The foods were lacking in both quality and quantity. I was starving.

Economy is very uncomfortable. Feels like they are punishing you for flying economy. There was no premium economy at all in the plane. Obviously old vintage plane, They should not be flying those planes. It is dangerous. Need to think more of passenger comfort than their money pocketbook. Hari Doss

American Airlines Business Class does not meet the standard it should when compared with Japan Airlines, Qatar Airways, or Air France. The flight attendants often appear disengaged and fatigued, with forced smiles, noticeable attitude, and occasional rudeness. Food options are subpar, the overall ambiance feels cheap and outdated, and the cabin design reflects a past era rather than current premium expectations. Lastly, the aircraft itself felt old and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience is not competitive with what peer airlines are offering today.
