I heard names being called while we waited for our plane, but ours was never called. It wasn't till we boarded that bells started going off & our seating was changed. I spent 8 1/2 hours in pain!"

Cons: "I completely offended by the attitude of one of the flight attendants. As I am disabled, I choose the restroom that is closest to me for my use. I was seated in row 5, just behind First Class. In fact, I tried to upgrade to First Class when I checked in, but it was full. So when the seatbelt sign went off, I went through 1st Class to the restroom by the cockpit. I didn't take my cane. I have neuropathy in my feet and legs up to my hips, and given that I can easily lose my balance, I am much safer on airplanes when I hold onto the seats as I pass by. As it happens, the restroom was occupied and I had to stand in the area at the front of the plane that the flight attendants typically occupy. The snippy attendant saw me standing there and immediately walked in front of me to get her microphone and loudly announced to the entire airplane that NO ONE was allowed to use that restroom except First Class and people who arrived by wheelchair. I arrived by wheelchair. I have some real ethical issues with her behavior. First of all, I was embarrassed by her remarks. Secondly, one bathroom for 12 people and one bathroom for the 100-200 others that were on that flight is unconscionable!!!!!!!!!!!! There are two things that in my humble opinion can never be denied any human being are water under any circumstances and the right to a speedy and safe trip to the bathroom. I was deeply offended by her remarks and by her timing in giving the remarks. I told her that I had arrived by wheelchair, and would be leaving by one as I am disabled. She shined me on. Her behavior was rude and uncalled for. I will never fly Sun Country again, and she is the reason. Additionally, I will not fly with a company who operates under such an unethical agenda. Everyone has the right to a speedy trip to the bathroom. The plane was loaded with elderly "Snow Birds." The elderly are notorious for having special bathroom needs whether or not they are in first class or arrived by wheelchair. I think this airline is blatantly discriminatory."

I am just annoyed. Also I didn't know that I would fly American as it's through Alaska originally, maybe that was my lack of attention to detail. The carry on situation is what irritated me the most. Was he a prison guard in his previous job? On the way to Newark, I had an aisle seat. One of the stewardesses blazed by me with a cart ramming it into my shoulder without so much as a, "sorry." I'm not a big woman but maybe as I dozed off I leaned over a bit...There is no way she didn't feel her cart hit me. Rudeness, it seems is a part of the culture at United because the flight attendants coming back squeezed past the long line for the bathroom without saying, "excuse me." They did however, say, "I need to get by," and one of them brushed by the gentlemen sitting next to me and bumped his laptop and coffee. Overall it seems that the crew working these particular United flights have forgotten that we pay hard earned money to fly. Some of us are going on vacation, to see loved ones, and some are flying to deal with unpleasant circumstances. The staff may fly several times a day, but most passengers do not. There's a lot of prep and anxiety, that goes into taking a flight and a surly flight crew multiplies that anxiety. No one wants to fly with a crew that hates their job."

Pros: "Lufthansa offered complimentary food on their three legs of my journey. Even the two hour flight Munich/ Malta. But United offers nothing. And the seats are way too narrow."

I tend to only fly United when I have no other options. This experience was exactly what I expected from the airline. However, I was traveling with my mother this trip and wish I would've spent the money to fly a different airline."

Cons: "Longest security line I've ever seen. I almost missed my flight though I was 3 hours early. Weird set up at departures. At gate warned flight overbookedso we were all stressed we may not even get seat though mine was booked months in advance. I was in zone 4 and they only allowed zones 1-3 to stow carry on items that we had to already lug around the airport for hours. I was forced to check my regulation sized bag in the passageway to the plane as well as everyone else in my zone. Economy seat especially tiny and cramped. Unpleasant flight attendents."

Then there was a delay in boarding, no entertainment on board unless you buy wifi or previously downloaded the united app to watch selected shows on your mobile device! Appalling to say the least! Whatever happened to the days when you get on an airplane and food and entertainment was a part of your ticket price! Another thing that bothered me was the fact that I had to pay $25 for my suitcase! Really United! Am I not allowed one piece of luggage? I don't like carry my bags around with me so now I have to pay to check it! Shouldn't that be the other way around! Charge for carry on luggage, it's such a hassle and also slows down boarding time, cases congestion in the hallway with everyone reaching for their luggage in the overhead bins! I can keep going, but what good is it gonna do. United airlines suck!"

Showed up an hour early as I always do at Eugene airport, only to have the gate shut in my face...we'd missed the flight. I then proceeded to get in my car and drive three hours to catch a connecting flight to Phoenix through traffic etc etc....only to arrive in Phoenix 6 hours later than expected. All of my evening business meetings, lost. Thanks United, you always seem to find a new way to screw it up."

Got on the plane an hour late, sat on the plane for over an hour, had to get off the plane and wait in the terminal for 2 hours therefore missed my connecting flight and have not arrived at my final destination. There was nothing offered for the trouble or inconenience (snacks, drinks, etc.). I had to miss an important meeting and never want to fly Frontier again."

Then when I communicated that I absolutely had to get to Denver that evening because I play professional sports & had a game the following morning & cannot wait until their next available flight, they could not come up with another solution & refused to help me board another plane later"

And could you get any meaner flight attendants. The poor guy next to me seat didn't work and she practically bounced him off the plane cause he couldn't get his seat back in an upright position. what we thought was a great ticket price ended up being more than Delta!"

Cons: "Frontier charges for both carry-on and checked baggage and it is a little less to check a bag. Unfortunately, there is only one ticket window to check said bag at our airport. It also only open 2 hours prior to take-off. If you get there early, you have to wait to check in. Because many people get to the airport early, even two hours early the line is crazy."
