Cons: "The security check line was about a mile long at the Terminal 1, but that's not the airline's fault."
Cons: "Once we landed, we waited on the tarmac for good 20 minutes because something (I didn't understand what) was blocking the gate."
Pros: "The flight was on time, cabin crew looked nice and professional, AA stuff at the airport of departure was very helpful with complicated check-in procedure."

Cons: "I do not like that you have to pay to choose a decent seat. Our flight was slightly delayed in boarding, and was not communicated."
Pros: "In flight entertainment options. new, clean aircraft."
Cons: "Seat comfort. All the money spent on aircraft amenities, technology, storage, etc. Why not more comfortable seats?"
Pros: "It was nice that I had a seat empty next to me, allowing for extra room. Flight was a little early in landing in Dallas, allowing for extra time for a short layover to find my terminal and gate for my next flight."
Cons: "All was good."
Pros: "Quick board and exit, fast check-in"
Cons: "Wi-Fi onboard free for all T Mobile customers, cramped seat room for a smaller adult even"
Pros: "Assigned seating, snacks, touch screen media feature."
Cons: "Staff could have been more friendly."
Pros: "The food, in flight entertainment and attention to detail by the Flight Attendants was very good."
Cons: "The personnel handling the front desk at check in gave myself and others bad information about how to check a bag. Which resulted in me being called to the desk at the gate about 30 minutes prior to boarding and being told I screwed up checking my bag when I was just following the instructions given to me. Was then told I had to leave the secure area of the airport, go back to the front to check my bag all within 30 minutes of boarding. when I returned thru the TSA checkpoint they were rude, obviously, but more importantly the flight was boarding early. So you could've 1. told me what the actual procedure is for checking my bag instead of telling me "just leave it by the green lit up check mark then 2. told me at the gate that not only do i need to go fix your mistakes for you but that youd also board my flight early thereby putting me in jeopardy of missing my flight. all i got was a very insincere apology when I complained up front and at the gate about the airline's screw up. i get that you're all human like me and make mistakes but the customer is always right. there was a time in this country when customer appreciation and service were important standards and qualities businesses thrived on. Don't know what happened to those days... Also i should not need to be a first class passenger to get a meal during a flight. whatever happened to meals for everyone? you (all airlines in the US) charge way too much money and provide poor service compared to pre-9-11 days. I dont see how one event can justify the loss in service but the increase in ticket price. you should all get back to what flying should be about: fun and time saving."
Cons: "Think it is ridiculous that I had to pay so much to select a seat ahead of time, and it was just a regular seat. I can understand for extra legroom or exit row, but for a regular seat, that is ridiculous. Then there was a fee to change priority boarding, so I could ensure I was able to have my carry-on with me, instead of risk having it go underneath. Unable to use the entertainment, as I was unaware had to use my own device, which I had not set up in advance."
Pros: "I liked the fact I eventually ended up in Dallas - that's about the only thing I liked about this flight."
Cons: "Inconsistent service - some customers got cans, some got just a cup with a lot of ice and drink. FAs were uninterested when the drink I wanted was not available. Flight was delayed by a maintenance issue. Overall, a terrible experience."
Pros: "The staff tried to help as much as possible."
Cons: "I called American Airlines as ssoon as I book my trip to set up and make sure my small dog could fly with me. They neglected to inform me their partner, jetstar, does not fly animals. My luggage did not arrive with me. Both of my suitcases were mangled and broken. Items in my suitcases were shattered and crushed even though they were well packed and protected. We got stuck on the terminal in MSP and missed our connecting flight. When we finally arrived the systems were down and could not get new flights or hotels. We were told we could not get hotels and had to argue for an hour. Even though it was a maintenance issue. I arrived a day late and had to take extra leave. The plane from LAX to Tokyo was horrific. I booked a window seat, was stuck in the very middle. There was no way to charge outlets devices. The screen did not work. And my new luggage was also damaged with even more items destroyed."
Cons: "They didn't give my parents who are in their 80s seats together, that's not right."
Pros: "Friendly and prompt service."
Cons: "The wheel chair assistance that was requested for the passenger was not provided in Dallas and London."
Pros: "Tv in front of every seat, how far the seats reclined."
Pros: "On time."
Pros: "I was in a regular seat, but had more leg room than other airlines I've flown recently. I always put my bacpack and purse under the seat in front of me. On JetBlue and Frontier, I have to pull out the back pack during the flight to stretch my legs out, but not on either of these flights. This survey rates entertainment, but there was none. For me that's a great thing (I bring my own), so None gets the 5-star rating for my purposes. Uneventful flights--on time even with a short delay taking off out of MSP."
Pros: "Organized gate"
Cons: "Information on delay boarding"
Cons: "When I sat down I found a opened package of cookies which is provided on plan. Tray table had a lot of cookie crumbles too."

Cons: "No snacks!"
Cons: "Being stuck in plane on tarmac was horrifying. Knowing I was going to miss my connection and that I couldn't do anything was awful. May never use United Airlines again."
Pros: "Always raved about my experience. This time was not impressed. The people who initially took our bags were great, there after... not good."
Cons: "Arrived at 0750, ahead of schedule and waited until 0915 to get off the plane due to an error with the gate and then a malfunction of equipment. Now waiting for our baggage for 40 min. still nothing. Disappointing start to an already short vacay."
Pros: "I liked the savory snack mix."
Pros: "Private screening and movies available."
Cons: "No drink was offered due to descent sooner than planned. Very rough turbulance during descent."
Cons: "They lost my bag"
Pros: "$155 roundtrip cost with limitations described before purchasing tickets. It would be much better to at least be able to take a backpack as a carry-on, but all costs were included in the price except luggage and that was reasonable at $25/bag."

Pros: "On time Friendly staffs"
Pros: "Staff and easy boarding"
Pros: "I didn't like anything from united."
Cons: "I really didn't like how the agent by gate presented herself. She was rude and disrespectful. She wouldn't let me get hold of my son who was flying with frontier to Denver get my book. Than frontier charged my son $45 for a small bag. This is sad"

Pros: "On time, no delays."
Cons: "Delays on delays"

Cons: "I have taken this fight many times. This was the first time there was not a drink Service available. Approximately 10 people had to get off the plane so five people to check their bag"
Pros: "Plane to small for a long trip late arriving in MSP, had a 2 hour layover in LA for next flt most of that was used up waiting for plane to arrive in MSP. When we finally arrived in LA had 25 minutes to get to next flt to SFO. We had to sit out on the taxi way for 10+ minutes because there were no gates available. When one did open up it was another 10 min drive from the taxi way to the gate. By the time we got off this flt had to sprint thru LAX to get to next flt."
Cons: "2hr late leaving ord. 2hr late leaving msp. Airline change because of depart time in msp from united to American meaning we had to go from term1 to term 3 at ord in 20 min 21/2 hrs getting home. All delays due to mechanical problems. United needs to get their act together Our last trip with them,if at all possible."
Cons: "Would like atleast 1 or 2 options free on the tv"
Cons: "milk products in the snack bag, gross."
Cons: "Landing at dulles - we had to deplane from the outside. Would be nice to have it connected so we walk from plane to covered ramp inside to airport. Didn't serve a snack and they usually do."
Cons: "Cost too much."
Pros: "The flights were wonderful. Boarding process went smoothly."
Cons: "I'm 6'tall...NOT that tall and felt cramped the entire time."

Cons: "They make you check your standard crayon bag because it "looks" too big. Even after putting in the size bin they have."
Pros: "friendly staff"
Cons: "first class seats not comfy. No wi-fi on the entire outbound. I had paid $149 to upgrade to first class. With no movies, no wi-fi, and being a vegetarian with 2 chicken entrees (chicken sandwich or chicken salad!) and no extra room, I decided to drink. I had 3 "free drinks" in first class, which was like paying $50 for a vodka tonic without a lime (3 times). Save you $$$"
Pros: "Nice folks and getting on was not a chore. Overall it was between good and excellent."
Cons: "My wife and I got to sit together, due to the courtesy of a GI moving so we could. Our 12 yr old grand daughter was one row behind and across the aisle from us."

Cons: "DIA is always nice and kayak was a great service and price."
Pros: "When I got on the plane"
Cons: "Late by more then an hour and I missed my connection home. I had to stay the night in Denver and miss a day of work. This cost me an extra day and about $1000 worth of missed revenue."
Pros: "Seat too tight couldn't move at all"
