This flight was great. The plane took off and arrived at the destination an hour early. The crew was pleasant. The food and entertainment options are minimal but adequate for a 1-hour flight. They passed out water and quickly supplied me with a fresh magazine since the previous one had the crossword section filled out.
Better movie and tv selections. Also, the overnight flight to Trinidad from Toronto, the staff were not very attentive. I did not see them for at least half the fight. They were behind their curtain a lot of the time, and they did not check on us before landing to make sure all landing requirements were met.
Little space for luggage and the flight was delayed by an hour.
The flight was delayed over a hour and that was over 15 hours in advance not good
At check in I had to pay for my seat that I already paid for on purchasing my ticket. The flight was over an hour late and the plane smelt gross.

Flight ended up being longer than anticipated because we had to reroute to the Bahamas. So a hour and half flight turned into 5 hours. 0/10.
Flight time. The crew was the rudest, talked down to customers, ignored requests, acted like security guards, used forceful language like must and can't. Everything was on purchase, no entertainment, unless you could use your own phone. Poor customer service.
Checking in, boarding, the food and crew were all excellent. It was my first time traveling on Caribbean Airlines and trust me it’s the only airline I’ll be flying on as of now as long as it’s going my way😁. The service was unbelievably good I don’t regret missing my flight on flair at all cause I wouldn’t have realized how great the service is on Caribbean Airlines
Crew could have been friendlier, maybe I'm spoiled by SW crews. In flight wifi was good. Would be nice to have more food offerings on a 4 plus hour flight
Had to get off plane from prior flight even though I had to reboard same plane to continue to my final destination.
Everything a cheap airline should be at normal airline rates.
Plane crashed into a bus or some other vehicle on the ground while pulling out of the gate. No injuries, but wing tip was damaged and returned to gate for “maintenance issues” and we departed 5 hours later because the plane went out of service and new plane was flown in from a nearby airport, Midway.
Ever since Southwest starting charging for bags, passengers don't want to pay to check their bags, so the gate agents have to beg people to check their roller bags now because there's "not enough space". This was a terrible business move by Southwest.
Full cans of soda would be nice. A choice between two snacks would be appreciated.
Tried watching free movie and it kept freezing so I couldn’t finish.
All was good. I just had a hard time getting connected to the WiFi/internet during the flight
Sacrament staff are always polite and helpful. Airport is easy to maneuver and boarding is straightforward.
Great flight. Outstanding Service. Southwest was able to put us on a direct flight to Denver when the connection could have been affected by a later arrival to Baltimore. The direct flight was less expensive that the flight with the connection in Baltimore.
The flight was two hours late due to a computer fault and resulting maintenance. Nothing was offered as compensation beyond bottles of water during the time we were deplaned and waiting in the terminal.

Four plus hour flight delay in New York caused us to take off after 11:30pm. We didn’t arrive at our hotel until five hours after check in. Started the trip off feeling exhausted.

Plane was in bad shape. TV’s and WiFi didn’t work. Plane need a refresh. Not enough room for bags.
Everything was great. I liked the text updates so that I never miss a gate change & I have all the latest info.
I don’t usually fly budget airlines or airlines in the United States. It was as good as any other airline. The seats are comfortable and the airline attendants are not rude & surly. Very nice flight (s).

They didn't let me board with a proper boarding pass. I threw away my bags so that I can board and was defined boarding. Had to take the next flight after paying more.
They cancelled the flight 3 hours prior departure. Had to spend $400 for a ne way flight with Delta Airlines! Spirit Airlines are not serios!
Over SOLD flight. It does not matter that you were able to check in 24 Hours before and confirm your flight. At the airport, the company SPIRIT rep wanted to remove people who pay for lower fares.
My baggage broke and they did not offer me anything. No conversation

Cheap flight but really uncomfortable. Seat cushions flimsy. Jammed in middle seat when flight is not full. They don’t even give you water

I never made this flight. When I got to the airport I had a message to say that the flight was delayed and would be getting into Fort Lauderdale at 10 pm. My connecting flight was due to leave around 10:10 pm so there is no way I would have made the connection. I went back to the Spirit desk and tried to explain this to a desk agent who didn't understand. Eventually her supervisor came over and explained it. The desk agent was unhelpful and only offered options that would have required getting a hotel overnight. She offered no hotel or meal vouchers and when I said that it seemed my only option was to go to another airline she told me I needed to make a decision because they were closing the desk and would not be back till 3 pm. I went to Delta and had to pay extra but they could help get me back to Orlando. I now have to file a claim against Spirit and I am just glad I paid for insurance. Very unhappy and very poor service.
I missed my connecting flight from MBJ to IAH via FLL. The plane was late to arrive to MBJ and the crew has a very slow turnover. (Low energy, lacksdasical team and then waiting for baggage to be loaded long after all passengers were seated.Claiming baggage in FLL took over 35 minutes. It was a train wreck.
