It was as good as it could be. Flying is not a pleasant experience these days.
The plane was very warm the entire time, despite my vents being open. Additionally, we didn't have internet on our personal devices
There was an unruly family behind us that made the short flight miserable!!! The cabin crew did nothing to contain it.
Flight delay was frustrating, also you cannot checkin online without delta app, web browser check-in throw errors
Got on the plane and sat there for an hour before departure.
Very large passenger too space from my own seat. Arm board couldn’t be lowered because of his size. It wads very uncomfortable trip, as the flight was full couldn’t move anywhere having back pain because of the position in which I was the entire flight.
Cramped seating for me. Luckily it wasn’t a long flight
5 hour delay. They blamed the weather but it was the computer issues they had been dealing with for days.

long flights are never truly comfortable but the airline did their best. crew was great and the flight was safe.

Seats are complete BS for 10 hrs. The guy at counter canceled our return flight from europe. Lufthansa on the way back made United look like a trailer park gathering. If given the opportunity, I will never fly united again. Lufthansa seats werent much better to be fair but the service was a 10 out of 10. Incant express how difficult umited made my trip.
It was a great experience to fly with ANA, the sit is very comfortable.
The flight crew were very helpful. The seats were very close together. There was barely room to sit without touching the person next to you.
I’m an EP on AA every year for more than a decade but this was a very pleasant and surprising experience. Clean and sizable plane for HOU to CHI. 5 row first class. And excellent food in first class the steak option was really good. Your flight attendants even better. Seat 5A

Unfortunately this is not a happy ending comment. Positive: flown United before no issue Negative: it only takes one bad experience to not plan future travel with United Cancún departure was delayed by 1h20 minutes, connection in Chicago was 1h30 minutes. Flight departure time 6:08 Miraculously 7 of us ran 4 kilometres through Chicago to arrive at 6:00 to be told very rudely by the 2 unprofessional United attendants you missed your flight and that we should of arrived early. Did I mention that reason I was flying? I received a call that my brother was dying and to get home. They provided no assistance would not answer any of our questions, ignorantly walked away. Deplorable
If United expects people to use their own devices for entertainment they should put charging outlets in each seating area. I arrived with 14%battery power. That is not good when you arrive anywhere and need to communicate for transportation.
Boarding was fast and orderly from Mx to Houston. The air around our feet was very cold, it made the flight very uncomfortable.
With a business flight, having a designated seat in the aircraft, I was denied boarding at the gate at last minute without any genuine explanation. The staff used profane language when asked for reasons. Viva overbooked and passenger had to pay for it. The food voucher that was provided did not even cover the the full meal and water for a single person. It should not be running in service.
It was cancelled at the last moment and the customer services seemed unnoticed to this change and hanged me off the phone the first time I called.
I was charge $90 for my bag more then the fight crazy!! And the plain hit a couple of birds on the take off bird strikes we returned back and had to change planes bad customer service everyone has an attitude problem!!! Bad experience!!!
They closed the gate over 25 minutes before departure and I didn’t get to board.
They no longer offer anything free to eat or drink, everything is sold, not even a bottle of water is offered for free.
The terminal and gate was never the right one announced in the Viva App, neither in screens, moved from one terminal to another
NOTHING.. THEY CANCEL MY FLIGHT WITHOUT NOTICE AND ENDED UP BUYING A NEW ONE..
Ridiculous fees for seats and restrictions of 10kg carry on. Cheap a$$ airline
