flight

Could not hear any of the announcements. The speakers seemed out of service. I wish the entertainment system would allow me to watch on my own iPad than the airplane ‘s old display.

The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

Overall a good experience. We were disappointed when we had to check our carry on due to the plane being full. KLM hadn’t notified us and we had valuable items in the carry on but they still made us check it. Some of the food was great and some was mediocre. Crew is really kind and funny.

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

The plane was clean and the staff was friendly. Food and drinks as expected on international flights. The entertainment system was old style, with a pullout controller, and selections not as extensive as on other flights.

The boarding was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The fault lays on Ohare Airport and not so much the airline. The waiting area by the gate was the size to accommodate a regional flight for 20-30 people and right next to a busy walkway. When you cramped nearly 300 passengers into that space is was unbearable.

All and all pretty good. It’s crowded but that is what flying is all about. But no complaints otherwise.

Our original business class flight was cancelled so we not only downgraded but we were also spread out across the plane not sitting together in separate middle seats. My poor kids were scared and couldn’t see me on the flight and the crew wasn’t sensitive to the situation and what the airlines did to us. Very dissatisfied with United airlines.

Crew were fine, drinks and snacks were as well but we were delayed for around 2 hrs which made our entry into Mexico delayed as well with the influx of arrivals at the same time. Sort of wasted our first day of vacation. We left Pittsburgh at 630am and did not arrive in Mexico until late dinner time.

The ride was good but no food ot entertainment hence, it was just over an hour flight.

There was a group of school age passengers that were very loud and unruly with their chaperones were no where to be found.

Boarding was unorganized. They expected passengers to ask people to move their assigned seat they paid for in order to sit together. The seats even in comfort are smaller than other airlines and the flight attendants appeared not to be well prepared

The WiFi didn’t work and the seats are too close together. Very uncomfortable.

I was told we'd have a hot breakfast option in first class, so I chose not get a hot breakfast. It was a very strange meal, but the fresh fruit was very good quality. Service was excellent from ORD to ELP. No service from MBS to ORD, not even water. However, when flying American from FNT to ORD, which is a shorter flight, they at least pass out snacks and offer water.

I had written all my complaints on my trip from Grand Junction to Denver so I will repeat it here! I was absolutely appalled that I had to pay for a regular seat that I choose 24 hrs before boarding! Also I checked my large bag which I had to pay for as well, and by the time I boarded all the room in the bins were gone so also had to check that one. I noticed people pulling out oversized suitcases, bigger than the measurements stated for carry on, and also large pack packs stuffed full! So these people were taking up 2 or 3 spaces that the rest of us should have been able to use but couldn’t! NoTV on the flight! Thankfully I had downloaded the United Airlines app and was able to watch movies on my phone. Don’t remember the last time I flew in a plane with no movie screens!

I was appalled to have to pay for just a regular seat when I went to book 24 hrs before my flight! Because it was only an hour flight I didn’t choose a seat from Grand Junction to Denver, but I did for Toronto and had to pay just to choose a regular available seat! In my 60+ years of flying this was the first time I have heard of this. Also, allowing people to bring on “huge “ suitcases, not carry on size, but much bigger, and then a large pack pack stuffed. So they take up all the room in the overhead bins and if we are later boarding, there is no room so we have to check our small carry on. I have already paid for and checked in one bag! I certainly will not choose to fly with United again unless it is the “only” airline available!

Easy boarding, roomy seats, plenty of good food, very helpful snd friendly staff. Very smooth flight! Only thing that could have been better was to have cranberry juice. Women like this as it helps avoid UTI’s and not as sweet as other juices.

The crew was friendly, the seats are too small. Air travel is barely tolerable anymore.

The flight was very uncomfortable and there was no snacks served for the 13 hours international flight. In addition, the flight was delayed 3 hours

Due to a strike taking place with the airline, it negatively impacted my flight in multiple ways. My flight was delayed over 2 hours and the food served was mediocre at best.

Cabin crew were great. Seats are criminal for tall people

Flight was delayed 1.5 hrs due to problem with a previous flight to mine; I was informed appropriately via Text & Email, however, website did not keep up with messages sent by nearly an hour. When checking-in warm & friendly reception at check-in desk until female Air Canada Rep noticed my flight number and instantly pivoted to a condescending & sarcastic comments about getting my bag checked in since I’m running so late; then tone instantly changed again few minutes later when she muttered, “Oh, they’ve delayed it” another sign systems & worse front line staff, not fully informed or simply not reading their flight status updates. Flight crew were very friendly & did a great job trying to make up lost time due to the delay.

Check-in very easy and smooth. Plane and crew were nice. Seat open next to me created more space. Food was fair but plentiful. Lots of movies and I was able to sleep some on the way to Munich. Very tight connection, about an hour. Fast through passport control and a bit of a walk to last G terminal gate but I made my connection to Palma. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it. It is now almost 24 hours since I anded and still NO luggage. I know it landed last night on another flight. Local delivery should be today to my hotel in Palma but nothing yet. I asked about the tight connection when I checked in and was assured they would get my luggage to the connecting flight. Very disappointing it missed my flight but more disappointing that it has taken so long to arrive. Failure on the airlines and service to get my luggage to date.

I wish the flight attendant was a little bit kinder

The food wasn’t great and it would be nice if the airlines showed documentaries about the countries we are flying into.

Disappointed everytime. The app doesn't load the boarding passes. They have lots of agent that seem to be busy doing nothing with a long line waiting to get paper boarding passes. Food choices are poor. Entertainment is less than entertaining.

Horrible experience. Nothing to give to kids to keep them entertained.

I think I have bruises on my kneecaps. Do the seats have to be so close together these days? And if they are so close they really shouldn’t recline. I think when the gentleman in front of me reclined, the back of his head was on my chin. That being said the crew were always caring and polite, and the flight was on time and very safe. So I’m grateful for that.

I always try to book flights that don’t charge for baggage. Yet I was charged $75 for this flight.

Trouble keeps changing the time and I was booked different flight without knowing it was bad experience

I dropped my wallet under my seat on this flight with all of my money and credit card. I requested to be able to go back and retrieve it but Lufthansa denied my request. I went to the Customer Services and they called Lost and Found but I was told nothing found would be turned in until around 12:00pm. My next flight was leaving so I was unable to check to see if my wallet was turned in. I will never fly with Lufthansa again.
