Staff were stingy. They made me pay for baggat when I got to the airport. That was an extra $100. If I had known, I would have just flown with a better airline. Seats are horrible and only have one position. They took almost two hours to leave and many people missed their connecting flight. I will never fly with spirit again. A lot of the passengers felt the same way. You even had to pay for water...what kind of service is this.
I was so worried about my son traveling for the first time by himself. He told me that he was well taken care of. And someone accompanied him to get his suitcase and take him through the process. Thanks
