Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."

Cons: "We lost our whole vacation and had to pay for the plans fare twice because My last name was spelled wrong on our tickets and we were unable to use them because my passport didn’t match the name on the ticket. We had to rebook everything pay almost twice as much for the plane fare, our Lodi g cost more and our trip was delayed for two weeks. Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system."

The original flight was still available & they would not let me take it despite my reservation paper work. CRAZY! I have a two hour drive to the airport this gave me the option to leave home at 2:30am or go the night before and pay for a hotel. Flight was managed by DELTA who also did not care! All involved blamed each other. Beware"

We arrived fine which mean the flight was successful but it was not very enjoyable."

Self entitled pax loudly continuing his telephone conversation after pushback was tolerated and only after the safety demonstration did crew address it.

We were delayed in Charlotte for almost 2 hours because American Airlines didn't have flight attendants for our flight.

Two meals were served in the First class during 9hr long flight! Great for domestic!!! Mai Tai drink was excellent!

The delay could have been shorter. Rough traveling late at night with an infant and then a delay.

Plane smelled a little funny. Flight was 30 minutes shorter than expected, but gate was occupied when we arrived. Staff was great.

Due to an issue with a bag on board without the associated passenger we had to taxi back to the stand for it to be removed before we could take off. This cost us an hours delay. There was limited apologies for this, no refreshments provided during the wait and poor communication of this. During the flight the staff were inattentive and sparing with refreshments. Service generally did not live up to expected level associated with an inter-continents flight. The flight was turbulent but crew and captain seemed over cautious with it and crew had to remain seated unnecessarily at times and at the detriment of passenger service. One stewardess wouldn’t even let me finish a drink before removing it from my hand claiming we were about to land and she had to sit down because of turbulence. We were still 40 mins from landing at this point! All in all a pretty bad flight, and it’s safe to say I won’t be flying American Airlines again."

His phone rang several times while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures right in front of us. This was after the announcement came that all electronic devices where to go into airplane mode. The flight attendant did not do anything and seemed to ignore the phone that kept ringing. The gentleman was even talking on the phone while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures. Later while landing an announcement came over that we were to return to our seats, close all tray tables, and seats ts in the upright position. At this point the gentleman sitting next to me leaned his seat backwards. The flight attendant passed by the gentleman at least three times and never said anything about his seat back. Evidently this flight attendant did not care to do his job properly."

They had just gone through the entire procedure to get to the gate and were forced to be stranded. FIRST CLASS: food service: could there be a rating less than POOR? we were given 10,000 miles (yes that bad) but just like Whose line - the points don't matter when the airlines is that bad! Crew response: We're not any worse than the other airlines - my response: WRONG! NO WIFI NO entertainment NO CHARGING AREA magazines were missing pages in both seats- requested new one never received"

Cons: "The preboarding process by American Airlines was really bad. My passport was looked at 6 times before I boarded. This is after going though passport control by Spain officials at the airport. AA has people waving you down the aisle looking at your passport and sending you to then Verify my boarding pass and that I had documents ok to travel, they told me I did and still sent me over to a security person who asked more questions than the immigration officials in the US, he then sent me to the counter to get my passport scanned ( not sure what that meant), after waiting 10 minutes of waiting the counter clerk asked me what I needed and I told her I was sent there, it was evident there was no reason for me to be there and she printed my boarding pass, which I didn’t need since I had a mobile pass. Then when boarding the aee two people asking a bunch of questions about people having control of their items and looking at your documents which the person who scans to board does again...really very inefficient and slow, it sure it is really helping with safety. Could be done smoother, faster and a lot less people."

Cons: "I will never fly American Airlines again. From the moment I checked in with the ticket agent to getting off the plane it was a disaster. The ticket agent was rude, hostile, and dismissive. Employees walked through the line at security forcing everyone to consolidate their belongings to one bag. I had a large wallet in my hand and was told I had to step out of line to put it in my backpack. They only allow you one bag to carry on without paying extra. At the time of boarding they announced that the overhead storage was full so even those that paid extra were still forced to check their bags. The plane was dirty, the service was slow, overall just gross. They don’t have WiFi or in flight entertainment so I paid the $20 to purchase the WiFi. It was worthless. I couldn’t stream anything, even music kept stopping to buffer. I understand it will be slower then on ground WiFi, but it was impossible to watch anything and a complete waste of money."
Pros: "Everything. I bought some souvenir magnets from the shop across from Starbucks near Gate C5(?). The gentleman working the register was very pleasant and was a welcome personality so early in the day. As a service member, I would like to thank him for his service. He was consistent in asking patrons whether they’d like to purchase a travel kit for the troops. A few patrons were abrupt and responded rudely but he maintained a level head and pressed on. Great attitude and professionalism. Thank you very much for your support! Also, I was able to get my Military discount applied towards my purchase which enabled me to purchase 1 travel kits for my fellow service members. A little goes a long way and when returning from deployments or coming home for R&R, it tends to be hectic and I, myself have often forgotten toiletries which I was able to get from the USO. The USO staff were also friendly and did an amazing job handling all of the personnel that funneled in, exhausted. Great attitudes and clean facilities. I would love to see an expansion to this USO location. They were full up this day, thank you for having this available to us! TSgt Angela Santiago Otero, USAF"

Cons: "Got a notification of a TWO HOUR DELAY departing SFO. Rebooked into Charlotte instead of Dallas to connect to Fort Myers. THAT flight got delayed AFTER the doors were closed by another 45 minutes which caused me to miss my connection to Fort Myers AND have American Airlines leave my bag in Charlotte. I rebooked into West Palm Beach to drive to Fort Myers and my bag stayed in Charlotte even though there was ANOTHER 45 minute delay to change a tire on the plane. If I practiced medicine the way the airline handled customers, I'd kill every third patient!"
Pros: "The cabin crew were friendly and apologetic for the chronic problems with the entertainment system. The pilot gave us a smooth flight and landing, and was very conscientious about turbulence prevention and safety."
Cons: "The inflight entertainment system was spotty. Some customers had monitors that worked, some did not. A woman with a two-year old had one of the malfunctioning monitors and was forced to entertain her child for nine hours without tv, movies or music. Similarly, on our flight over to London 10 days earlier, my husband and I were 2 of more than 30 passengers whose monitors never worked and we were forced to fly for 7 hours in the dark on an overnight flight staring at the backs of seats. It was miserable. The cabin crew told passengers they had begged the airline for years to replace the system but the airline refuses. Will not fly American Airlines transatlantic again."
Cons: "I found out at the airport the day we were leaving for Spain that my daughter's passport had to be valid for 3 Months after we returned home from our trip. When booking a flight out of the country it would be nice if Air .com could of mention that to me. We were trying to get to a cruise we had already paid for that was going out of Spain. They would not work with me at all and cx my whole booking. When I tried to talk to them on the phone the man could not speak very good English and was not making any since at all. I let him talk to the British Airlines counter manager and the manager tried to explain that he would have to rebook us that he could not. Air.com was horrible and never helped us out at all. They should not be in business . I paid them of course months ago and I was just out the 1400.00 dollars. British Airlines was amazed that they did nothing to help us out."

Once i land I rush to my gate because I only have 20 minutes before they start boarding ; I get to the gate and have to wait almost an hour. At this point I still havent eaten because I am waiting around by the gate and the attendants are not communicating any information. Then they finally tell us that the reason the fligt hasnt boarded was because the flight attendant misplaced her luggage in the previous flight and was waiting to arrive to the terminal. Now how is that my issue? American Airlines needs to do better!"

Cons: "The plane left 20 minutes late, and then we hit turbulence and a bit of rain close to our arrival in Charlotte. I had originally booked a flight through Miami with plenty of layover time to get a connecting flight to Dallas, but AA canceled that one and put me on a connection the following day! When I called customer service, they were helpful in regards booking and assured me there would be plenty of time to connect through Charlotte. When our plane landed 35 minutes late, there was only 15 minutes to connect, and we waited for baggage that whole time. No idea what took baggage so long, but the result is that we missed our flight. AA did put us on standby for the next one, but that meant our relative had to pick us up at midnight."

Cons: "The leg room was barely enough for me and I'm 5'4". I can't imagine people much larger than me being comfortable at all. Also, the chair made my back hurt, so I did a lot of sitting up straight as opposed to being "in the chair". I noticed that you had snacks for purchase on the flight, but the free snacks were cookies and pretzels. It would be nice to offer a trail mix or dried fruit. Pretzels are good for people who might be a little sick at their stomach, but better snacks are a nice option. I ordered coffee and it was perfect. Overall, the flight was a good flight, just a little tweaking and it would be great. Thanks for asking."

Cons: "It cost me $86 dollars to supposedly upgrade my seat to an exit row with tons of leg room. Granted there was plenty of leg room but the seat was extra narrow to give room for an emergency exit if necessary. I'm not huge but I barely fit in the seat. It was an uncomfortable squeeze which of course got worse as the flight continued. I complained to an attendant that the seat was too small and he had no remedy. If I was a few pounds heavier it would have been impossible. You'd think they would warn a customer of the narrower seat. It's so obvious that it's all about profit for the airlines which sickens me."

Cons: "This was an aged 737, with narrow, cramped seats and thin, hard plastic armrests. The first class seats were smaller than the Premium Economy ones I flew recently on Norwegian Air. The Economy seats were pure torture -- angled oddly in a way that forced your back to curve, with zero legroom even in the Economy Plus section. I tried putting my purse behind me in an effort to alleviate back pain. It was a miserable trip. In contrast my short flight to Santa Barbara was on a newer plane with wide, comfortable seats. There is no way they should use such an old aircraft on a 4 hour trip."

I ended up volunteering to move because the passengers who caused the problem refused to bend. For all the crew's displeasure, they didn't handle the passengers, the passengers handled them."

We asked to speak to a supervisor and that was ignored until we demanded attention. The supervisor came 1.5 hours after we were denied plane access. Customer concern was nonexistant on this day."

It was obvious she was not willing to help and did not have a clue what she was doing thus I just logged the complaint and had by suitcase sorted out the San Francisco Airport. I have to lug it around with me only to have no place to put it. 3) the amount of time it takes to get off and on the plane because the line backs up while everyone waits on prior passengers to get their luggage into or out of the overhead (some are too short, too weak, ot placed their overhead ten rows away). Cons: "I cancelled my flight a week before the time of departure they said that it'll cost me $99 to cancel the flight and $86.45 was supposed to be refunded. the lady told me it will take 7 to 10 business days when I called 3 days later on the 10th day I called and the gentleman told me that I don't get a refund I get a credit of the $86.45 that I can use to October 7th to use on any flight. My problem with that is I don't fly often and I had to cancel that due to my job. I feel that if I cancel a flight way in advance before the flight is being departed I should be able to get my refund back I'm sorry to say it is but I would never use this airline company again because if I knew that the first time. I wouldn't have done it. Oh I also found out because I keep getting updates from kayak of the flight that the flight was supposed to been I believe was 8:30 p.m. but due to rain it didn't leave Philadelphia Pennsylvania until around 11:45 p.m. so I'm kind of glad now I didn't go because my family member who I was going to visit would have been very upset because they had to stay up an extra 4 hours and they had to go to work the next morning."

I will probably not fly Frontier again. 4 hours later and $50 dollars in the hole for food and drink sitting here dreading my middle seat and no room to move for 2 hours. Then, have to pay for a Lyft to get to my car because my cousin was my ride back to her house. I sure do miss the old Frontier."

My connection was moved to another gate and they failed to announce it ( yes it was on the screen, but I don't travel that often and was lucky to notice it just as we were boarding... luckily just a few minutes walk away ). The plane offers no entertainment at all ( which is fine for me, but worth knowing... bring a dvd player or something for long trips )."

Once you add in the higher baggage fee, the seat fees (no free seats), the flight is priced the same if not higher than other airlines but the real difference is in all of this is customer service. The lead flight attendant on the my flight was extremely rude and unresponsive. My mother had a wheelchair assist her to the gate for our departing flight in Orlando. This was arranged by the ticket counter. Apparently, Frontier screwed up and did not arrange for a wheelchair to meet us at the gate in Charlotte. When we mentioned this to the lead flight attendant, he said we would need to go and find one ourselves. I asked if he could call the gate and asked them to bring one so I wouldn't have to leave my elderly mother, he said, "no". I asked again and explained that I didn't want to leave my mother. This time he rolled his eyes at me and said, it wasn't his problem. Really? This is precisely the reason I will not take Frontier again. Please look into training your people better or your hiring process. Cheap flight do not address this issue."

The head rests at that angle cause your head to lean back at an angle so steep that it takes all of 5 minutes to develop a pain and have to lean forward. There is also not enough leg room for people with above an 30 inch inseam to sit comfortably. There was a delay in the maintenance, the fuel truck, the baggage truck, and the departure. Once at the arrival gate, they were not prepared to guide the plane into the gate which caused more delays. I also found the sarcastic attitude of the flight attendants doing the safety speech unprofessional and made Frontier look like the sub par airline that its okay being. No trust in comfort, time deadlines, or customer service. You will get a cheap flight, not really if you have a carryon or want to pich your seat, at an odd time, with a bunch of people doing the same thing your doing."

Finally the plane was really old, and the seats were extremely uncomfortable with almost no padding at all. I would be able to put up with the uncomfortable conditions if I was actually saving money, but after paying for a seat and a carry-on, it was the same or more than other carriers."

The consequence is that the man next to me couldn't lean back enough, so slumped onto me most of the flight. A one year old behind me constantly pulled up and down the unmatchable tray table and kicked my thin chair -- so I felt every little tiny foot. The stewardess refused to give us water when our row asked and they forgot to call boarding zone 2 when boarding so it was a mess. I would say Frontier was a terrible airline. Their discounted prices are a farce as they charge for a seat and carry-on luggage, so I may as well have paid for a regular fare from a more comfortable airline."

I was given a seat on the computer and then when I got on the plane there were two people with same seat. The floors and seats were unbelievably dirty as well. Our trip to Vegas the first night was ruined because we were planning to see a show Thursday evening and landed two hours late and could have possibly made it but we sat on runway for an hour before deplaning."

Only after pounding on the door, cajoling the customer service people 10 feet away and telling 50 others waiting in the service area did the door open!"

We got to the airport 3 hours ahead of time and it took well over an hour for them to check in baggage (keep in mind we checked in our bags online and there were only 8 people in front of us) we made it to our gate 30min ahead of time. It was terrible. Tried to be kind to the staff but they were not having it. Very inconsiderate of others and doing their job in a timely fashion. They also lost my luggage. Since the airline is so cheep they don't keep staff on hand to handle issues after the flight lands. No desk to report to, no phone number to call; as if you never even flown with them. It was very alarming as I had important clothing for an interview, medicine, and other personal items that would not easily be replaced. Never flying frontier again."

It took over 45 min to get to our gate, with no updates every 15 min. Emails updating our flight status reached us as we were on board the airplane. Not helpful. We reached home at midnight when we had planned to be there by 9pm, in order to shop before Sunday. Even though we weren't in a time crunch to arrive, my time is obviously not valued by this airline. I will make every effort to NOT fly this airline in the future."

My checked bag was both damaged and missing items. To sum it up, everyone I talked with about it just said it wasn’t their job to find the items. Costumer service doesn’t care a bit about you or your stuff. Next time I will pay more to fly with another company, and I recommend the same to anyone flying with checked baggage.

Cons: "Bought a bigger seat upon check in but when I went to sit in it they told me it was bought by a gentlemen already. Because I couldn’t provide a receipt I had to be moved. Who would have a receipt when it’s on my boarding pass?!? About two min later same agent BROUGHT ME MY RECEIPT! I am not happy and plan to ask for refund."

Cons: "I tried to find a way to prepay my luggage and instead had $40 bill at the counter after I couldn’t find it before the flight. My travel companion that booked separate had all kinds of offers ahead of time. Counter person said I could have paid 20 or 30 online. They were nice enough to take $10 off or it would have been $50"

Pros: "The fact that I was flying to Detroit. The flight itself was smooth and passengers were nice and quiet. Very funny flight attendant was making all the passengers laugh when she was speaking to the phone, while we were leaving the airplane."
Cons: "I was not aware of the fee for carry on bags. When I ordered the tickets online, it clearly said that they are free. When I arrived the the airport, I was told I have to pay for them. I was traveling with my kids, so I had to pay for all of them. I booked my flights with Spirit before and never had that issue, yet this time I was not happy about how things went. I told the staff by the bagging area, that online it says something different and she told me sorry I cant do anything about it. I told her I didn't bring that much money with me, but that didn't matter. I had to call my friend to pay with credit card for my bags."

Cons: "They start you off with a wonderful price on the flight, but once you book it, the charges begin. You don't have to pay for a seat, but good luck getting anything but a middle seat if you don't. The charges for carry on bags is ridiculous. It is what most people do so they really have you if you carry anything bigger than a purse or small backpack. Check in baggage is not much of a bargain either. The thing that really gets me mad is that the charges are only for each destination not the whole trip. In the end, I found it costs the same or more to travel with Spirit than other up front airlines. It is like a bate and switch scheme. Just be very aware before you decide to fly with them. Remember drinks and food are not free either."

Cons: "What I didn't like is that the small APPROVED SIZE carry on cost as much as my ticket to fly round trip., $55 each way. Really,........you need to raise your fairs and stop gouging the customers for every other thing. I had to pay extra just to sit in an isle seat when most of the planes seats were still up for grabs. Sorry but Spirit Airlines will be only researched for services by me if it is an emergency. I am aware that the airline needs to make money or it will not stay in business however I think the cost to ck a bag, if it was reasonable, would speed up things so everyone wouldn't try dragging everything they have onto the airplane to stow in the overhead with everyone else waiting on them. I am familiar with your problems as I used to fly schedule 135 , in Calif from La to SFO."
Cons: "they charged me twice for my bag..the lines were horrible..half the machines didn't work..it was a nightmare checking in...spirit wouldn't let me check in online"

Cons: "The seats are like sitting in school cafeteria chairs for 5 hours. For a red-eye flight, it was impossible to get comfortable to sleep. We also were frustrated with the baggage cost and limitations - 40 pounds for a main checked bag. Not even being offered water during the flights shows how "cheap" the airline is. I don't think we will be looking to fly Spirit again."

Cons: "Even though I bought the tickets cheap, since I had to pay for carry on, it ended up not even being that much cheaper than booking with American Airlines or another plane. On top of that I had to pay for water and snacks. Seats were too close together so my knees were squished the entire ride. I couldn't use my phone as a boarding pass, so I had to walk all the way back to get one printed from the kiosk."

From the clear misinformation on the baggage policy, the looooooong lines to check in, super uncomfortable NO reclining chairs? (What's up with that?) to the rude flight attendance. This whole experience was simply traumatic!"
