The crew added alil comedy to their inflight instructions.

I’m not overweight. My BMI is within a healthy range. But the row they had us sitting in was way too small. And I’ve flown spirit before. The arm rests wouldn’t move so I could even sit back into the seat all of the way even. I don’t care about getting the extra frills of snacks and drinks, but at least provide a seat that I’m not bruising myself just to get into!

Food, comfort, entertainment and treatment by the crew on this flight was spectacular. There was a lot of food, good entertainment and importantly, the seats were wide and comfortable.

Very old plane, 767-300. The bathrooms needed a better and more thorough renovation.

I quit flying United years ago because of their poor management including delays and poor custimer service. I was stuck with United for these flights as my options were limited. Flight delayed, no surprise I guess. And now waiting for flight home that is delayed so I will miss my connecting flight.

Nothing, the seats were really horrendous, the head rest was in such an awkward position that it was better to attempt to hunch over and try to sleep on the tray. The lack of leg room as well made it equally uncomfortable. Seriously, the most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on.

This is really weird. First of all, I booked the flight without paying attention that I was redirected to a flight booking website called Kiwi!!! I wouldn’t even recommend that you guys co-work with this kiwi website. I booked the flight with 20 hours layover, fine, I wanted to, to save money. But I have done math wrong and I realized I have to be on Portland by Sunday not Monday. So I go ahead and try to do manage booking and just change the date! I did but their portal just made me pay for 250 or something I don’t remember for the flight from Charlotte to Portland and I thought they will reimburse me part of original flight price after deducting any fees. But No it’s like nothing really happened and the most ridiculous and unprofessional thing they do is someone can’t reach out to any representative for this company. At all. It’s like they know, they are messed up so they avoid being on calls! How bad this is. Even when I get a number for them it’s not even free call it’s an international number. And after all of these, I get notifications from kayak, I don’t even know why. If kayak is stating that it’s nit responsible for any issues that could happen between a customer and any page he/she got redirected to, so why am I even getting notifications now? If you can really discuss and solve this out for me with the least I can get from this website called kiwi, I would appreciate it. Otherwise, I’m not even using either. The crew was very helpful and polite

The passengers were loud and rude, kept slamming the tray tables, my 6 year old son and I weren’t even offered a drink of water the seat was uncomfortable, no where to charge phones on the plane. Ridiculous baggage fee charge of $55.00 though it still fit in the over head compartment and there were two people traveling worst experience ever!

temperature during flight. Freezing then hot, freezing then hot and never a comfortable temp. Food was terrible. Entrees were flavorless and smelled terrible. Time they served food made no sense at all either. Within the hour of getting on the plane, they served a meal which made no sense because most folks ate before getting on the plane. Stewardesses were not friendly (only 1 made me feel valued and welcomed)

The service on our flight was absolutely amazing, the food was surprisingly great, and the long ride was as comfortable as it could have been in an economy booking.

My entertainment pad malfunctioned the whole time, even after it was reset. Thankfully I had enough things to keep me busy on my own, but it still would have been nice to have.

Paid $360 for the ticket to visit someone who moved away before my trip. Explaining this to Spirit, their reply was I could have to pay $90 to change ticket plus the difference in cost of the ticket and would only receive credit for half the paid amount already paid.

Before boardong the Frontier gate rep kept barking on the mic to clear the gate if you wete not group 1. Group 2, etc. She was sharp and had aytitude in her voice. There are better ways to get people to do something than to keep barking at them. A passenger had her cell ph on speaker and was very loud, before take off and immediately at touch down.

This new Basic Economy is really awful. You have to check any carry on and you cannot pick a seat. I’m 6’3” and to be stuck in a window seat with two next to me is painful. There is absolutely no leg room if you’re over 5’10.

Food service could have been better timed as we had breakfast around noon local time

We took off on time and landed early.

This new Basic Economy is really awful. You have to check any carry on and you cannot pick a seat. I’m 6’3” and to be stuck in a window seat with two next to me is painful. There is absolutely no leg room if you’re over 5’10.

The price.

Before boardong the Frontier gate rep kept barking on the mic to clear the gate if you wete not group 1. Group 2, etc. She was sharp and had aytitude in her voice. There are better ways to get people to do something than to keep barking at them. A passenger had her cell ph on speaker and was very loud, before take off and immediately at touch down.

Service was horrible! I originally had a 3 hour layover before my connecting flight which was delayed several times for various reasons which I know can be uncontrollable at times. Once I landed I only had 10 minutes to make it to my next flight in which I asked one of the flight attendants if I could move to the front of the aircraft to try and catch it and she did not allow me to do so and that they had to offload the plane “front to back.” I have seen multiple other airlines that allowed people trying to get to their next flight front-loaded off the aircraft. Once I found I missed my flight I was told that I would have to wait until midnight to fly to Orlando and then fly to my final destination (Nashville) at 6 am the next morning. I asked the attendant if they were able to provide a hotel or at the very least a meal but that wasn’t the case. I understand that things happen that delay flights but I would think this airline would be able to help their customers any way they can and that definitely was not the case! I will never fly Frontier ever again.
