The flight was delayed but on the ground staff were very helpful in providing announcements. The on board attendants were friendly and competent.

This was an aged 737, with narrow, cramped seats and thin, hard plastic armrests. The first class seats were smaller than the Premium Economy ones I flew recently on Norwegian Air. The Economy seats were pure torture -- angled oddly in a way that forced your back to curve, with zero legroom even in the Economy Plus section. I tried putting my purse behind me in an effort to alleviate back pain. It was a miserable trip. In contrast my short flight to Santa Barbara was on a newer plane with wide, comfortable seats. There is no way they should use such an old aircraft on a 4 hour trip.

My suitcase was ruined in transit to Kansas City. The help desk basically asked me to leave my bag behind for three weeks to see if they can fix it. They had no means of looking after the contents. Was I suppose to carry my content???This was ever so frustrating since the suitcase was brand new. Then the lady told me that my warranty on the bag will cover the damage. It was obvious she was not willing to help and did not have a clue what she was doing thus I just logged the complaint and had by suitcase sorted out the San Francisco Airport. They were very helpful.

The pilot comes on and tells us what's going on. I like being informed.

When offered a drink, how come we aren't offered the whole can of coke? If we don't want that much we can always say no. Also, I rated entertainment and food low only because there weren't any of these to rate. The overhead was so full that I couldn't place my bag in the overhead. The luggage check in is no longer a service a customer is provided if 1) I have to pay to check one in. 2). I have to lug it around with me only to have no place to put it. 3) the amount of time it takes to get off and on the plane because the line backs up while everyone waits on prior passengers to get their luggage into or out of the overhead (some are too short, too weak, ot placed their overhead ten rows away). Yikes!

I called the American 1-800 number and was initially greeted with the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I wish i knew her name. I hung up and called back and was helped so well by Anna.

The AA flight from NYC was late arriving at Heathrow, causing me to miss the connection. AA/BA was very good about orienting me to the new plan, but the delay was very inconvenient and being in the last row of the newly arranged flight to Lisbon was downright unpleasant.

Plane was late arriving from California because of mechanical problems. Then we sat on JFK runway waiting to take off. Pilot said we'd be taking off in about 9 minutes. A half hour later we took off. In the middle of the flight a loud horn went off in the cabin. It lasted for about 20 seconds. It was really quite alarming given the earlier mechanical problems. No explanation ever given.

Flight from Narita to Kaoshiung was great, as usual, with JAL

Slept overnight in LA terminal, Bag sent to San Diego. Flight on American Airlines to Narita was cramped. Short stay in Narita, on to Kaoshiung via JAL, got to Kaoshiung and bag was/is still in San Diego. Hopefully, I'll never have to fly American Airlines again.

The flight crew tried to make the best of a bad situation.

We paid good money for first class tickets expecting to get a hot dinner meal on the flight so we had not eaten. By the time the flight was allowed to take off, the dinner onb the flight had sat too long and they were not allowed to serve it. They gave us a coupon for $20 buck to eat dinner at San Francisco airport upon arrival but of course no restaurant is open at 2:00 am.

Flying frontier was excellent for a short trip. Took off early, landed early, very pleasant crew, boarding was smooth, not a problem with anything at all!! Will definitely fly them again when possible.

Nothing that I didn’t like for a budget airline.

I’m not a fan of airlines that charge a fee for carry on and checking, and soft drinks in flight. It doesn’t really save much in the long run.

Because of some sort of error, 10-15 people were issued seats that didn’t exist. Plane had only 31 rows of seats but I was issued 37a. Is Frontier trying to beat Spirit for the worst airline award???

Repeated maintenance delays that appeared to be never ending. Captain and Crew gave good, fairly honest updates, but they were unable to source another aircraft and got lucky that the maintenance crew was able to fix it. Our row (32 DEF) was even narrower than the other rows and there were no outlets available for charging onboard.

I liked the ability to be able to order food and drinks over the screen.

-Need more food/sandwich options, and a Bloody Mary Mix (virgin) option. -wished the seats had more leaning ability, as my neck hurt a bit. - service on 1416 from LAX to JFK was very good, the stewardess was nice and pleasant, much better than some of the male stewards.

One of the few non-stop flights between Seattle and Philadelphia. Convenient times for my travel needs

There are 9 boarding groups some of which have no one in them. I don't understand why. Seats don't have screens for entertainment so you have to use your own device to. Make sure you have extra batteries since there is no power to charge on board.

Fast boarding.

The flight was half empty and when I tried to move a row ahead of me (from economy to economy plus), the flight attendance rudely told me I had to move back to my seat since the economy plus seat was $70 more. However, a reasonable airline would upgrade their customers to first or economy plus to not only appease their customers but to fill some empty seats. Therefore, I had to spend the entirety of my redeye flights crammed next to someone while I was looking at an almost empty economy plus section. Also, we boarded earlier than expected but we spend an extra hour on the flight waiting to take off. I would not have minded boarding early if we had taken off early, but we took off an hour later.

The flight was very smooth, even the landing and take off. Cudos to the pilots. Liked that we were given a pillow and blanket (FREE). The food was good and the crew was pleasant. I loved that we had FREE movies and TV programs to watch with FREE earphones.

The seating is AWFUL for economy section. For this reason I will never take a flight over 2 hours again. A nine hour flight is sheer torture!!!! Plus I was freezing the whole time, even with a jacket with a hood, two blankets, two pillows. Just a horrible situation.
