Cons: Canceled my flight eight hours before "supposed" weather even hit and had no other flights to put me on. Ended up having to cancel my entire weekend trip. Customer service was not friendly or apologetic!

Pros: Great service from the tiny crew. No issues with boarding, either.

Cons: Regional jets are so tiny those with small carry-ons are still forced to check their baggage at the gate. How about a larger jet, folks?

Cons: Wi-Fi, as usual, was not working. Plus, there were no screens in the seat, so passengers have to rely on their own smartphones/tablets/magazines/books to keep entertained.

Cons: The flight was delayed (naturally) so the crew was rushed and inattentive. No pre-flight beverages in first class, and then no follow up service once aloft unless you asked. Makes me wonder why I’m paying extra for mediocre service.

Pros: Good service in-flight. Pretty comfortable seats and decent in-flight food/beverage options.

Cons: Crew was slamming overhead compartments before take-off and would ignore questions from passengers. Late take-off, very late gate change and late arrival. No help from crew on the plan to get bags taken care of so boarding took forever.

Pros: Potential the entertainment which was hard to enjoy due to the constant interruptions of automated announcements relative to frequent flyer incentives, available programs, etc. The entire experience felt like being hostage to advertising.

Cons: Constant adds with the entertainment, multiple long interruptions that paused the entertainment relative to buckling your seatbelt. The entire experience felt dehumanizing in an already cramped, uncomfortable experience. Never flying american again and i'm going to cash out my points asap.

Cons: Spirit requires you to check in 45 minutes prior to flight. This was not indicated in any of my flight itinerary info. Arrived at desk 40 minutes prior to flight and were turned away.

Three people,were charged 75 dollars for the dogs to ride in the cabin. None of the dog owners were refunded their money. Frontier said its a chance you take. The crew was charging people for water. Buyer beware. All of the fees add up to the price of a ticket on a nice airline. Don't fly frontier.

Pros: Was going to miss the flight and was able to rebook since I was in the check in window for just $50. Really awesome.

Cons: We have been stuck on the plane for an hour and have not received any exact communication as to why. The flight attendants were also giving people a hard time about using the restroom when the plane was not even moving. Worst flight of my life.

Cons: Extra charges for everything! Asked flight attendants for a cup of water as I was not feeling well and was told I could buy some water. I was also told my carry on was too big when it clearly fit in the container at the check in process.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful and boarded us in an orderly manner.

Cons: Staff are part time employees and do not arrive to check in counter until 1.5 hours before flight. When flying out of this airport you do not need to arrive 2 hours early.
