Sat in the tarmac at O’Hare for 65 minutes. This is a regular occurrence for delta at O’Hare
Delta was fine though my flight was delayed 4 hours into LGA and my return into ORD involved a taxi of 1+ hour to the gate
It was as good as it could be. Flying is not a pleasant experience these days.
The plane was very warm the entire time, despite my vents being open. Additionally, we didn't have internet on our personal devices
There was an unruly family behind us that made the short flight miserable!!! The cabin crew did nothing to contain it.
Flight delay was frustrating, also you cannot checkin online without delta app, web browser check-in throw errors
Got on the plane and sat there for an hour before departure.
Very large passenger too space from my own seat. Arm board couldn’t be lowered because of his size. It wads very uncomfortable trip, as the flight was full couldn’t move anywhere having back pain because of the position in which I was the entire flight.
Cramped seating for me. Luckily it wasn’t a long flight
5 hour delay. They blamed the weather but it was the computer issues they had been dealing with for days.
Crew was great. Seats are cramped and uncomfortable and I’m a small person.

Kept changing the takeoff time and the moved it up so arrived when boarding had already started. Then sat waiting to taxi in for a long time
Food was not Good Nuts came very wet & not tasting Good Main course I asked for Steak they got me Chicken because they don’t have more !!!!
It cancelled and we were unable to catch our connecting international flights.
Leaving at 7 when scheduled to leave at 4:20 - you tell me. Understood there was a ground stop. Then having to "reboot" the plane because of a lighting strike, also understood. But basically the flight was a "clusterf#$%".
Excellent all round, first time flying United. App is very helpful.
Unfortunately this is not a happy ending comment. Positive: flown United before no issue Negative: it only takes one bad experience to not plan future travel with United Cancún departure was delayed by 1h20 minutes, connection in Chicago was 1h30 minutes. Flight departure time 6:08 Miraculously 7 of us ran 4 kilometres through Chicago to arrive at 6:00 to be told very rudely by the 2 unprofessional United attendants you missed your flight and that we should of arrived early. Did I mention that reason I was flying? I received a call that my brother was dying and to get home. They provided no assistance would not answer any of our questions, ignorantly walked away. Deplorable
If United expects people to use their own devices for entertainment they should put charging outlets in each seating area. I arrived with 14%battery power. That is not good when you arrive anywhere and need to communicate for transportation.
Boarding was fast and orderly from Mx to Houston. The air around our feet was very cold, it made the flight very uncomfortable.
They miss placed a piece of luggage. My kids booster seat. How am I supposed to drive home with no booster seat?
With a business flight, having a designated seat in the aircraft, I was denied boarding at the gate at last minute without any genuine explanation. The staff used profane language when asked for reasons. Viva overbooked and passenger had to pay for it. The food voucher that was provided did not even cover the the full meal and water for a single person. It should not be running in service.
It was cancelled at the last moment and the customer services seemed unnoticed to this change and hanged me off the phone the first time I called.
I was charge $90 for my bag more then the fight crazy!! And the plain hit a couple of birds on the take off bird strikes we returned back and had to change planes bad customer service everyone has an attitude problem!!! Bad experience!!!
They closed the gate over 25 minutes before departure and I didn’t get to board.
They no longer offer anything free to eat or drink, everything is sold, not even a bottle of water is offered for free.
The terminal and gate was never the right one announced in the Viva App, neither in screens, moved from one terminal to another
NOTHING.. THEY CANCEL MY FLIGHT WITHOUT NOTICE AND ENDED UP BUYING A NEW ONE..
Viva continues to strive for the worst airline experience ever.
Viva aerobús didn’t let me check in to my flight even when there was more than an hour before take off.
