Cons: "CRJ200 planes are always a bit cramped, and having to gate check anything bigger than a small purse is an inconvenience. Hopefully the fleet will change over to the Embrair planes soon. Beware 'Basic' flyers (cheap tickets): you are not eligible to take an earlier flight even if available."
Pros: "individual TVs"
Cons: "it would be great if you could not use all those one-use plastic cups. waste is a real issue in the US and the solution is using re-usable items like washable cups. Unboarding was a nightmare and it started to get really hot waiting to get off."
Pros: "Food was excellent. I had the pasta. Loved watching movies."
Pros: "The crew was very friendly. Boarding was quick."
Cons: "Seat size in Comfort+ was still cramped. The person sitting next to me(in the middle was a fairly large (height not weight) and his arms and shoulders were pretty much flowing into my seat( I sat by the window). Leg room of course was fine. Very cold draft coming from the airplane(window?)"

Cons: "No email was sent to me inviting me to check in. Sun country site was down on 9/10 and 9/11, so I could not checkin online."

Pros: "In flight entertainment options. new, clean aircraft."
Cons: "Seat comfort. All the money spent on aircraft amenities, technology, storage, etc. Why not more comfortable seats?"
Pros: "Really fast boarding was great. Good selection of snacks but at a cost."
Cons: "Some cushion on the seats. It was like sitting on a board."
Pros: "Everything about the flight was great"
Cons: "The armrests are loose as can be. Millennial parents let their stupid kids lift and slam them non stop. For an airline that is catering to parents with small children, I would rectify this or loose every other customer."
Pros: "Flight was on time, got my seat assignment on arrival and scored an exit row seat. Perfect choice for a "shuttle" flight from COS to PHX."
Cons: "I was a passenger on a Frontier flight from DIA to TMA on 5/13/2018. My luggage was checked and a tag indicating the bag was to go all the way to the final destination (there was a stop in St. Paul, Minnesota) was securely placed on the suitcase. However when I arrived at the Trenton airport my bag did not. There were no Frontier airlines agents on duty so I filled out a form given to me by one of the airport staff. When I checked the Frontier website today it said to fill out a Frontier Lost and Found report. Upon doing so I received an email saying finding a lost bag could take weeks and that after a month they consider the bag permanently lost. No offer or process was provided for compensation for lost bag or the items within. This is unacceptable! I had prescription medication in my bag that's not easily refilled."
Cons: "I didn't like having priceline involved in my purchase. I did not care to use priceline, as I didn't get to pick my seat at purchase, or pay for my checked bag. The price went up when I went back to pick my seat and pay for baggage. Therefore I will not be using kayak again."
Pros: "Plane was clean and looked fairly new. Seemed to be more leg room than usual"
Cons: "Can they give you a soda on a 3+ hour flight? Terrible to have to pay for a non-alcoholic drink"
Pros: "Quick boarding, and fair service"
Cons: "Nothing super fantastic to say, but also no real complaints!"
Cons: "I can't believe you have to pay $40 for carryon!!!"
Cons: "First of all I had to deplane because of sewer issues that took several hours to fix. Caused issues with my rental car. Then a $45 bag fee each way on a 2 hour flight that cost $160. That's freaking ridiculous. They say it's a value to fly frontier when it is a complete rip off plus they wanted to charge for coke. Complete joke. Total dillataunts"
Pros: "The flight attendants were very nice and comforting, as this was my first time ever flying and I was terrified."
Cons: "The boarding staff were rude! There was absolutely no form of entertainment. The seats were uncomfortable online said they recline for comfort however I couldn't find anywhere to get them to recline."
Pros: "We got to our destination"
Cons: "Deal with broken toilet BEFORE you board us. Attendants that can actually smile would be pleasant. Replace the park benches for actual airline seats."
Cons: "16A window wall was dirty with unknown brown substance, flight departure was late as defrosting took forever, seats very uncomfortable"
Pros: "The spacious exit row seating."
Cons: "One of our checked bags didn’t arrive with us. We paid for the checked bag and now have to go replace items that are needed for an event tonight. It is a hassle but spirit says they will reimburse us for the items we purchase to replace our lost belongings."
Cons: "Flight Cancelled! Next flight 4 days out! Charged 55.00 for a carry-on, turns out that fee is one way. I guess no one plans on bringing their luggage back home with them?"
Pros: "The flight was affordable and got us from home to vacation."
Cons: "The space between seats."
Pros: "Flight from MSP to PHX was delayed an hour, which messed up our transportation down there. Minimal word was given, at time of boarding they then delayed 30 min, then when that time expired they added another 30. VERY UNORGINIZED, and unprofessional. Terrible service, terrible airline, don't be tricked by 5% cheaper fairs... they suck!"
Cons: "They canceled our flight home from PHX to MSP, they blamed weather in DFW, which is bull, there were many other airlines flying out of DFW that morning. Because they blamed weather, there was no compensation for screwed up schedules. The next available flight was 2.5 DAYS later!! no other options, it was ridiculous... they were no help to get rebooked on another airline, or even driving to another airport... horrible all around. We ended up driving to Mesa Gateway, flying Alegiant Air to Fargo, renting a car, driving 5.5 hours back to MSP to get our car, then 2.5 hours home again. But it's all good, Spirit refunded that leg of our fare... $220... we spent over $750 to get home by 1am, when we should have been there by early afternoon. DONT EVER FLY SPIRIT - THEY'RE THE WORST..."
Cons: "They canceled my flight after no delays and did nothing to reconcile the fact I had to pay for a whole new flight on delta. Awful service. This is the first and last time I’ll ever fly with them."
Cons: "The seats are SO uncomfortable and you barely have room to move aroud. Got me from point A to point B, though. No, delays."
Pros: "The shining spot of this flight was the witty flight attendant who cracked jokes during the preflight safety announcements. It got the whole cabin laughing."
Cons: "To start the flight was overbooked and they needed several volunteers to stay behind for an alternate flight and there were many passengers upset with this. After we finally boarded we were already 30 minutes late, then sat at the gate another 20 minutes before being pushed back. We then sat in line almost 1 1/2 hours for our turn for deicing and it looked like several other flights got to jump in front of us. After that was done there was a malfunction with some navigation equipment and we had to restart the plane. This did not solve the problem so we had to go back to the gate for a technician to come look at it. We sat there another hour until the problem was resolved. We then had to go through deicing again and finally got to take off over 3 hours late. We should have already landed in our destination by the time we finally took off. At least the captain decided to let us all have complimentary snacks and drinks (which normally don’t come with the flight) because of the long delay. While the flight was less expensive than others, the expensive checked bag fees ($52 each) almost negates the savings compared to other airlines. I’m not sure I will fly this airline again."
Pros: "The gate crew at MSP went way out of the way to help me on information about Spirit and also helped me set up my Spirit app on my iPhone. I was very appreciative of that !!!!"
