I was informed from Tripit that the flight was delayed, not by Delta. Reservation personnel took logical course of action to find new flight for connection that we could make because of delayed initial flight. I would recommend that they first see if there is an earlier initial flight that the customer could make, then look at finding later connecting flights. We found out about delay 8 hours prior, so we had plenty of time to get to the airport earlier. Total delay required me to take additional day off of work."

When my 1st flight was delayed I asked to be rebooked then and the delta employee insisted that I would make my connection. I didn't make it. This is not all. I could have gotten to a near city several hours after but on the same day, but the mediocrecy of this employes did not allow me to get there until the next day at 7 am. Happy new year to me. This two women (or one of them) on the phone, lied to me. There was an option to get me here and one of them failed to do their job right AND LIED TO MY FACE ON THE PHONE. Just unacceptable. I will sue them, I had an under age waiting for me in Cancun and a pet with me!. With no food or access to do its necessities. AND THERE WAS AN OPTION THAT "they missed" on porpuse."

I think that this was because of issues with the website, apparently due to IT system communication between American Airlines and Cathay Pacific.......on all six flights. On the transfer in San Francisco, Customs was closed when we arrived in San Francisco and we had to haul all of our baggage from one terminal to the other. There was no direction on how to handle this issue of Customs being closed while on the flight to San Francisco. I had to explain the issue of to the CP customer service crew in SF. The CP desk and they had never heard of it. American Airlines was equally poorly trained. I will also say that while at the CP customer service, there were three young adult males that we're not busy at the time and the watched us unload the baggage carts onto the scales and conveyor and then reloaded on to the carts to push to the AA terminal. We handled the bags two additional times because the CP staff did not know what to do and how to handle it. Other passengers were confused as well."

Cons: "My tickets ultimately were booked through Kayak/webjet. I will never book through webjet again. You can't directly speak with an agent. They never sent me my e-tickets. I couldn't download my tickets prior to arriving at the airport. It was super confusing because I couldn't figure out whether I was flying on British Airways or American Airlines. I didn't know what terminal to go to. I finally checked in with American even after they told me to go to British Airways. Next, American said that my booking was messed up such that they couldn't check my bag through. So at Chicago I had to exit the Secure area, pick up my bag from baggage check, check it back in and go back through security. I still didn't have my ticket for the chicago-barcelona leg of the trip. At American, they told be I had to exit the airport again to go to British Airways for the Chicago- Barcelona leg of the trip. Luckily, i asked another agent and she confirmed my flight was though American. It was the most confusing flight experience, I have ever had."

Of course the hotel only take you until 12pm so I spend so many hours in the airport waiting for re ticketing they told us to be at 6pm we wait and I got my ticket leaving at 9.45pm but the crew come one hour and half late. From Panama to Lima flight was late . I had a conference very important to be Saturday morning, I lost my investment and relationships with the company I was going to start a business there excuse was they couldn’t relay on my punctuality, honestly. I got there more than a day and half LATE. If you ask me how was my trip I will tell you horrible and I can’t recommend anybody, this company doesn’t have any personality at all"

Plane was old, and had a few random screens playing a movie that kept freezing and had to be restarted."

Cons: "Dear United Airlines, It is my dearest wish that reading the following inflicts upon you at least a fraction of the stress, frustration, and pain that I have been through traveling with you today- you absolutely abhorrent excuse for a company. Due to your incomparable incompetence my arrival was inexcusably delayed almost 12 hours. An account follows: For a company who's customer service is already hanging by a very thin thread you would think that you would be doing everything to make your flights as smooth and pleasant as possible. Shall I elaborate on the utter frustration and boredom of being trapped in the San Francisco airport facing not one, not two, but what became SEVEN delays? Delays that have been caused by runway maintenance- a condition which someone in your company would have known about well before I got to the airport and that you simply did not plan for. A almost FOUR HOUR delay that could have been easily avoided if you just had things together and scheduled your planes around the affected runways. And let's not forget the additional delay caused when your flight crew simply couldn't be found to come to the gate so we could start getting underway! But no, I think the absolutely outstanding quintessential experience that defines flying with United airlines is this: After the above delays myself and my fellow passengers were finally able to board our flight- only to be told by the captain that there would be another brief delay while we waited for ANOTHER crew member because one of the pilots was near the end of their union hours. We sit on the plane stuck for another 20 minuets or so, only to be told they can't find anyone, and can we please get off the plane because our WHOLE FLIGHT is CANCELED. The kiosk I get to try and fix this is uncrowded but understaffed and run by clearly undertrained employees. The ones I'm dealing with keep having to ask each other for help, and give advice/plans that contradict one another. One of theme even takes what seems to be a personal call while 'assisting' me. When I finally get ahold of a supervisor I have to plead to get the next flight out of this godforsaken place, which I am reluctantly given as its with one of your competitors. Talking with other customer and airport staff is sounds very much like you are delaying/canceling flights for your own personal gain or at least not correcting flights around the situation to squeeze more money from the situation) it becomes quite clear that you are not only still incapable of accepting any real measure of accountability but entirely disgracefully unorganized.  Almost 12 hours later I do finally make it home- thanks to American Airlines.  Only to have the utter displeasure of one last interaction with United wherein when I pick up my bag your employees insist that I was delayed due to the weather and it wasn't your fault. It was entirely absolutely your fault."

So I had to buy a new bottle for my medicine that I have to take. You would think she would have got it by me carrying these bottles around but nope. She actually said to me that I can give her gratuity now if I wanted. I gave her $1. She then replied in a sarcastic voice " Thankyou you are soooo generous. I don't like feeling obligated to tip somebody because I am disabled and have a bullet in my head."

Also I was not given any information about a refund and when I asked, I was referred to a website to figure it out on my own. Unforeseen incident, but zero attempt at service recovery."

Cons: "Disorganization with boarding process. Gate changes from that which was indicated on boarding pass, without notification. Expensive baggage/fees. No basic complimentary accommodations (snacks). Uncomfortable seats lacking ergonomic design and headrest. Small spaces for personal items."
Pros: "the crew was very entertaining which always helps make the trip more pleasant."
Cons: "Too bumping of a flight. Not sure there was anything that could be done about that but I'm guessing a higher altitude may of helped but i am not a expert, just a nervous flier."
Cons: "The flight was delayed and we got a notification from google, but when we called Frontier, they said it was on time. And when we reached the airport they said, its been delayed. It caused a lot of inconvenience. Very unprofessional."

Cons: "Cost and comfort, the airfare was normal but when I arrived at Las Vegas Airport, bag fee $40 (to high), seat on plane very poor (no cushion did not recline) cost for soda (terrible) the flight crew was great but fees spoiled my flight. I will not be flying Frontier unless it is last resort."

Cons: "2 hour delay, then a three hour delay bc of weather. Another 45 minutes taxi-ing, then back at the gate because a passenger had to be escorted off because he didn't have a boarding pass. We were rushed to board he flight in the first place before the flight crew timed out; we finally took off at 2am with exhausted pilots which was terrifying. Also frontier charges for all bags and all seats, instead of including it in their base fee. Plane is tigjt and uncomfortable, no on board entertainment and seats don't recline. Most passengers were drunk and rowdy after long wait at the airport, and a man was busted for smoking weed in the bathroom. And someone else sat in my seat. THE WORST FLIGHT EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD--an all around disaster."
Cons: "The plane looked old (chipped paint, outdated upholstery). Seats did not recline. Had to pay for all baggage, carry-ons and drinks/food: this greatly increased the price of what we originally thought was a good deal on our flight."

Cons: "The flight was cancelled. No big deal. It happens. But the the manager at the ticket desk took two hours to figure out a solution. His "solution" was to print out a phone number, hand it out to each of the passengers and then tell them to call because "there was nothing else he could do for us". And then he left to some back office and didn't come back out. The phone number he gave everyone was out of service. I called the regular customer service and asked them to help me rebook a new flight. They refused and said only the employees at the ticket counter could assist. The ticket counter people offered a refund over and over. But why would I want a 100 refund when I needed to book a 3-400 dollar flight to get to my destination. About eight hours, a couple of yelling matches, getting hung up on twice, and several actual tears later, I finally got a flight booked but the earliest flight they could find was 24 hours after my original scheduled arrival time. I'm writing this thirty minutes into my wait for a hotel shuttle. Long story short, I will take a greyhound or catch a cab or walk to my destination before I ever use frontier again"
Pros: "The seats were mildly comfortable enough and the price was exactly what we were looking for."
Cons: "The boarding process seemed unorganized and hectic. People not in the proper zone were able to board. Some of the crew did not take their profession seriously and I seemed to have annoyed them by asking for some sort of service. I did not like how they try to shove the frontier airlines credit card down your throat. The food was boring, expensive, and, oh yeah, I had to buy it. There was absolutely no entertainment which made flying the worst."

Plus, yes plus another charge to select a seat. Super dumb and honestly a bit childish. Put your entire price online and let people pick. Also note zero wifi. I know you're a lower tear airlines but it's 2016! Give the people the all in price and if you won't give them entertainment or wifi make worth their wild. Also note, the tray table was about the size of a tablet, I couldn't even use my computer to do local work during the flight. I appreciate the safe flight but from a high level: 1: make your online prices more transparent. 2: if you're going to be lower tear, make it clear that wifi and infighting entertainment isn't included. People will still choose to fly cheap, but to burry hidden charges is horrible."

Cons: "I took off time from work today to catch a 5:25 flight from San Francisco to Denver, arriving at 9:05. It's now 11:55 pm and I am still sitting at gate 21 with a whole bunch of people other waiting for a plane to arrive. My only choices are to wait of this plane to show up, or come back in the morning to take the 5:45am flight. I have business meetings in Denver tomorrow morning. I had a car rented and a hotel reserved. The car rental in Denver closes is 5 minutes. The thing that's the most upsetting is that we keep receiving erroneous information. The original departure time was 5:25. Then we were told 6:00. Then we were told 9:00pm. Then we were told 12:03, Then we were told 12:20. Now we are being told they don't know when the plane will arrive to take us to Denver. I will NEVER fly Frontier again."
Cons: "Since frontier has went cheaper they have become one of the worst airlines. My first flight ran out of water for the bathroom and my second flight we delayed because they had to duct tape the bathroom door back on from the flight before mine."

Cons: "Another member of our party was flying to O'hare on Frontier and had a two hour delay leaving Denver. They also had a five and a half hour delay coming to Denver. Moral of the story is if your flying to Denver from St. Louis fly Frontier. If your flying to Denver from O' hare don't ever fly Frontier."

Cons: "I waited in line to check in for 45 minutes or so. No-one was at the desk. A customer ended up finding a security guard and asking them to find a Frontier employee. They paged for one over the loud speaker. How embarrassing. A woman started checking customers in, with the attitude of the century. She was angry, rude, and just plain nasty. This should not be the face of Frontier. When friends and family ask, "How was your flight?" All I can picture is that woman and her pinched tight frown of a mouth, angry grimace of a face and condescending hateful tone. Good day."
