Cons: "At meal time 200 people take their masks off to eat. And that’s acceptable. But in the middle of the night you wake people up because their masks slipped down off their noses! Ridiculous."

I have sent two emails, called and spoke to a customer service representative who treated me unprofessionally and rude. After that I have been calling numerous times with a wait of over 25 minutes each time and I still have to answer from you as a company. I am extremely disappointed and want an answer soon."

Cons: "Mi fly was canceled. They only rescheduled from Montevideo to Bogota, and forgot to do it for the second part. I had to call them and ask for a new option. Their best option was a 23 hour fly, or a 20 hour fly with 3 plane changes."

Cons: "They cancelled my return flight at 10 pm the night prior to a 645 am flight. I suspect they just decided to cancel the flight since it did not have many people, but I don't know for sure, since no explanation was given. Instead of flying from MVD to BOG to NYC, I had to go to Lima, then San Salvador then NY. On top of that, I had a business class ticket, and my last leg from San Salvador to NY was in coach."
I flew with a baby and the crew at night from Bs As to Atlanta were super helpful!
As with all Aerolineas Argentinas flights, check-in was terrible. They have a system where all international flights (or other multiple-flight categories) check in together, so the airport is very crowded, the lines are very long, and checkin takes forever. Online checkin was not available to me. There was no entertainment. Food was edible but mediocre. However, all of the staff (onboard as well as in the airport) were very friendly and helpful.
Excellent flight and service. Food, main course and dessert are good but 1st course very bad. I didn't like the breakfast. Needs something as cheese or fruit. Or at least a good quality croissant.
Cons: "They dont pick up the phone or answer whatsapp messeges. Sent email advising me to check and it said reservation not found. Tried calling and sending whatsapp message but got no reaponse. Printed all my receipts and hoped my res was valid."

Tuve que esperar un total de una hora para ser atendido (dos llamadas : una esperé 35 minutos y colgué y la otra unos 38 minutos más). Al fin y al cabo la persona que me atendió no me pudo ayudar. Me dijo que no podía hacerlo pero que iba a poder asignar dos asientos juntos para mi esposa y yo. Para sorpresa mía no fue así cuando hice el check-in en el aeropuerto tenían a mi esposa y a mi separados. Tuve que aceptar los dos últimos asientos en la cola del avión - los cuales no reclinaban completo. Para culminar; para cuando la azafata vino a proveer el servicio de almuerzo- se había terminado la carne. Mal servicio"
