Stop with the fake cheerfulness and the too often expressed sentiment that all you care about is our safety. Bull…. You use that as an excuse to keep us cowering in our seats. How about you go back to the old standby of telling the truth… like why you overbook, why you are delayed, why we don’t get vouchers for your screwups.

Missoula is a great airport. Desk and gate crews were very helpful and friendly
No communication with delayed and canceled flights. Completely in the dark for the whole experience.
The flight attendants were friendly. I liked that I got a mini soda can, not just a small cup. No issues with our flight departure, etc.
My wife and I had seats next to each other, but when our boarding passes were printed, British Airways had moved me away from her and refused to fix it. We tried to fix it at the boarding gate and were just told flatly "no". Never again.
Close boarding too early we’re willing to not let people on flight that could not check in. What ever happened to customer service? Three of us had to fight to get on plane shameful
On my trip from Seattle to San Jose it would’ve been nice to have the gate transfer nearby instead of at the opposite end of the airport that’s it
Personnel were helpful and caring. On my first flight I was seated near the rear of the plane. Before flight and after landing the smell of urine was strong. The nice stewardess tried to cover the smell.
Plane was supposed to leave at 5:40 left at 6:03 had to walk really fast to get to connecting flight just making the flight.
WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience
The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!
got ahead of the schedule, nothing else to like. crew management of boarding when overhead bag space was virtually gone in the midst of their priority zone 3 should have been better. but they absolutely did not care. ryanair crew is better than this!
It’s a 3 hour flight with no entertainment and no WiFi due to Delta using old planes on this route and food is cold. Today we were told no potable water on the flight to even make coffee or tea. Ridiculous service in this direct route for business travelers and non business travelers
The crew was excellent but the entertainment did not work. The 3mm jack for the headphones was faulty and no sound was available for entertainment.
The number of interim flight delays has been higher than I can remember in my history of travel making any connection a mystery as to whether you will actually make it.
I missed the flight because the Minneapolis flight was 49 minutes LATE, and the Boise flight LEFT 24 minutes EARLY!
Having to up charge for a seat assignment is not good. Delta can do better

Didn’t make the flight. My connecting flight was an hour late and I missed the flight. You rerouted me thru Atlanta and I arrived in Rome over 10 hour after my original Rome arrival time. You also left my luggage in Atlanta and it took you three day to get my bag to meI spent 4 days in the same cloths, I had packed my prescriptions in the lost bag and went 3 days withoutMy heart meds.
